1The influence of Sc addition on microstructure and tensile mechanical properties of Mg-4.5Sn-5Zn alloys显示文摘The microstructure and tensile properties of the as-cast and as-rolled Mg-4.5Sn-5Zn alloys by adding various Sc content were investigated.Improvement of the tensile properties in as-cast Sc-containing alloys is attributed to the grain refinement and modification of secondary phase morphology.Three types of precipitates,namely spherical Mg2Sn,rod-like MgZn and Sc-rich phases were dispersed in the matrix of the Sc added M g-4.5Sn-5Zn alloys after hot rolling deformation.In addition,weakening and deflecting of the basal texture in as-rolled alloys were found and were attributed to Sc addition.Further increasing the Sc addition rate to 0.4 wt.%,however,resulted in the clustering of the Sc-rich phases and was found to reduce the tensile properties of the alloy,especially the elongation.The as-rolled Mg-4.5Sn-5Zn-0.3Sc alloy exhibits an optimum combination of tensile properties.The ultimate tensile strength,yield strength and elongation are 293.0MPa,164.2Mpa and 21.5%,respectively,and the elongation is about 68%higher than that of Sc-free alloy.Pengqi Wang Enyu Guo Xuejian Wang Huijun Kang Zongning Chen Zhiqiang Cao Tongmin Wang 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,3:6
2Novel confinement combustion method of nanosized WC/C for efficient electrocatalytic oxygen reduction显示文摘Nanosized tungsten carbide(WC)/carbon(C)catalyst was synthesized via a novel ultra-rapid confinement combustion synthesis method.The amount of activated carbon(AC)plays an important role in the morphology and structure,controlling both the precursor and final powder.The WC particles synthesized inside the pores of the AC had been 10-20 nm because of the confinement of the pore structure and the large specific surface area of AC.When used for oxygen reduction performance,the half-wave potential was−0.24 V,and the electron transfer number was 3.45,indicating the main reaction process was the transfer of four electrons.The detailed electrocatalytic performance and underlying mechanism were investigated in this work.Our study provides a novel approach for the design of catalysts with new compositions and new structures,which are significant for promoting the commercialization of fuel cells.Pengqi Chen Yunxiao Tai Huan Wu Yufei Gao Jiayu Chen Jigui Cheng 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,8:1
3Simulation research for mobile robot path planning based on improved artificial potential field method recommended by the AsiaSim显示文摘Mobile robot path planning is an important research branch in the field of mobile robots.The main disadvantage of the traditional artificial potential field(APF)method is prone to local minima problems.Improved artificial potential field(IAPF)method is presented in this paper to solve the problem in the traditional APF method for robot path planning in different conditions.We introduce the distance between the robot and the target point to the function of the original repulsive force field and change the original direction of the repulsive force to avoid the trap problem caused by the local minimum point.The IAPF method is suitable for mobile robot path planning in the complicated environment.Simulation and experiment results at the robot platform illustrated the superiority of the modified IAPF method.Pengqi Hou Hu Pan Chen Guo 2017International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing2017,8,2:0
