1MECHANISM DESIGN AND MOTION ANALYSIS OF A SPHERICAL MOBILE ROBOT显示文摘A new spherical mobile robot BHQ-1 is designed. The spherical robot is driven by two internally mounted motors that induce the ball to move straight and turn around on a flat surface. A dynamic model of the robot is developed with Lagrange method and factors affecting the driving torque of two motors are analyzed. The relationship between the turning radius of the robot and the length of two links is discussed in order to optimize its mechanism design. 4Mushroom Poisoning Outbreaks-China,2020显示文摘What is already known about this topic?Acute liver failure,rhabdomyolysis,acute renal failure,and hemolysis caused by poisonous mushrooms are the most important mushroom poisoning threats to the Chinese population.The most notorious lethal mushrooms are the species from genera Amanita,Lepiota,and Galerina that cause acute liver failure,and Russula subnigricans that leads to rhabdomyolysis.What is added by this report?In 2020,the total number of investigations reached 676,involving an estimated 102 species of poisonous mushrooms,24 of which were newly recorded in China.Gyromitra venenata was newly discovered in incidents in Yunnan and Guizhou provinces and were the first reported poisonings due to gyromitrins in China since 2000.The rare poisoning Shiitake mushroom dermatitis was recorded in China.Hemolysis poisoning caused by Paxillus involutus was recorded for the second time since the beginning of the new century,resulting in one death in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.What are the implications for public health practice?Promoting knowledge about safe consumption of mushrooms is essential to reduce mushroom poisonings.It is not wise to collect and eat wild mushrooms.For southwestern provinces such as Yunnan,especially,caution must be exercised with unfamiliar mushroom species.Haijiao Li Hongshun Zhang Yizhe Zhang Jing Zhou Yu Yin Qian He Shaofeng Jiang Peibin Ma Yutao Zhang Ke Wen Yuan Yuan Nan Lang Bowen Cheng Junjia Lu Chengye Sun 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,3:13

6Mushroom Poisoning Outbreaks — China, 2021显示文摘Summary What is already known about this topic?Mushroom poisoning is one of the most serious food safety issues in China.Most poisoning incidents resulted from eating mushrooms causing gastroenteritis and psycho-neurological disorder from which patients usually could fully recover.Most deaths resulted from species causing acute liver failure and rhabdomyolysis,and the remaining deaths were attributed to acute renal failure and hemolysis.What is added by this report?In 2021,the total number of investigations was 327 from 25 provincial-level administrative divisions,involving 923 patients and 20 deaths,and the overall mortality was 2.17%.Overall,74 poisonous mushrooms causing 6 different clinical syndromes were successfully identified,15 of which were newly recorded in China as poisonous mushrooms.What are the implications for public health practice?Considering the potential huge risks for collecting and eating wild mushrooms,we strongly advise not collecting and eating unfamiliar wild mushrooms.Promoting knowledge about poisonous mushrooms is essential and urgent to reduce mushroom poisonings.Precise species identification timely after mushroom poisoning is important for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.Many deaths were ascribed to delayed hospitalization.Haijiao Li Hongshun Zhang Yizhe Zhang Jing Zhou Yu Yin Qian He Shaofeng Jiang Peibin Ma Yutao Zhang Yuan Yuan Nan Lang Bowen Cheng Mei Wang Chengye Sun 2022China CDC weekly2022,4,3:7
7Point-of-Interest Recommendation in LocationBased Social Networks with Personalized Geo-Social Influence显示文摘Point-of-interest(POI) recommendation is a popular topic on location-based social networks(LBSNs).Geographical proximity,known as a unique feature of LBSNs,significantly affects user check-in behavior.However,most of prior studies characterize the geographical influence based on a universal or personalized distribution of geographic distance,leading to unsatisfactory recommendation results.In this paper,the personalized geographical influence in a two-dimensional geographical space is modeled using the data field method,and we propose a semi-supervised probabilistic model based on a factor graph model to integrate different factors such as the geographical influence.Moreover,a distributed learning algorithm is used to scale up our method to large-scale data sets.Experimental results based on the data sets from Foursquare and Gowalla show that our method outperforms other competing POI recommendation techniques.HUANG Liwei MA Yutao LIU Yanbo 2015China Communications2015,12,12:6
