2Effect of La_(2)O_(3) addition on the synthesis of tungsten nanopowder via combustion-based method显示文摘In this study, the influences of La_(2)O_(3) added on the phase, morphology and reduction process of tungsten oxide prepared by solution combustion synthesis(SCS) were investigated for the first time. And tungsten nanopowders with different La_(2)O_(3) doping amount(0.5~5.0 wt%) were successfully prepared by SCS and followed hydrogen reduction. The results showed that with the increase of La_(2)O_(3) addition,the product synthesized by SCS changed from needle-like W_(18) O_(49) to irregularly granulated H0.53 WO3 and the complete reduction temperature also increased form 700°C to 850°C. The densification behavior of as-prepared W nanopowders revealed that the densification inhibitory effect of La_(2)O_(3) was enhanced as the La_2O_3 addition increased. Nevertheless, due to the optimal size and distribution of La_(2)O_(3) particles,the sample with 2.0 wt% La_(2)O_(3) addition has a smallest grain size of 0.47 μm and a highest microhardness value of 739.3 Hv0.2, which are the best compared with the literature.Zheng Chen Mingli Qin Junjun Yang Lin Zhang Baorui Jia Xuanhui Qu 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,58,23:2
3Powder injection molding of Fe-Ni soft magnetic alloys显示文摘With miniaturization and complication of the shape of electronic devices in recent years, powder injection molding (PIM) seems to be a suitable process for fabricating the higher performance soft magnetic components. In this paper, high quality Fe-50Ni soft magnetic alloy was fabricated by PIM with carbonyl iron and nickel, and the effect of sintering process on its microstructure and magnetic properties were investigated. The mechanical and magnetic properties can be obviously improved by increasing the sintering temperature or using the hydrogen atmosphere instead of high vacuum, which causes by the increase of grain size and the densification. At the optimum sintering conditions, the PIM Fe-50Ni soft magnetic alloy with high properties are obtained, whose relative density, tensile strength, Bm, Hc, μm are 97%, 465 MPa, 1.52 T, 16.62 A·m-1, 42.5 mH·m-1, respectively.DUAN Bohua QU Xuanhui QIN Mingli GUO Shibo 2006Rare Metals2006,25,z1:2

8Pressureless two-step sintering of ultrafine-grained refractory metals:Tungsten-rhenium and molybdenum显示文摘The challenge of sintering ultrafine-grained refractory metals and alloys to full density is hereby addressed by pressureless two-step sintering in tungsten-rhenium alloy and pure molybdenum. Using properly processed nano powders(~50 nm average particle size), we are able to sinter W-10Re alloy to 98.4% density below 1200 ℃ while maintaining a fine grain size of 260 nm, and sinter molybdenum to 98.3% density below 1120 ℃ while maintaining a fine grain size of 290 nm. Compared to normal sintering,two-step sintering offers record-fine grain sizes and better microstructural uniformity, which translates to better mechanical properties with higher hardness(6.3 GPa for tungsten-rhenium and 4.0 GPa for molybdenum, both being the highest in all pressurelessly sintered samples of the respective material system)and larger Weibull modulus. 12Effects of heat treatment on the properties of powder injection molded AlN ceramics显示文摘The effects of two different heat-treatment atmospheres,nitrogen atmosphere and reducing nitrogen atmosphere with carbon,on the properties of Y2O3-doped aluminum nitride(AlN) ceramics were investigated.The AlN powder as a raw material was synthesized by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS) and compacts were fabricated by employing powder injection molding technique.The polymer-wax binder consisted of 60 wt.% paraffin wax(PW),35 wt.% polypropylene(PP),and 5 wt.% stearic acid(SA).After the removal of binder,specimens were sintered at 1850°С in nitrogen atmosphere under atmospheric pressure.To improve the thermal conductivity,sintered samples were reheated.The result reveals that the heat-treatment atmosphere has significant effect on the properties and secondary phase of AlN ceramics.The thermal conductivity and density of AlN ceramics reheated in nitrogen gas are 180 W·m-1·K-1 and 3.28 g·cm-3 and the secondary phase is yttrium aluminate.For the sample reheated in reducing nitrogen atmosphere with carbon,the thermal conductivity and density are 173 W·m-1·K-1 and 3.23 g·cm-3,respectively,and the secondary phase is YN.DU Xueli QIN Mingli Akhtar Farid FENG Peizhong QU Xuanhui 2008Rare Metals2008,27,1:1

14Phase equilibria in the Mg-rich corner of the Mg-Zn-La system at 350°C显示文摘The phase equilibria in the Mg-rich corner of the Mg-Zn-La system at 350°C have been investigated by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and electron probe microanalysis. It has been shown that the linear compound (Mg,Zn)17La2 existed in the Mg-Zn-La system at 350°C. The linear compound (so-called T phase) was with the C-centred orthorhombic crystal structure induced by the solution of significant quantities of the third element. 17Manufacturing of Injection-Molded NdFeB Magnet with (BH)max111 kJ · m-3显示文摘The bonded NdFeB magnets prepared by injection molding meet with the development tendency of the magnet in small volume, light weight and high performance ,and have a good prospect.In this paper, a modified nylonbased binder was developed for powder injection molding of NdFeB bonded magnets.The effects of pretreatment of NdFeB anisotropic magnetic powder produced with HDDR processing on the anti-oxidation behaviors of powder and the final magnetic properties of the molded bonded magnets were studied.The optimal powder loading of 65 vol% was achieved with the modified binder.It was found that the properties of the bonded magnets were mainly affected by the powder surface pretreatment and the intensity of the applied alignment magnetic field during injection molding for a certain powder.Bonded magnets with remanence of 0.820 T, intrinsic coercivity of 1140.3 kA· m-1 and maximum energy product of 111 kJ · m-3 were produced with the optimal processing.Duan Bohua Qu Xuanhui Xu Zhengzhou Guo Shibo Qin Mingli 2004Journal of Rare Earths2004,22,z1:0

20Passive optimization of pump noise transfer function by narrow band-pass filtering in femtosecond fiber lasers显示文摘Fluctuation of pump power is one of the major sources of temporal and intensity noise in femtosecond fiber lasers.In this work,the transfer functions between the relative intensity noise(RIN)of the pump laser diode(LD)and the output RIN,between the RIN of the pump LD and timing jitter of femtosecond fiber lasers are systematically studied.It is demonstrated,for the first time to our knowledge,that the amplitude of the pump RIN transfer function can be effectively decreased by an intra-cavity narrow band-pass filter.In particular,for normal-dispersion lasers,the 3-d B bandwidth of the transfer function can also be narrowed by two-thirds,with a steeper falling edge.Furthermore,with the narrow band-pass filtering,the transfer function is almost independent of the net intra-cavity dispersion due to amplifier similariton formation.The proposed scheme can effectively isolate the pump-induced noise without the need of complex active pump LD control and intra-cavity dispersion management,thus providing an easy way for practical high-power,high-stability femtosecond fiber laser design and related high-precision applications outside the laboratory.Peng Qin Sijia Wang Minglie Hu Youjian Song 2019High Power Laser Science and Engineering2019,7,3:0
