3Macroscopic superlubricity of potassium hydroxide solution achieved by incorporating in-situ released graphene from friction pairs显示文摘Graphene(G),as a typical two-dimensional material,is often used as an additive for liquid lubricants.However,graphene is mostly added to liquid lubricants in a one-time manner in friction;it mainly exists in the form of multilayer agglomerated structures due to theπ–πstacking between graphene sheets,making it unable to fully exert the synergistic lubrication function.Herein,we propose a new macroscopic superlubric system of graphene/potassium hydroxide(G/KOH)solution;and the graphene additive involved is exfoliated in-situ from graphene/epoxy(G/EP)friction pair by friction,continuously providing freshly-peeled graphene into KOH solution and minimizing the adverse effects of graphene agglomeration.Moreover,the in-situ produced graphene additive has thinner thickness and better anti-aggregation ability,which provide more graphene to accommodate OH−,form more stacked sandwich structures of OH−/graphene/OH−between friction pairs(i.e.,equivalent to a moving pulley block with more wheels),and finally realize superlubricity.This study develops a new liquid superlubric system suitable for alkaline environments,and at the same time proposes a new way to gradually release graphene additives in situ,rather than adding them all at once,deepening the understanding to liquid superlubricity mechanism,and paving the experimental foundation for the practical application of macroscopic superlubricity.Hongyu LIANG Xinjie CHEN Yongfeng BU Meijuan XU Gang ZHENG Kaixiong GAO Xijun HUA Yonghong FU Junyan ZHANG 2023Friction2023,11,4:0
4Geographical distribution of Aspergillus flavus in peanut harvest period in China显示文摘In order to grasp the distribution of Aspergillus flavus in the soil of peanut production areas in China,A.flavus biomarkers were tested on 555 soil samples from 37 sampling points in 17 provinces,peanut fields in four agroecological zones(Southern area,Yangtze River Basin,Northern area,Northeast area).The results showed that(1)the cultivation amount of A.flavus per gram of soil in the Yangtze River Basin is 1.30 times that of the southern area,1.56 times that of the northern area,and 6.20 times that of the northeast area,with obvious regional characteristics.(2)In the Yangtze River basin,the change of longitude in the east-west direction has no direct impact on the cultivation amount of A.flavus per gram of soil.(3)In the east coast,the A.flavus cultivated per gram of soil increased first and then decreased with the increase of latitude from south to north.(4)A.flavus can be isolated in the soil samples above 1000 m.Field pollution is an important source of aflatoxin contamination in peanut.The study on the distribution of A.flavus in soil in China could provide theoretical support for the early warning and prevention and control measures of aflatoxin contamination in peanut.Xiaohan Liu Jiayun Fu Mingbo Wen Haohua Gu Pingping Ji Xiaofeng Yue Xiaoqian Tang Meijuan Liang Yang Zhou Qi Zhang Peiwu Li 2023Oil Crop Science2023,8,2:0
5Transformation of single drop breakup from binary to ternary and multiple in turbulent jet flows显示文摘By releasing liquid drops in turbulent jet flows,we investigated the transformation of single drop breakup from binary to ternary and multiple.Silicone oil and deionized water were the dispersed phase and continuous phase,respectively.The probability of binary,ternary,and multiple breakup of oil drops in jet flows is a function of the jet Reynolds number.To address the underlying mechanisms of this transformation of drop breakup,we performed two-dimensional particle image velocimetry(PIV)experiments of single-phase jet flows.With the combination of drop breakup phenomenon and two-dimensional PIV results in a single-phase flow field,these transformation conditions can be estimated:the capillary number ranges from 0.17 to 0.27,and the Weber number ranges from 55 to 111.Wenjun Liang Dengfei Wang Meijuan Qian Ziqi Cai Zhipeng Li Zhengming Gao 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,6:0
6Surface engineering of carbon dots for highly sensitive α-glucosidase assay and inhibition evaluation显示文摘Monitoringα-glucosidase(α-Glu)activity is of great significance for the early diagnosis of typeⅡdiabetes.Here the blue fluorescent carbon dots(CDs)were integrated with two different recognizing molecules,β-cyclodextrin and phenylboronic acid,for assembling a multifunctional CDs(mCDs)nanoplatform for sensitively analyzingα-Glu and its inhibitors.The hydrolyzed product of 4-nitrophenyl-α-D-glucopyranoside(α-Glu substrate),p-nitrophenol,could efficiently quench the fluorescence of mCDs due to its cooperative molecular recognition withβ-cyclodextrin and phenylboronic acid.The mCDs could be utilized for the detection ofα-Glu activity with the limit of detection of 0.030 U/L.Moreover,the presentα-Glu detection platform revealed a high selectivity,and other natural enzymes showed scarcely any effect on the present mCDs system.The proposed method could be facilely used to screenα-Glu inhibitors with satisfying performance.The rational mCDs is expected to supplement more comprehensive biosensing platforms for highly sensitive and specific recognition of disease-relevant biomarkers with clinical importance.Meijuan Liang Gege Song Yeqing Wan Yingying Chen Fuan Wang Xiaoqing Liu 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,3:0

8Comparative Study on the Effect of Extractant on the Detection of Imidaclothiz Residue in Tea显示文摘Imidaclothiz residue in tea was determined by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC),using different extractants including hexane,acetonitrile,acetone,hexane-acetonitrile( 1∶ 1),acetonitrile-acetone( 1∶ 1) and hexane-ethyl acetate( 1∶ 1). The results indicated that all the extractants displayed excellent extraction capacities of imidaclothiz residue in tea and insignificant interference on the accuracy. Under the optimized extraction volume( 20 ml),the recovery values were in the ranges of 82. 3%-100. 7%,85. 8%-101. 1%,85. 9%-95. 2%,82. 3%-101. 3%,82. 4%-100. 5% and 88. 6%-102. 3%,respectively,with the relative standard deviations smaller than 10%. 9Pulmonary rehabilitation protocols in urgent lung transplantation patients显示文摘BACKGROUND:Prolonged invasive respiratory support and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)in patients requiring urgent lung transplantation(ULTx)present signifi cant challenges to clinical practice due to severe underlying diseases and complex conditions.The aim of the study was to report the clinical outcomes of patients who received ULTx and followed the perioperative rehabilitation protocol implemented in a lung transplant center.METHODS:A retrospective analysis was conducted in ULTx patients who required preoperative invasive mechanical ventilation(IMV)and ECMO between January 2018 and January 2023.Data were retrieved from electronic medical records at our lung transplant center.RESULTS:Fourteen patients(mean age 57.43±10.97 years;12 males,2 females)underwent ULTx with bridging ECMO and IMV.The mean body mass index was 23.94±3.33 kg/m²,and the mean Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation(APACHE)II score was 21.50±3.96.The Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS 2002)scores were≥3.ULTx was performed after an 8.5-day waiting period(interquartile interval[IQR]5.0-26.5 d).Following the surgeries,the average lengths of ECMO and IMV were 1.0(IQR 1.0-2.0)d and 5.0(IQR 3.0-7.3)d,respectively.The total length of hospital stay was 60.1±30.8 d,with an average intensive care unit stay of 38.3±22.9 d and post-operative hospitalization stay of 45.8±26.1 d.Two patients died within 30 d after ULTx,with a 30-day survival rate of 85.71%.CONCLUSION:Patients receiving ULTx showed an acceptable short-term survival rate,validating the practicality and safety of the treatment protocols implemented in our center.Fei Zeng Lingyun Cai Luyao Guo Meijuan Lan Jiangshuyuan Liang Peipei Gu 2024World Journal of Emergency Medicine2024,15,1:0