8Effects of Er on the microstructure and properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy prepared via the EMS process显示文摘The effects of small amounts of the rare-earth element erbium on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy via the electromagnetic stirring(EMS) process have been studied.It has been shown that AZ31-Er alloys are mainly composed of α-Mg solid solution and β-Mg17Al12 phases.When the Er content reaches 0.12 wt.%,the characteristic peaks of Al2Er can be observed.The micro-structure is obviously refined and the tensile strength of the AZ31-based alloy at ambient temperature is significantly improved by contents of 0.03 wt.% Er,especially the elongation(δ=19%).More addition of Er obviously decreases the tensile strength and elongation of the AZ31-based alloy because of the grain coarsening and the reduction of β-Mg17Al12 phases.MA Yutao,ZHANG Xingguo,LIU Hongbin,and MENG Linggang School of Materials Science and Engineering,Dalian University of Technology,Dalian 116023,China 2010Rare Metals2010,29,4:6
9Synthesis of TiO_(2) nanotubes film and its light scattering property显示文摘TiO2 nanotubes with diameters of 10 nm and lengths up to 600 nm were fabricated by directly using com-mercial TiO2 powders P25 as the precursors via sonica-tion-hydrothermal combination approach. TiO2 nanotubes were characterized by means of X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), selected area electron diffraction pattern (SAED) and transmission elec-tron microscope (TEM). The light scattering property of film electrodes modified with TiO2 nanotubes was studied and revealed that TiO2 nanotubes can be used as the light scat-tering centers to increase the light absorption in dye- sensi-tized solar cells. 10Nanocrystalline TiO_(2) thin film electrodes prepared by common pressure hydrothermal method at low temperature显示文摘Nanocrystalline TiO2 thin film electrodes have been prepared from mixed pastes of tetrabutyl titanate and nanocrystalline TiO2 particles by common pressure hydro- thermal method at low temperature. The tetrabutyl titanate was hydrolyzed and crystallized into anatase TiO2 to inter- connect nanocrystalline TiO2 particles and adhere them to conductive substrates, obtaining highly porous and me- chanically stable TiO2 nanocrystalline film. 11Is there an optimal time to initiate adjuvant chemotherapy to predict benefit of survival in non-small cell lung cancer?显示文摘Objective: Adjuvant chemotherapy(AC) after curative resection is known to improve the survival of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC); however, few studies have reported the correlation between the time to initiation of AC(TTAC) and survival in NSCLC patients.Methods: The clinical data of 925 NSCLC patients who received curative resection and post-operative AC at the Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences between 2003 and 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.TTAC was measured from the date of surgery to the initiation of AC. Disease-free survival(DFS) was defined as the duration from surgery to the time of tumor recurrence or last follow-up evaluation. The optimal cut-off value of TTAC was determined by maximally selected log-rank statistics. The DFS curve was estimated using the Kaplan-Meier method, and the Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to identify risk factors independently associated with DFS. Propensity score matching(PSM) was performed for survival analysis using the match data.Results: The optimal discriminating cut-off value of TTAC was set at d 35 after curative resection based on which the patients were assigned into two groups: group A(≤35 d) and group B(>35 d). There was no significant difference in the DFS between the two groups(P=0.246), indicating that the TTAC is not an independent prognostic factor for DFS. A further comparison continued to show no significant difference in the DFS among 258 PSM pairs(P=0.283).Conclusions: There was no significant correlation between the TTAC and DFS in NSCLC patients. 12Birth-death processes on trees显示文摘In this paper, we consider birth-death processes on a tree T and we are interested when it is regular, recurrent and ergodic (strongly, exponentially). By constructing two corresponding birth death processes on Z+, we obtain computable conditions sufficient or necessary for that (in many cases, these two conditions coincide). With the help of these constructions, we give explicit upper and lower bounds for the Dirichlet eigenvalue λ0. 