| 2 | Detecting and monitoring of water inrush in tunnels and coal mines using direct current resistivity method:A review显示文摘Detecting, real-time monitoring and early warning of underground water-bearing structures are critically important issues in prevention and mitigation of water inrush hazards in underground engineering.Direct current(DC) resistivity method is a widely used method for routine detection, advanced detection and real-time monitoring of water-bearing structures, due to its high sensitivity to groundwater. In this study, the DC resistivity method applied to underground engineering is reviewed and discussed,including the observation mode, multiple inversions, and real-time monitoring. It is shown that a priori information constrained inversion is desirable to reduce the non-uniqueness of inversion, with which the accuracy of detection can be significantly improved. The focused resistivity method is prospective for advanced detection; with this method, the flanking interference can be reduced and the detection distance is increased subsequently. The time-lapse resistivity inversion method is suitable for the regions with continuous conductivity changes, and it can be used to monitor water inrush in those regions. Based on above-mentioned features of various methods in terms of benefits and limitations, we propose a three-dimensional(3D) induced polarization method characterized with multi-electrode array, and introduce it into tunnels and mines combining with real-time monitoring with time-lapse inversion and cross-hole resistivity method. | 3 | Crystallization and thermal fatigue of ZrTiCuNiBe bulk amorphous alloys heated by laser pulses显示文摘The crystallization and thermal fatigue behavior of Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloys heated by laser pulses was investigated. The results showed that crystallization occurred even below the crystallization temperature Tx in a low cycle time. Cracks appearred before or after crystallization of the heated area in the sample. The crystallization degree increased with the heating temperature and cycles. An increase in the fatigue cracks number was also observed. | 4 | Corrosion behavior of bulk metallic glasses in different aqueous solutions显示文摘The corrosion behavior of as-cast fully amorphous, structural relaxed amorphous and crystallized Fe65.5Cr4Mo4Ga4P12C5B5.5 bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) in NaCl, HCl and NaOH solutions was investigated by electrochemical polarization and immersion methods. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements was used to analyze the changes of the elements on the alloy surface before and after immersion in various solutions. The corrosion resistance of the Fe65.5Cr4Mo4Ga4P12C5B5.5 BMG was better than its structural relaxation/crystallization counterparts and common alloys (such as stainless steel, carbonized steel, and steel) in the selected aqueous solutions. | 8 | CsPb(I_(x)Br_(1-x))_(3) solar cells显示文摘Owing to its nice performance, low cost, and simple solution-processing, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell(PSC) becomes a promising candidate for next-generation high-efficiency solar cells.The power conversion efficiency(PCE) has boosted from 3.8% to 25.2% over the past ten years. Despite the rapid progress in PCE, the device stability is a key issue that impedes the commercialization of PSCs. Recently, all-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskites have attracted much attention due to their better stability compared with their organic-inorganic counterpart. In this progress report, we summarize the properties of CsPb(IxBr1-x)3 and their applications in solar cells. The current challenges and corresponding solutions are discussed. | 10 | Recent Progress in Interfacial Dipole Engineering for Perovskite Solar Cells显示文摘Design and modification of interfaces have been the main strategies in developing perovskite solar cells(PSCs). Among the interfacial treatments, dipole molecules have emerged as a practical approach to improve the efficiency and stability of PSCs due to their unique and versatile abilities to control the interfacial properties. Despite extensive applications in conventional semiconductors, working principles and design of interfacial dipoles in the performance/stability enhancement of PSCs are lacking an insightful elucidation. In this review, we first discuss the fundamental properties of electric dipoles and the specific roles of interfacial dipoles in PSCs. Then we systematically summarize the recent progress of dipole materials in several key interfaces to achieve efficient and stable PSCs. In addition to such discussions, we also dive into reliable analytical techniques to support the characterization of interfacial dipoles in PSCs. Finally, we highlight future directions and potential avenues for research in the development of dipolar materials through tailored molecular designs. | 17 | In-situ TiC_P/Al Composites Prepared by TE/QP Method显示文摘An in-situ TiCP/Al composite was prepared by a thermal explosion/quick pressure method (TE/QP). The effect of Al content on the reaction temperature as well as the reaction rate has been studied. Phase constituents and the microstructure of the composites and the particle size of the reinforcement were analysed using X-ray diffraction (XRD)and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results have shown that TiCP/Al composite with 40~70 vol. pct TiC particle reinforcement and high relative density can be directly obtained by TE/QP. TiC is the only reaction product when Al content in Al-Ti-C system is no more than 60 vol. pct, but Al3Ti phase will also form when Al content is more than 60 vol. pct. Increasing Al content prolongs the initial reaction time, reduces the highest reaction temperature and the reaction rate, and decreases the size of TiC particles. In addition, the microstructure of TiCP/Al composite and the structure of interface between TiCP and Al are studied using SEM and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the in-situ synthesized TiC particle has fcc cubic structure. The orientation between TiC particles and Al matrix can be described as (220)Al∥(022)TiC and [112]Al∥[011]TiC. Results of the mechanical property tests reveal that the ultimate strength (σ) and modulus (E) are 687 MPa and 142 GPa respectively when the Al content is 40 vol. pct. | 18 | Antioxidative solution processing yields exceptional Sn(Ⅱ) stability for sub-1.4 eV bandgap inorganic perovskite solar cells显示文摘Owing to the combined features of sub-1.4 eV bandgap and all-inorganic composition,cesium tin–lead(Sn-Pb)triiodide perovskite is promising for approaching the Shockley-Queisser limit of solar cells while avoiding the use of volatile organic cations.But the low Sn(Ⅱ)stability in this perovskite remains a hurdle for delivering its theoretically attainable device performance.Herein we present a synthesis method of this perovskite based on an acetylhydrazine-incorporated antioxidative solution system.Mechanistic investigation shows that acetylhydrazine effectively reduces the oxidation of solution-phase Sn(Ⅱ)and meanwhile creates an electron-rich,protective nano-environment for solid-state Sn(Ⅱ)ions.These lead to high oxidation resistance of the final film as well as effective defect inhibition.The resultant solar cells demonstrate power conversion efficiencies up to 15.04%,the highest reported so far for inorganic perovskite devices with sub-1.4 eV bandgaps.Furthermore,the T_(90) lifetime of these devices can exceed 1000 hours upon light soaking in a nitrogen atmosphere,demonstrating the potential advantage when lower-bandgap perovskite solar cells go all-inorganic. | Mingyu Hu Gaopeng Wang Qinghong Zhang Jue Gong Zhou Xing Jinqiang Gao Jian Wang Peng Zeng Shizhao Zheng Mingzhen Liu Yuanyuan Zhou Shihe Yang | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,9: | 1 |
