1Magnetic manganese-based composites with multiple loss mechanisms towards broadband absorption显示文摘The weak dielectric properties and the lack of magnetic loss of manganese-based absorbers are obstructed as the new generation of electromagnetic wave absorption(EMA)materials applying in microelectronic devices.Herein,the sulfuration and subsequent compounding strategies have been employed to enhance the EMA performance of multi-shell nanosphere-shaped Mn_(2)O_(3)materials.With the narrow bandgap,the as-obtained MnS possesses reinforced electrical conductivity,which is conducive to conductivity loss.More importantly,the presence of potential difference between different phases will form space charge region at the heterogeneous interface,thus favoring interfacial polarization.Additionally,the improvement of magnetic loss is attributed to the presence of Co_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles.Consequently,the composites present enhanced EMA performance than original Mn_(2)O_(3).Specifically,the minimum reflection loss of as-prepared composites is−51.4 dB at the thickness of 1.8 mm and the broad effective absorption bandwidth reaches 6.2 GHz at 1.9 mm.The low matching thickness and high absorption efficiency in this work can provide a convincing reference when designing distinguished manganese-based absorbers.Yue Liu Zirui Jia Qianqian Zhan Yuhao Dong Qimeng Xu Guanglei Wu 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:6

3A likely autotetraploidization event shaped the Chinese mahogany(Toona sinensis)genome显示文摘Chinese mahogany(Toona sinensis) is of considerable medical and economic importance, and its genome has been deciphered. However, the process underlying its polyploidy is unclear, and the chromosomal evolutionary trajectory is poorly understood. Here, by reanalysing the T.sinensis genome, we found evidence of a tetraploidization event(T. sinensis special tetraploidization, TST) that occurred approximately 15-17 million years ago(MYA) after the core eudicot-common hexaploidization(ECH or gamma) event. We characterized the synonymous nucleotide substitution rates(Ks values) of collinear genes and found that T. sinensis genes affected by the TST evolve at a slower rate than Acer yangbiense genes. Furthermore, we identified homologous genes related to polyploidization and speciation and constructed multiple alignments with different reference genomes. Notably, the significant balance of gene retention and loss characterized in the two TST-derived subgenomes suggests an autopolyploid nature of the TST. Moreover, we deduced the chromosomal karyotypes of the two subgenomes and identified 7chromosomal fusions that have shaped the T. sinensis genome;more information is available on a newly constructed karyotype platform(http://gffzze84c5b42976d4cd7hwnu0oqxu55oq66qv.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/Toona_sinensis/index.html). The T. sinensis genome preserves the ancestral chromosome structure of dicotyledons well and could serve as a good reference for understanding genomic changes in other Meliaceae and Sapindales plants. In addition, we verified that tandem duplication and the ECH have promoted the expansion of terpene synthase(TPS) genes;conversely, the TST seems to have inhibited expansion of these genes. 5Nonlinear instability suppression of closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with rate-limiting actuator based on anti-windup compensation显示文摘To solve the flight safety problem caused by nonlinear instabilities(category II pilot induced oscillations, PIOs) of the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with rate-limiting actuator, the antiwindup(AW) compensation method to avoid category II PIOs is investigated. Firstly, the AW compensation method originally used for controlling input magnitude limited system is introduced, then this method is extended for controlling input rate-limiting system through a circle criterion theorem. Secondly, the establishment of the AW compensator is transformed into the solving of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an AW compensator establishment algorithm for the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with the rate-limiting actuator is obtained. The effectiveness of the AW compensation method to avoid category II PIOs is validated by time-domain simulations,and compared with rate-limited feedback(RLF) command rate compensation method. The results show that the AW compensation method can effectively suppress category II PIOs and maintain the nominal performance when the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system is normal. 