| 1 | 澳大利亚异位妊娠手术治疗现状及趋势显示文摘目的分析澳大利亚异位妊娠手术治疗的现状及发展趋势。方法根据Medicare Australia提供的1994年1月-2008年12月异位妊娠手术9638例,其中腹腔镜手术6878例,开腹手术2760例,进行回顾性分析。结果1994-2008年,澳大利亚全国及各州区异位妊娠手术病例数呈明显下降趋势(P〈0.001);1994年腹腔镜手术比例由51.3%(504/982)上升至2008年90.8%(417/459),呈明显上升趋势(P〈0.0001);开腹手术比例由1994年48.7%(478/982)下降至2008年9.2%(42/459),呈明显下降趋势(P〈0.0001)。结论澳大利亚异位妊娠手术治疗病例数量的下降提示早期诊断和药物保守治疗可能对其治疗产生了明显的影响,腹腔镜手术已成为异位妊娠手术治疗的首要选择,有望取代开腹手术。 | 曾俐琴 Lee Wei Lim Danforn Ye Victor Wong Felix | 2010 | 中国微创外科杂志2010,10,3: | 6 |
| 2 | Cultivation of microalgae for biodiesel production:A review on upstream and downstream processing显示文摘Fluctuating market price of fossil fuel and overwhelming emission of greenhouse gases to the atmosphere have resulted in climate change and have been a global concern in this decade. Hence, biodiesel has become an alternative option to fossil diesel as it is renewable and environmentally friendly. Nevertheless, this alternative fuel that is usually derived from terrestrial oil crops will cause shortage in food supply and deforestation if mass production is realized. In recent years, cultivation of aquatic microorganism(particularly microalgae) to produce biodiesel is considered as a practical solution due to their high growth rate and ability to synthesize large quantity of lipid within their cell. However, the development of energy and cost-efficiency of microalgae cultivation system are the main issues in producing renewable microalgae biodiesel. Of late, wastewater or organic compost has been used as the cultivation medium as it can provide sufficient nutrients to sustain microalgae growth.Microalgae cultivation method and system are vitally important as these factors undoubtedly affect the final microalgae biomass and lipid yield. In this review, the cultivation system of microalgae, nutrients demanded for microalgae production, cell harvesting and drying, microalgae oil extraction, and utilization of microalgae biomass for biodiesel production are introduced and discussed. | 4 | Effects of vitamin E on stroke: a systematic review with meta- analysis and trial sequential analysis显示文摘There are several previous studies on the association of vitamin E with prevention of stroke but the findings remain controversial.We have conducted a systematic review,meta-analysis together with trial sequential analysis of randomised controlled trials to evaluate the effect of vitamin E supplementation versus placebo/no vitamin E on the risk reduction of total,fatal,non-fatal,haemorrhagic and ischaemic stroke.Relevant studies were identified by searching online databases through Medline,PubMed and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials.A total of 18 studies with 148016 participants were included in the analysis.There was no significant difference in the prevention of total stroke(RR(relative risk)=0.98,95% CI 0.92-1.04,p=0.57),fatal stroke(RR=0.96,95% CI 0.77-1.20,p=0.73)and non-fatal stroke(RR=0.96,95% CI 0.88-1.05,p=0.35).Subgroup analyses were performed under each category(total stroke,fatal stroke and non-fatal stroke)and included the following subgroups(types of prevention,source and dosage of vitamin E and vitamin E alone vs control).The findings in all subgroup analyses were statistically insignificant.In stroke subtypes analysis,vitamin E showed significant risk reduction in ischaemic stroke(RR=0.92,95% CI 0.85-0.99,p=0.04)but not in haemorrhagic stroke(RR=1.17,95%CI 0.98-1.39,p=0.08).However,the trial sequential analysis demonstrated that more studies were needed to control random errors.Limitations of this study include the following:trials design may not have provided sufficient power to detect a change in stroke outcomes,participants may have had different lifestyles or health issues,there were a limited number of studies available for subgroup analysis,studies were mostly done in developed countries,and the total sample size for all included studies was insufficient to obtain a meaningful result from meta-analysis.In conclusion,there is still a lack of statistically significant evidence of the effects of vitamin E on the risk reduction of stroke.Nevertheless,vitamin E may offer some benefits in the prevention of ischaemic stroke and additional well-designed randomised controlled trials are needed to arrive at a definitive finding.PROSPERO registration number:CRD42020167827. | Hong Chuan Loh Renly Lim Kai Wei Lee Chin Yik Ooi Deik Roy Chuan Irene Looi Yuen Kah Hay Nurzalina Abdul Karim Khan | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1: | 2 |

