95-Hydroxymethylfurfural from wine-processed Fructus corni inhibits hippocampal neuron apoptosis显示文摘Previous studies have shown that 5-hydroxymethylfurfural,a compound extracted from wineprocessed Fructus corni,has a protective effect on hippocampal neurons.The present study was designed to explore the related mechanisms.Our study revealed that high and medium doses(10,1μmol/L)of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural could improve the morphology of H2O2-treated rat hippocampal neurons as revealed by inverted phase-contrast microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.MTT results showed that incubation with high and medium doses of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural caused a significant increase in the viability of neuronal cells injured by H2O2.Flow cytometry assays confirmed that H2O2could induce cell apoptosis,while high and medium doses of5-hydroxymethylfurfural had a visible protective effect on apoptotic rat hippocampal neurons.Real-time PCR and western blot analysis showed that high and medium doses of5-hydroxymethylfurfural prevented H2O2-induced up-regulation of p53,Bax and caspase-3 and antagonized the down-regulation of Bcl-2 induced by H2O2treatment.These results suggested that5-hydroxymethylfurfural could inhibit apoptosis of cultured rat hippocampal neurons injured by H2O2via increase in Bcl-2 levels and decrease in p53,Bax and caspase-3 protein expression levels.Hai Gu Zequn Jiang Mingyan Wang Haiying Jiang Fengming Zhao Xia Ding Baochang Cai Zhen Zhan 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,28:1
10Synergistic effect of F and triggered oxygen vacancies over F-TiO_(2) on enhancing NO ozonation显示文摘Oxidation-absorption technology is a key step for NOxremoval from low-temperature gas.Under the condition of low O_(3)concentration(O_(3)/NO molar ratio = 0.6), F-TiO_(2)(F-TiO_(2)), which is cheap and environmentally friendly, has been prepared as ozonation catalysts for NO oxidation. Catalytic activity tests performed at 120℃showed that the NO oxidation efficiency of F-TiO_(2)samples was higher than that of TiO_(2)(about 43.7%), and the NO oxidation efficiency of F-TiO_(2)-0.15 was the highest, which was 65.3%. Combined with physicochemical characteristics of catalysts and the analysis of active species, it was found that there was a synergistic effect between F sites and oxygen vacancies on F-TiO_(2), which could accelerate the transformation of monomolecular O_(3)into multi-molecule singlet oxygen(1O_(2)), thus promoting the selective oxidation of NO to NO_(2). 12Influence of Recirculated Flue Gas Distribution on Combustion and NOx Formation Characteristics in S-CO_(2) Coal-fired Boiler显示文摘Supercritical carbon dioxide(S-CO_(2))Brayton power cycle power generation technology,has attracted more and more scholars'attention in recent years because of its advantages of high efficiency and flexibility.Compared with conventional steam boilers,S-CO_(2) has different heat transfer characteristics,it is easy to cause the temperature of the cooling wall of the boiler to rise,which leads to higher combustion gas temperature in the furnace,higher NOX generation concentration.The adoption of flue gas recirculation has a significance impact on the combustion process of pulverized coal in the boiler,and it is the most effective ways to reduce the emission of NOX and the combustion temperature in the boiler.This paper takes 1000MW S-CO_(2) T-type coal-fired boiler as the research target to investigate the combustion and NOX generation characteristics of S-CO_(2) coal-fired boilers under flue gas recirculation condition,the influence of recirculated flue gas distribution along the furnace height on the characteristics of NOX formation and the combustion of pulverized coal.The results show that the recirculated flue gas distribution has the great impact on the concentration of NOX at the boiler outlet.When the bottom recirculation flue gas rate is gradually increased,the average temperature of the lower boiler decreases and the average temperature of the upper boiler increases slightly;The concentration of NOx at the furnace outlet increases.Peipei WANG Mingyan GU Yao FANG Boyu JIANG Mingming WANG Ping CHEN 2021Mechanical Engineering Science2021,3,2:0
13Structural Characterization and NO Generation Characteristics of Coal Char under O_(2)/CO_(2)Atmosphere显示文摘The evolution of pore structure and functional groups of coal char in different stages of Shenhua coal combustion process in O_(2)/CO_(2)atmosphere was studied by the low temperature nitrogen adsorption method,the scanning electron microscopy and the FTIR method.The relationship between the pore structure,oxygen-containing functional groups and NO generation characteristics of coal char under different inlet oxygen concentrations was analyzed.The result shows that the overall pore structure and shape of pulverized coal particles change continuously with the combustion;and the oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of coal char indicate multi-peak changes and are related to NO generation.The oxygen concentration poses a larger impact on the change in coal particle size,oxygen-containing functional groups and NO generation;and there is an oxygen concentration that optimizes the reduction effect of the oxygen-containing functional group on NO.YAN Dawei GU Mingyan HE Xianhui WANG Jialun WANG Fuling PAN Jizhen 2021Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,4:0
14Numerical Investigation of Heat Transfer Characteristics of Supercritical CO_2 Tube in Combustion Chamber of Coal-Fired Boiler显示文摘To achieve compact structure, light weight, and high thermal efficiency for the coal-fired boiler, the supercritical CO_2 power cycle has been considered as one of the promising alternatives in the coal-fired power conversion system. One of the major problems concerning fossil fuel powered plants is the safety of the water wall in boiler design. In this work, the heat transfer characteristics of the supercritical CO_2 tube in the combustion chamber were determined through the low Reynolds number k-ε model, the gas real model and the P-1 radiation model. The study covered the supercritical CO_2 tube and the fins, and the annulus flue gas passage was also included. The wall temperature and the heat transfer coefficient were compared against those obtained from the experiments. Based on the examinations of the calculated flow and turbulence fields, the distributions of the velocity and the temperature inside the supercritical CO_2 tube in the combustion chamber were resolved numerically. Moreover, the effects of the heat transfer coefficient on the heat transfer characteristics were also discussed. And it was numerically focused on the influence of the inclined angle on the flow and the heat transfer of the supercritical CO_2 tube. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient keeps namely constant as the increasing inclined angle. It would help to better understand the heat transfer mechanism of unique characteristics of supercritical CO_2 above the pseudo-critical temperature, which may provide the corresponding theoretical basis on the optimization design of the coal-fired boiler.WANG Jimin CHEN Xue ZHANG Chao GU Mingyan CHU Huaqiang 2019Journal of Thermal Science2019,28,3:0
