1Investigation on the relationship between the fine particle emission and crystallization characteristics of gypsum during wet flue gas desulfurization process显示文摘The relationship between the fine particles emitted after desulfurization and gypsum crystals in the desulfurization slurry was investigated,and the crystallization characteristics varying with the operation parameters and compositions of the desulfurization slurry were discussed.The results showed that the fine particles generated during the desulfurization process were closely related to the crystal characteristics in the desulfurization slurry by comparison of their morphology and elements. With the higher proportion of fine crystals in the desulfurization slurry,the number concentration of fine particles after desulfurization was increased and their particle sizes were smaller,indicating that the optimization of gypsum crystallization was beneficial for the reduction of the fine particle emission. The lower p H value and an optimal temperature of the desulfurization slurry were beneficial to restrain the generation of fine crystals in the desulfurization slurry. In addition,the higher concentrations of the Fe^(3+)ions and the F^- ions in the desulfurization slurry both promoted the generation of fine crystals with corresponding change of the morphology and the effect of the Fe^(3+) ions was more obvious.With the application of the desulfurization synergist additive,it was beneficial for the inhibition of fine crystals while the thinner crystals were generated.Danping Pan Hao Wu Linjun Yang 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,5:8
2Evaluation of probiotic yoghurt by the mixed culture with Lactobacillus plantarum A3显示文摘Lactic acid bacteria(LAB)fermentation is the simplest and safest way of food preservation,and the use of probiotics in yoghurt could provide dairy products with unique flavors,textures and health benefits.In this study,Lactobacillus bulgaricus,Streptococcus thermophilus,L.reuteri DSMZ 8533 and the potential probiotic strain L.plantarum A3 were used for the milk fermentation.Results found the texture properties such as hardness,consistency,and viscosity of the yoghurt were enhanced in the mixed culture condition.Furthermore,components like amino acid(leucine),vanilla(vanillin),C;(unsaturated fatty acids)were also accumulated in L.plantarum A3 fermented yoghut,which leads to the significant sensory profiling difference compared with the former plain yoghurt.All these results proved L.plantarum A3 is a potential probiotic stom winch could enhance the sensory and nutrition profiling of the fermented milk.Future work still needs to be done on the synergistic interaction between the traditional strains and the probiotics during the fermentation process.Fengxuan Lang Jianzhu Wen Zhen Wu Daodong Pan Linjun Wang 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,2:3
3A new method for retrieving equivalent cloud base height and equivalent emissivity by using the ground-based Atmospheric Emitted Radiance Interferometer (AERI)显示文摘In the paper, we propose a new method of identifying the clear sky based on the Atmospheric Emitted Radiance Interferometer (AERI). Using the Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Mobile Facility (AFM) dataset in Shouxian in 2008, we simulate the downwelling radiances on the surface in the 8-12m window region using Line-By-Line Radiative Transfer Model (LBLRTM), and compare the results with the AERI radiances. The differences larger (smaller) than 3mW (cm2 sr cm1 ) 1 suggest a cloudy (clear) sky. Meanwhile, we develop the new algorithms for retrieving the zenith equivalent cloud base height (CBH e ) and the equivalent emissivity (e), respectively. The retrieval methods are described as follows. (1) An infinitely thin and isothermal blackbody cloud is simulated by the LBLRTM. The cloud base height (H) is adjusted iteratively to satisfy the situation that the contribution of the blackbody to the downwelling radiance is equal to that of realistic cloud. The final H is considered as CBH e . The retrieval results indicate that the differences between the CBH e and observational cloud base height (CBH) are much smaller for thick low cloud, and increase with the increasing CBH. (2) An infinitely thin and isothermal gray body cloud is simulated by the LBLRTM, with the CBH specified as the observed value. The cloud base emissivity (c) is adjusted iteratively until the contribution of the gray body to the downwelling radiance is the same as that of realistic cloud. The corresponding gc is ge . The average ge for the low, middle, and high cloud is 0.967, 0.781, and 0.616 for the 50 cases, respectively. It decreases with the increasing CBH. 4Retrievals of atmospheric boundary layer temperature and moisture profiles by using Atmospheric Emitted Radiance Interferometer(AERI) measurements