2Fracture Characteristics and Heat Accumulation of Jixianian Carbonate Reservoirs in the Rongcheng Geothermal Field, Xiong'an New Area显示文摘Geothermal energy plays an important role in urban construction of the Xiong’an New Area. Geothermal reservoir fracture distribution of the Mesoproterozoic Jixianian Wumishan Formation(Fm.) carbonate reservoir in the Rongcheng geothermal field are evaluated based on FMI log from Wells D19 and D21. The results show carbonate reservoir fracture density of Well D19 is 15.2/100 m, greater than that of Well D21 with a value of 9.2/100 m. Reservoir porosity and permeability of Well D19 are better than that of Well D21, and the water saturation is bimodally distributed. The movable fluid volume ratio(BVM) of Well D19 is 2% to 8% with some zones exceeding 20%, while the value of Well D21 is less than 4%. Therefore, reservoir fractures in Well D19 are more conducive to fluid flow. Reservoir fractures have a similar occurrence to normal faults, indicating that the tensile stress field controlled the formation of such fractures. Developed reservoir fractures provide a good channel for groundwater convection. 4Theoretical analysis and applications of Y-Inversion Ventilation System in a mine fire zone显示文摘Based on mine fire fighting practices at the 1110 working face of the Brapukuria Coal Mine,Bangladesh,we introduce and discuss the Y-Inversion Ventilation System,the latest technology used both in mine fire zone management and the unsealing process.This ventilation system can ensure that all miners breathed fresh air,providing protection for them during fire fighting and unsealing the fire zone.On the other hand,adjusting the amount of air at the working face and forming a CO leakage path controlled the state of the fire and as well ensured that the different fire extinguishing measures could be applied successfully.These are all fundamental techniques which ensured successful fire extinguishing and unsealing of the fire zone.We also analyzed the main reasons for the spontaneous coal combustion that occurred at the 1110 working face.Successful application of advanced composite polymer colloidal perfusion techniques,polymer foam MEA perfusion and fire-prevention technology by infusing nitrogen,used in mine fire zone management and unsealing,are presented.We value the experience with these techniques very highly and are of the opinion that these techniques could be widely used in mine fire fighting practices under similar spontaneous coal combustion conditions elsewhere.YANG Shengqlang PANG Weidong WEN Hu YU Baohua MA Zhihe HUANG Ruiling 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,5:1
5Effect of tetrahedral DNA nanostructures on LPS-induced neuroinflammation in mice显示文摘Neuroinflammation plays a significant role in inducing depression-like behavior. Tetrahedral DNA nanostructures(TDNs) are molecules that exhibit anti-inflammatory properties and can effectively penetrate the blood-brain barrier. Thus, researchers have hypothesized that TDNs regulate the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines and consequently alleviate depression-like behavior. To test this hypothesis, we investigated the effect of TDNs on the depression-like behavior of C57 mice induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS). We performed open-field, tail suspension, and sucrose preference tests on LPS-and LPS/TDNtreated mice. The results indicated that the injection of TDNs into LPS-treated mice resulted in increased velocity, center zone duration, frequency to the center zone, and sucrose preference, and decreased immobility time. Immunofluorescence results indicated that peripheral administration of LPS in the mice activated inflammation, which culminated in distinct depression-like behavior. However, TDNs effectively alleviated the inflammation and depression-like behavior through the reduction of the expression levels of proinflammatory cytokines, such as interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α in the brain. Additionally, TDNs normalized the expression level of microglia cell activation markers, such as ionized calcium binding adaptor molecule 1, in the hippocampus of mice. 6Development of a Bird-like Flapping-wing Aerial Vehicle with Autonomous Take-off and Landing Capabilities显示文摘The lack of autonomous take-off and landing capabilities of bird-like flapping-wing aerial vehicles(BFAVs)seriously restricts their further development and application.Thus,combined with the current research results on the autonomous take-off and landing technology of unmanned aerial vehicles,four types of technologies are studied,including jumping take-off and landing technology,taxiing take-off and landing technology,gliding take-off and landing technology,and vertical take-off and landing(VTOL)technology.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-comprehensive evaluation method,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the autonomous take-off and landing scheme of a BFAV is established,and four schemes are evaluated concretely.The results show that under the existing technical conditions,the hybrid layout VTOL scheme is the best.Furthermore,the detailed design and development of the prototype of a BFAV with a four-rotor hybrid layout are carried out,and the vehicle performance is tested.The results prove that through the four-rotor hybrid layout design,the BFAV has good autonomous take-off and landing abilities.The power consumption analysis shows that for a fixed-point reconnaissance mission,when the mission radius is less than 3.38 km,the VTOL type exhibits longer mission duration than the hand-launched type.Dongfu Ma Bifeng Song Zhihe Wang Jianlin Xuan Dong Xue 2021Journal of Bionic Engineering2021,18,6:1