6Monitoring Thosea sinensis Walker in Tea Plantations Based on UAV Multi- Spectral Image显示文摘Thosea sinensis Walker(TSW)rapidly spreads and severely damages the tea plants.Therefore,finding a reliable operational method for identifying the TSW-damaged areas via remote sensing has been a focus of a research community.Such methods also enable us to calculate the precise application of pesticides and prevent the subsequent spread of the pests.In this work,based on the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)platform,five band images of multispectral red-edge camera were obtained and used for monitoring the TSW in tea plantations.By combining the minimum redundancy maximum relevance(mRMR)with the selected spectral features,a comprehensive spectral selection strategy was proposed.Then,based on the selected spectral features,three classic machine learning algorithms,including random forest(RF),support vector machine(SVM),and k-nearest neighbors(KNN)were used to construct the pest monitoring model and were evaluated and compared.The results showed that the strategy proposed in this work obtained ideal monitoring accuracy by only using the combination of a few optimized features(2 or 4).In order to differentiate the healthy and TSW-damaged areas(2-class model),the monitoring accuracies of all the three models were computed,which were above 96%.The RF model used the least number of features,including only SAVI and Bandred.In order to further discriminate the pest incidence levels(3-class model),the monitoring accuracies of all the three models were computed,which were above 80%,among which the RF algorithm based on SAVI,Band_(red),VARI__(green),and Band_(red_edge) features achieve the highest accuracy(OAA of 87%,and Kappa of 0.79).Considering the computational cost and model accuracy,this work recommends the RF model based on a few optimal feature combinations to monitor and distinguish the severity of TSW in tea plantations.According to the UAV remote sensing mapping results,the TSW infestation exhibited an aggregated distribution pattern.The spatial information of occurrence and severity can offer effective guidance for precise control of the pest.In addition,the relevant methods provide a reference for monitoring other leaf-eating pests,effectively improving the management level of plant protection in tea plantations,and guaranting the yield and quality of tea plantations.Lin Yuan Qimeng Yu Yao Zhang Xiaochang Wang Ouguan Xu Wenjing Li 2023Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,3:0
7Combined linkage and association mapping reveals two major QTL for stripe rust adult plant resistance in Shaanmai 155 and their haplotype variation in common wheat germplasm显示文摘The development and deployment of diverse resistance sources in new wheat cultivars underpin the durable control of stripe rust.In the present study,two loci for adult plant resistance(APR),QYr SM155.1 and QYr SM155.2,were identified in the Chinese wheat breeding line Shaanmai 155.QYr SM155.1 was mapped to a 3.0-c M interval between the single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)markers AX-109583610 and AX-110907562 on chromosome arm 2 BL.QYr SM155.2 was mapped to a 2.1-c M interval flanked by the SNP markers AX-110378556 and AX-86173526 on chromosome arm 7 AS.A genome-wide association study was used to identify markers associated with APR in a panel of 411 spring wheat lines.Thirteen and 11 SNPs were significantly associated with QYr SM155.1 and QYr SM155.2,respectively,corresponding to physical intervals of 653.75–655.52 Mb on 2 BL and 81.63–83.93 Mb on7 AS.To characterize the haplotype variation and the distribution of these QTL,haplotype analysis was performed based on these SNPs in an independent panel of 1101 worldwide wheat accessions.Three major haplotypes(2 B_h1,2 B_h2,and 2 B_h3)for QYr SM155.1 and four major haplotypes(7 A_h1,7 A_h2,7 A_h3,and 7 A_h4)for QYr SM155.2 were identified.Accessions individually harboring QYr SM155.1_h1 and QYr SM155.2_h1 haplotypes and their combination displayed resistance.Additional assays of 1306 current Chinese cultivars and breeding lines using markers flanking QYr SM155.1 and QYr SM155.2 indicated that the resistance haplotypes of the two QTL were present in respectively 1.45%and 14.16%of lines.Increasing resistance haplotype frequencies at these two loci using marker-assisted selection should benefit wheat production in China.Cai’e Zhou Dan Liu Xu Zhang Qimeng Wu Shengjie Liu Qingdong Zeng Qilin Wang Changfa Wang Chunlian Li Ravi PSingh Sridhar Bhavani Zhensheng Kang Dejun Han Weijun Zheng Jianhui Wu 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,3:0