in Shouxian显示文摘The ground-based Atmospheric Emitted Radiance Interferometer(AERI)was deployed in Shouxian,China in 2008 to measure down-welling infrared radiances with high resolution.Based on AERI observations,we propose a new method for retrieving vertical temperature and water vapor profiles in the planetary boundary layer(PBL).The method exclusively uses NCEP-2,a global reanalysis data as a first-guess profile in an iterative recursive algorithm.The PBL profiles of temperature and moisture under clear sky conditions in Shouxian have been retrieved using this new method.Compared with coincident radiosonde measurements,we find that AERI is able to obtain more accurate temperature and water vapor profiles in the PBL.The retrieval results with high temporal resolution can be used to monitor the PBL stability and evolution.Linjun Pan Daren L 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,8:1
5Terahertz band simulations using two different radiative transfer models显示文摘A high-resolution dual-band terahertz(THz) radiometer was designed to measure vertical distributions of chemical elements in the middle atmosphere of the Tibetan Plateau. A forward simulation, which always should be conducted firstly for the development of a matching retrieval algorithm, has not been done before. We use two radiative transfer models, ARTS and AM, to simulate the water vapor, ozone and carbon monoxide spectra on the plateau based on the spectral design of the THz radiometer. The emission line characteristics of the three gases in this spectral band are identified. Reasons for the differences in the spectral simulations between the two models are analyzed for individual gases. The impact of several different spectral parameter settings on the simulations are evaluated through a series of sensitivity experiments. This study suggests that the ARTS is more suitable for the development of the THz radiometer retrieval algorithm. 6Quality evaluation of glutenite reservoirs of intergranular-secondary dissolution pore type using a quantitative method显示文摘Glutenite(coarse-grained clastic)reservoirs of intergranularesecondary dissolution pore type are dominated by residual intergranular pores and secondary dissolution pores,and characterized by low porosity,low permeability,strong heterogeneity,and highly variable physical properties.It is difficult to conduct a quantitative quality assessment of these reservoirs while their primary control factors remain unclear.In this paper,experimental core data and drilling,logging and seismic data are used to assess the effect of sedimentary facies on reservoir quality.Favorable sedimentary facies zones are identified by analyzing the characteristics of glutenite reservoirs,which includes investigating rock components and their effects on reservoir quality.Argillaceous matrix content and rigid particle content are identified as the primary control factors for these reservoirs.Logging curves sensitive to reservoir quality are selected and examined to continuously characterize the physical parameters of the reservoirs.It establishes a calculation model of reservoir assessment parameters through multivariate regression and determines the quantitative assessment parameter Fr.The quality of the glutenite reservoirs is defined using conventional logging curves.This study also predicts the plane distribution of high-quality reservoirs through geostatistical inversion of the reservoir assessment parameters based on conventional wave impedance inversion,thus providing insight and guidance for quantitative assessment and quality prediction of glutenite reservoirs of the intergranular-secondary dissolution pore type.The application of this method to well deployment based on qualitative evaluation of the glutenite reservoirs in oilfields yielded favorable results.Juanjuan Guo Yu Huang Yanjun Wang Jianguo Pan Linjun Huang 2022Energy Geoscience2022,3,2:0
7Photovoltaic molecules based on vinylene-bridged oligothiophene applied for bulk-heterojunction organic solar cells显示文摘We have synthesized two photovoltaic molecules(HEX-3TVT-ID and EH-3TVT-ID) based on vinylenebridged oligothiophene applied as donor for the solution-processable bulk-heterojunction organic solar cells(OSCs). Vinylene unit was introduced as π-bridge in the oligothiophenes with 1,3-indenedione as end group and 4,4'-dihexyl-2,2':5',2'-terthiophene or 3',4'-di(octan-3-yl)-2,2':5',2'-terthiophene as core,respectively. Due to the different substituent positions of the alkyl group relative to the vinylene unit in the terthiophene, HEX-3TVT-ID and EH-3TVT-ID show different optical and electrochemical properties, corresponding to the photovoltaic performance of the OSCs devices. The power conversion efficiency(PCE) of the OSCs based on a blend of HEX-3TVT-ID and PC_(71)BM(1:0.8, weight ratio, 0.5% CN) reached 2.3%.
