1A review on TiO_2 nanotube arrays:Fabrication, properties, and sensing applications显示文摘Fabrication, properties, and sensing applications of TiO2 nanotubes have been reviewed, and the highly ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays made by anodic oxidation in fluoride-contained electrolytes highlighted. The effect of anodization parameters (electrolyte, pH, and voltage) on the titania nanotube size and shape were discussed. The excellent biocompatibility of TiO2, the high orienta- tion, the large surface area with tunable pore sizes, as well as the high electron transfer rate along with the nanotubes make TiO2 nanotube array an ideal substrate for the sensor's fabrication and application. The sensors based on the TiO2 nanotube arrays for sensing hydrogen, oxygen, humidity, glucose and hydrogen peroxide all exhibited low detection limit, high stability, very good reproducibility and high sensitivity.YANG LiXia LUO ShengLian CAI QingYun YAO ShouZhuo 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,4:11
2Nitrogen-doped graphene nanosheets as high efficient catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘It is of great significance in exploring alternative catalysts to platinum (Pt)-based materials for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR),because this reaction is invariably involved in various fuel cells and metal-air batteries.We herein reported the nitrogen doped graphene nanosheets (NGNSs) with pore volume of as high as 3.42 m 3 /g and investigated their potential application as ORR catalysts,it was demonstrated the NGNSs featured high activity,improved kinetics and excellent long-term stability for ORR.The NGNSs were successfully used as cathode catalysts of microbial fuel cells (MFCs) and performed even better than the commercial Pt/C (Pt 10%) catalysts at the maximum power output.CI SuQin WU YongMin ZOU JianPing TANG LongHua LUO ShengLian LI JingHong WEN ZhenHai 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,23:7
3Biosorption of zinc(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution by dried activated sludge显示文摘The biosorption potential of dried activated sludge as a biosorbent for zinc(Ⅱ) removal from aqueous solution was investigated.The effects of initial pH,contact time,initial zinc ion concentration,and adsorbent dosage on the biosorption processes were determined,and the equilibrium data were modeled by the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms.The Langmuir isotherm model (R 2=0.999) was proved to fit the equilibrium data much better than the Freundlich isotherm model (R 2=0.918).The monolayer adsorption capacity of dried activated sludge for zinc(Ⅱ) was found to be 17.86 mg/g at pH of 5 and 25°C.The kinetic data were tested using pseudo firstand second-order models.The results suggested that the pseudo second-order model (R 2 > 0.999) was better for the description of the adsorption behavior of zinc(Ⅱ) onto the dried activated sludge.Fourier transform infrared spectral analysis showed that the dominant mechanism of zinc(Ⅱ) biosorption onto the dried activated sludge was the binding between amide groups and zinc ions.Chunping Yang Jiaqiang Wang Min Lei Gengxin Xie Guangming Zeng Shenglian Luo 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,5:6
4Oxygen migration triggering molybdenum exposure in oxygen vacancy-rich ultra-thin Bi_(2)MoO_(6) nanoflakes: Dual binding sites governing selective CO_(2) reduction into liquid hydrocarbons显示文摘Oxygen vacancy plays vital roles in regulating the electronic and charge distribution of the oxygen deficient materials.Herein,abundant oxygen vacancies are created during assembling the two-dimensional(2D)ultra-thin Bi_(2)MoO_(6) nanoflakes into three dimensional(3D)Bi_(2)MoO_(6) nanospheres,resulting in significantly improved performance for photocatalytical conversion of CO_(2) into liquid hydrocarbons.The increased performance is contributed by two primary sites,namely the abundant oxygen vacancy and the exposed molybdenum(Mo)atom induced by oxygen-migration,as revealed by the theoretical calculation.The oxygen vacancy(Ov)and uncovered Mo atom serving as dual binding sites for trapping CO_(2) molecules render the synchronous fixation-reduction process,resulting in the decline of activation energy for CO_(2) reduction from 2.15 eV on bulk Bi_(2)MoO_(6) to 1.42 eV on Ov-rich Bi_(2)MoO_(6).Such a striking decrease in the activation energy induces the efficient selective generation of liquid hydrocarbons,especially the methanol(C_(2)H_(5) OH)and ethanol(CH_(3) OH).The yields of CH_(3) OH and C_(2)H_(5) OH over the optimal Ov-Bi_(2)MoO_(6) is high up to 106.5 and 10.3μmol g^(-1) respectively,greatly outperforming that on the Bulk-Bi_(2)MoO_(6).Weili Dai Jianfei Long Lixia Yang Shuqu Zhang Yong Xu Xubiao Luo Jianping Zou Shenglian Luo 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,10:3

6Metal chelate affinity to immobilize horseradish peroxidase on functionalized agarose/CNTs composites for the detection of catechol显示文摘The paper reports a novel amperometric biosensor for catechol based on immobilization of a highly sensitive horseradish peroxidase by affinity interactions on metal chelate-functionalized agarose/carbon nanotubes composites. Metal chelate affinity takes advantage of the affinity of Ni2+ ions to bind strongly and reversibly to histidine or cysteine tails found on the surface of the horseradish peroxidase. Thus, enzymes with such residues in their molecules can be easily attached to functionalized agarose/carbon nanotubes composites support containing a nickel chelate. Linear sweep voltammograms and amperometry are used to study the proposed electrochemical biosensor. Catechol is determined by direct reduction of biocatalytically liberated quinone species at -0.05 V (vs. SCE). The effect of pH, applied electrode potential and the concentration of H2O2 on the sensitivity of the biosensor has been investigated. 16A mini review on chemical fixation of CO_(2):Absorption and catalytic conversion into cyclic carbonates显示文摘In this article,we present our research results on chemical fixation of CO_(2) using organobismuth compounds.We fabricated bismuth biphenoate complex,Zn-Mg-Al composite oxides,and SBA-15 or Al-SBA-15 immobilized hydroxyl ionic liquid for CO_(2) cycloaddition onto epoxides.The hypervalent bismuth compounds show good ability for association and dissociation with CO_(2).The bismuth biphenolate complexes are catalytically effective for the cycloaddition reaction.The heterogeneous catalysts,viz.Zn-Mg-Al oxides and SBA-15 or Al-SBA-15 immobilized ionic liquid,are efficient for the synthesis of cyclic carbonate from CO_(2) and epoxide.It is found that the presence of a trace amount of water can improve the catalytic activity of the immobilized ionic liquid.Weili DAI Shenglian LUO Shuangfeng YIN Chaktong AU 2010Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2010,4,2:1