| 8 | Dynamic phenotypic heterogeneity and the evolution of multiple RNA subtypes in hepatocellular carcinoma:the PLANET study显示文摘Intra-tumor heterogeneity(ITH) is a key challenge in cancer treatment, but previous studies have focused mainly on the genomic alterations without exploring phenotypic(transcriptomic and immune)heterogeneity. Using one of the largest prospective surgical cohorts for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)with multi-region sampling, we sequenced whole genomes and paired transcriptomes from 67 HCC patients(331 samples). We found that while genomic ITH was rather constant across stages, phenotypic ITH had a very different trajectory and quickly diversified in stage Ⅱ patients. Most strikingly, 30% of patients were found to contain more than one transcriptomic subtype within a single tumor. Such phenotypic ITH was found to be much more informative in predicting patient survival than genomic ITH and explains the poor efficacy of single-target systemic therapies in HCC. | 15 | 丁螺环酮在低焦虑与高焦虑状态下对大鼠行为的调节作用显示文摘序言:有报道称丁螺环酮(CAS 33386-08-2)对人具有抗焦虑作用,且主要用于治疗轻度焦虑。为了深入研究丁螺环酮对不同程度焦虑的作用,我们在两种不同条件的开放环境下来评价丁螺环酮的作用,这两种条件的开放环境被区别为轻度焦虑和高度焦虑(分别对应封闭野和开放野)。材料和方法:28只Wistar大鼠(350-400g)分别在两种不同的活动装置中进行测试,分别为封闭野和开放野。实验前给其中14只大鼠按ml·只^(-1)注射生理盐水,其余大鼠按3mg·kg^(-1)·只^(-1)给予丁螺环酮。结果:两种开放环境装置的数据有显著差异,提示在开放野中能造成较高程度的焦虑。另外,相关分析显示这两种焦虑实验对焦虑的不同方面具有量度作用。丁螺环酮能有效减少封闭野和开放野中的通常被看作焦虑表现的行为活动。但是丁螺环酮能延长大鼠在中央区域的停留时间,减少大鼠在外部区域的活动频率。这种行为的改变一般被看作是抗焦虑作用。相关分析表明丁螺环酮有效干扰焦虑指数间的关系。结论:结果表明在开放环境装置中,丁螺环酮具有双重作用。活动的减少和大鼠在中央区域滞留时间的延长预示丁螺环酮在引起焦虑和缓解焦虑方面都有作用。两个区域都呈现这样的结果,这说明丁螺环酮在焦虑水平上是独立的。 | Lee Wei Lim Yasin Temel Veerle Visser-Vandewalle 廖婷婷 | 2008 | 重庆中草药研究2008,,2: | 1 |

| 18 | Investigating factors driving phytoplankton growth and grazing loss rates in waters around Peninsular Malaysia显示文摘In tropical waters where temperatures are relatively stable,we investigated whether the relationship between phytoplankton growth and grazing loss rate across diff erent habitats around Peninsular Malaysia can be attributed to its eutrophication states.We measured phytoplankton growth(μ)and grazing loss(g)rates in waters off Bachok Marine Research Station(BMRS),located northeast of Peninsular Malaysia.Chlorophyll-a(chl-a)concentration ranged from 2.90 to 15.78μg/L and was dominated by nanoand micro-phytoplankton(>2μm in size).Using the Landry and Hassett dilution method,μat BMRS ranged from 1.02 to 1.58/d whereas g varied from 0.07 to 0.88/d.Grazing accounted for 35%of the primary production at BMRS.A systematic review of available data in waters around Peninsular Malaysia,revealed howμfl uctuated over a wide range(0.01–1.80/d)and correlated with chl a distribution(R 2=0.181,P<0.001).However,the relationship was only signifi cant at<9μg/L chl a for mesotrophic waters and<16μg/L chl a for eutrophic waters.In contrast,g ranged from 0.00 to 1.01/d,and correlated withμat all locations.The g/μslope ranged from 19%to 84%,and was generally similar for waters around Peninsular Malaysia.However,all the g/μslopes had a positive y-intercept except for BMRS,and this seemed to suggest the availability of alternative prey supporting grazing at the other stations. | Joon Hai LIM Choon Weng LEE Chui Wei BONG | 2021 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,1: | 0 |

concatenated datasets to infer phylogenetic relationships and substantiate systematic positions of taxa within appropriate ranks.Wherever new species or combinations are proposed,we apply an integrative approach using morphological and molecular data as well as ecological features wherever applicable.Notes on 112 fungal taxa are compiled in this paper including Biatriosporaceae and
