1世界家庭医生组织(WONCA)研究论文摘要汇编——基层医疗机构应用直肠指检筛查前列腺癌的系统综述及Meta分析显示文摘目的尽管临床上经常应用直肠指检筛查前列腺癌,但是关于其在基层医疗机构中的应用的文献报道还为数尚少。本文旨在对在基层医疗机构中应用直肠指检筛查前列腺癌准确性的研究进行综述及Meta分析。方法检索Medline、EMBase、DARE(效果评价研究综述摘要数据库)、Cochrane临床对照试验数据库、Cochrane系统综述数据库、CINAHL(护理和联合卫生文献累积索引)等数据库中有关基层医疗机构中应用直肠指检筛查前列腺癌的研究,检索时间范围为自建库起至2016年6月。6例研究人员分为3组分别进行文献筛选和数据提取。对纳入文献中的直肠指检筛查前列腺癌的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值进行逆方差meta分析。采用诊断准确性研究质量评价工具QUADAS-2和GRADE指南对纳入文献的偏倚风险和质量进行评估。结果初步检索出相关文献8 217篇,最终纳入7篇,共计9 241例患者。所有患者均做了直肠指检和活检。直肠指检的敏感性为0.51[95%CI(0.36,0.67);特异性为0.59[95%CI(0.41,0.76);阳性预测值为0.41[95%CI(0.31,0.52);],阴性预测值为0.64[95%CI(0.58,0.70);]。GRADE评价表明,文献质量很低。结论鉴于缺乏证据支持其准确性,本研究不建议基层医疗机构常规应用直肠指检筛查前列腺癌。NAJI L RANDHAWA H SOHANI Z 2018中国全科医学2018,21,16:8
2Service restoration in distribution networks using combination of two heuristic methods considering load shedding显示文摘Two heuristic methods are proposed to find an effective and fast solution in modern power distribution networks.For solving the service restoration problem in distribution networks,switch selection indices based on an analytic approach and a practicable heuristic graph-based method are given.The formulation of the problem includes four different objective functions:1)maximizing the total load restored;2)minimizing the number of switching operations;3)maximizing the top priority restored load;4)minimizing load shedding.A suitable evaluation of switch indices is used for all candidate tie switches(TSs)in the network to find the best solution and decrease the number of switching operations.A new graph-based approach is utilized for finding the best sectionalizes switch(SS)and minimizing the voltage drop.The accuracy and the validity of the approach are tested in two standard electrical distribution networks.The results of the approach are used for IEEE 69-bus and IEEE 119-bus test case.Meysam GHOLAMI Jamal MOSHTAGH Naji GHADERNEJAD 2015Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,4:6
3Isolation and Identification of Bioactive Constituents from Stem Barks of Illicium difengpi显示文摘Objective To isolate and identify bioactive constituents from the stem barks of Illicium difengpi.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,recrystallization,and preparative HPLC techniques.The structures of the compounds were identified on the basis of spectral data including NMR,MS,and IR.Results Two sesquiterpene lactones,majucin(1)and anisatin(2),two steroids,β-sitosterol(3)and daucosterol(4),three carboxylic acids,2-ethyldecanoic acid(5),shikimic acid(6),and 3,4-dihydrobenzoic acid(7),and a flavonoid,quercetin(8),were successively isolated from the stem barks of I.difengpi.Conclusion Apart from compound 3,other seven compounds are reported in this plant for the first time.The results suggested that the current studies on I.difengpi is still far from being well known and therefore more studies need to be done for better understanding of this plant.Yong-zhi He Eric Kibagendi Osoro Sivoko Imbenzi Palmer Li-ning Wang Naji Said Aboud 2014Chinese Herbal Medicines2014,6,1:4
4New hope for hepatitis C virus:Summary of global epidemiologic changes and novel innovations over 20 years显示文摘Hepatitis C virus(HCV)is a global health concern associated with significant morbidity and mortality.Before the approval of second-generation direct-acting antiviral agents(DAAs),interferon therapy and liver transplantation constituted the mainstay of treatment.The introduction of well-tolerated oral DAAs in late 2013 has revolutionized HCV management with over 95%cure rates.The predominance of HCV-related liver transplantations has declined following the widespread approval of DAAs.Despite the unparallel efficacy observed among these novel therapies,pharmaceutical costs continue to limit equitable access to healthcare and likely contribute to the differential HCV infection rates observed globally.To reduce the burden of disease worldwide,essential agenda items for all countries must include the prioritization of integrated care models and access to DAAs therapies.Through transparent negotiations with the pharmaceutical industry,the consideration for compassionate release of medications to promote equitable division of care is paramount.Here we provide a literature review of HCV,changes in epidemiologic trends,access issues for current therapies,and global inequities in disease burden.Brittany B Dennis Leen Naji Yasmin Jajarmi Aijaz Ahmed Donghee Kim 2021World Journal of Gastroenterology2021,27,29:4

