1Preparation of an amphoteric flocculant having both high polymer content and low viscosity and its polymerization kinetics显示文摘It is not easy for liquid cationic flocculant diallyldimethyl-ammonium chloride(DM) homopolymer to simultaneously exhibit both low viscosity and high polymer content, which limited its application in offshore oilfield.In this paper, sodium allylsulfonate(XS) and sodium formate were used in the aqueous solution polymerization of DM.An amphoteric flocculant(PDMXS) with the properties of high polymer content(about 55 wt%) and low viscosity(efflux time measured by an Apply 4 viscometer was less than 100 s) was prepared.The optimum reaction conditions were identified as follows: the mass ratio of XS/DM was 10 wt%, the concentration of sodium formate was 2000 mg·L^(-1), reaction temperature was 55 ℃, the concentration of KPS was 0.5 wt% and the reaction time was 4 h.The polymerization kinetics was discussed.The results showed that R_p∝ [M]^(1.97)[I]^(0.68)[CTA]^(0.71) and the apparent activation energy was 72.55 kJ·mol^(-1).Shenwen Fang Manlin Wang Zipei Xu Lei Zhai Xiujun Wang Yan Xiong 2019Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,1:3
2Influence of Wind Deviation Angle on n-Hexane Evaporation Loss of Internal Floating-Roof Tanks显示文摘With the increasing attention to environmental protection,it is still necessary to strictly control the oil evaporation loss from the IFRT(internal floating-roof tank)to the atmosphere.Upon using n-hexane as a representative of light oil,the effects of the WDAs(wind deviation angles)on airflow distribution,the wind speed,the n-hexane vapor concentration,and the evaporation loss rate in the IFRT were investigated,and the mass transfer of the vapor-air was analyzed.The results are shown as follows:when the WDA is 0°,the vapor concentration in the gas space above the floating deck is the lowest;when the WDA is 22.5°,the oil evaporation loss rate is the largest;when the WDA is 45°,the vapor concentration is the highest,but the evaporation loss rate is the smallest.It is recommended to arrange the vent to the wind direction with an angle of 45°to reduce the evaporation loss and protect the atmospheric environment.Huang Weiqiu Xu Manlin Li Fei Ji Hong Fang Jie 2020China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2020,22,2:1
3A Reliable Routing Algorithm with Network Coding in Internet of Vehicles显示文摘The intelligent vehicle network uses advanced information technology to establish an efficient integrated vehicle transport system,which has received great attention in industry and academia. Internet of Vehicles(IoV)in an urban environment is operated in a wireless environment with high bit error rate and interference. In addition,the wireless link between vehicles is likely to be lost. All of this makes it an important challenge to provide reliable mobile routing in an urban traffic environment. In this paper,a reliable routing algorithm with network coding(RR_NC)is proposed to solve the above problems. A routing node sequence is discovered in IoV from source to destination by multi-metric ant colony optimization algorithm(MACO),and then clusters are formed around every node in the sequence. By adding linear encoding into the transmission of data between vehicle's clusters,the RR_NC provides much more reliable transmission and can recover the original message in the event of disorder and loss of message. Simulations are taken under different scenarios,and the results prove that this novel algorithm can deliver the information more reliably between vehicles in real-time with lower data loss and communication overhead.Zhen Wang Jianqing Li Manlin Fang Yang Li Botao Feng 2017China Communications2017,14,5:1