13In-Situ Chemosynthesis of ZnO Nanoparticles to Endow Wood with Antibacterial and UV-Resistance Properties显示文摘Hybrid wood materials have attracted considerable attention because they have combined advantages of both wood and inorganic compounds. This work investigated the microstructural morphology, thermal stability, ultraviolet(UV) stability, and antibacterial property of composites made from wood/ZnO hybrid materials through a facile in-situ chemosynthesis methods. The X-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) results indicated that the synthesized ZnO particles had an average grain size of about 10.8 nm. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observations showed that ZnO nanoflowers self-assembled with nanosheets were presented in wood cell lumens and increased with increasing Zn^(2+)concentrations. ZnO nanoparticles were also generated in the wood cell wall, which was confirmed by the results of energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). The TGA tests also indicated that the thermal stability of wood/ZnO hybrid materials was improved after the formation of ZnO inorganic particles. 14Insights into the sandwich-like ultrathin Ni-doped MoS_(2)/rGO hybrid as effective sulfur hosts with excellent adsorption and electrocatalysis effects for lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The design of sulfur hosts with high conductivity,large specific surface area,strong adsorption and electrocatalytic ability is crucial to advance high performance lithium-sulfur batteries.Herein,a novel ultrathin sandwich-type Ni-doped MoS_(2)/reduced graphene oxide(denote as Ni-doped MoS_(2)/rGO) hybrid is developed as a sulfur host through a simple one-step hydrothermal route.The two-dimensional layered structure Ni-doped MoS_(2)/rGO hybrid with heterostructure and heteroatom architecture defects not only plays a key role in adsorption of lithium polysulfide but also catalyzes on redox kinetics of sulfur and polysulfide species.Meanwhile,it can contribute to the large specific surface area for Li_(2) S/S_8 deposition,fast Li-ion and electron transportation,thus enhancing the electrocatalytic properties,as confirmed firstly by cyclic voltammetry(CV) results.Due to the adsorption-catalytic synergistic effect,the Ni-doped MoS_(2)/rGO cathode exhibits high specific capacity(1343.6 mA h g^(-1) at 0.2 C,921.6 mA h g^(-1) at 1 C),high coulombic efficiency and an outstanding cycle stability(with the low attenuation rate of 0.077% per cycle over 140 cycles at 0.5 C and 0.11% per cycle over 400 cycles at 1 C,respectively).This work proposes some inspiration for exploring the construction of advanced lithium-sulfur batteries through the rational design defects of atomic structure and electronic states of MoS_(2) as sulfur host.Ran Zhang Yutao Dong Mohammed AAl-Tahan Yingying Zhang Ruipeng Wei Yuhang Ma Changchun Yang Jianmin Zhang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,9:2
15Bioinformatic analysis of chromatin organization and biased expression of duplicated genes between two poplars with a common whole-genome duplication显示文摘The nonrandom three-dimensional organization of chromatin plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression.However,it remains unclear whether this organization is conserved and whether it is involved in regulating gene expression during speciation after whole-genome duplication(WGD)in plants.In this study,high-resolution interaction maps were generated using high-throughput chromatin conformation capture(Hi-C)techniques for two poplar species,Populus euphratica and Populus alba var.pyramidalis,which diverged~14 Mya after a common WGD.We examined the similarities and differences in the hierarchical chromatin organization between the two species,including A/B compartment regions and topologically associating domains(TADs),as well as in their DNA methylation and gene expression patterns.We found that chromatin status was strongly associated with epigenetic modifications and gene transcriptional activity,yet the conservation of hierarchical chromatin organization across the two species was low.The divergence of gene expression between WGD-derived paralogs was associated with the strength of chromatin interactions,and colocalized paralogs exhibited strong similarities in epigenetic modifications and expression levels.Thus,the spatial localization of duplicated genes is highly correlated with biased expression during the diploidization process.This study provides new insights into the evolution of chromatin organization and transcriptional regulation during the speciation process of poplars after WGD.Le Zhang Jingtian Zhao Hao Bi Xiangyu Yang Zhiyang Zhang Yutao Su Zhenghao Li Lei Zhang Brian J.Sanderson Jianquan Liu Tao Ma 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2