8Sensitivity analysis of using diethanolamine instead of methyldiethanolamine solution for GASCO’S Habshan acid gases removal plant显示文摘Sweeting natural gas processes are mainly focused on removing carbon dioxide (CO2) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S). The high-energy requirements and opera-tional limitations make amine absorption process sensitive to any change in conditions. This paper presented a steady- state simulation using Hysys to reasonably predict removal amounts of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide from natural gas with the diethanolamine (DEA) solvent. The product specifications are taken from the real plant (GASCO5S Habshan) which uses the methyldiethanola-mine (MDEA) solvent, while this simulation uses DEA under the same operation conditions. First, the simulation validation has been checked with the data of the real plant. The results show accurate prediction for CO2 slippage and accepted agreement for H2S content compared with the data of the plant. A parametric analysis has been performed to test all possible parameters that affect the performance of the acid gases removal plant. 9Critical review of radio-frequency(RF)heating applications in food processing显示文摘Conventional thermal treatment in food processing relies on the transfer of heat by conduction and convection.One alternative to this conventional thermal treatment is radio-frequency(RF)heating in which electromagnetic energy is transferred directly to the heated product.The longer wavelengths of RF compared with microwaves are able to penetrate further into the food products resulting in more even heating.A review of RF heating for the food processing industry is presented here with an emphasis on scientific principles and the advantages and applications of RF.Applications of RF heating include blanching,thawing,drying,and processing of foods.RF heating represents considerable potential for additional research and the transfer of technology to the food processing industry.Computer simulation can be used to improve RF heating uniformity.Moreover,the heating uniformity in the rotated eggs is greater than in the static eggs.RF has also been used to blanch vegetables to increase ascorbic acid content to achieve the highest vitamin C levels.The use of the thawing technology has resulted in better quality of treated food.There has been increased interest in the RF-drying method due to the homogeneity of heating,greater penetration depth,and more stable control of the product temperature.RF-treated meat had improved quality and coagulation with acceptable taste and appearance.In addition,RF heating is used in pasteurization of yogurt and destruction of microorganisms in liquid and solid foods.Ammar Altemimi Salah Naji Aziz Asaad R.S.Al-HiIphy Naoufal Lakhssassi Dennis G.Watson Salam A.Ibrahim 2019Food Quality and Safety2019,3,2:2

12Numerical evaluation of new Austrian tunneling method excavation sequences: A case study显示文摘The main aspects that require attention in tunnel design in terms of safety and economy are the precise estimation of probable ground conditions and ground behavior during construction. The variation in rock mass behavior due to tunnel excavation sequence plays an important role during the construction stage.The purpose of this research is to numerically evaluate the effect of excavation sequence on the ground behavior for the Lowari tunnel project, Pakistan. For the tunnel stability, the ground behavior observed during the actual partial face excavation sequence is compared with the top heading and bench excavation sequence. For this purpose, the intact rock parameters are used along with the characterization of rock mass joints related parameters to provide input for numerical modelling via FLAC 2D. The in-situ stresses for the numerical modelling are obtained using empirical equations. From the comparison of the two excavation sequences, it was observed that the actual excavation sequence used for Lowari tunnel construction utilized more support than the top heading and bench method.
