1XPS study of potassium-promoted molybdenum carbides for mixed alcohols synthesis via CO hydrogenation显示文摘The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to investigate the surface characteristic of potassium-promoted or un-promoted both β-Mo2C and α-MoC1-x pretreated by syngas at different temperatures,and the promotional effect of potassium on the catalytic performance was also studied.XPS results revealed that the content of surface Mo and its valence distribution between β-Mo2C and α-MoC1-x were quite different.Promoted by potassium,the remarkable changes were observed for surface composition and valence of Mo distribution over β-Mo2C.Potassium had strong electronic effect on β-Mo2C,which led to a higher Mo4+ content.On the contrary,potassium had little electronic effect on α-MoC1-x,and K-Mo interaction was weak.Therefore,Mo0 and Mo2+ became the dominant species on the catalyst surface,and the Mo4+ content showed almost no increase as the pretreatment temperature enhanced.In terms of catalytic performance of molybdenum carbides,the increase in Mo0 most likely explained the increase in hydrocarbon selectivity,yet Mo4+ might be responsible for the alcohols synthesis.Minglin Xiang Debao Li Juan Zou Wenhuai Li Yuhan Sun Xichun She 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,2:3

3Dandelion-Like Bi_(2)S_(3)/rGO hierarchical microspheres as high-performance anodes for potassium-ion and half/full sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) and potassium-ion batteries (PIBs) have been considered as attractive alternatives for next-generation battery systems, which have promising application potential due to their earth abundance of potassium and sodium, high capacity and suitable working potential, however, the design and application of bi-functional high-performance anode still remain a great challenge up to date. Bismuth sulfide is suitable as anode owing to its unique laminar structure with relatively large interlayer distance to accommodate larger radius ions, high theoretical capacity and high volumetric capacity etc. In this study, dandelion-like Bi_(2)S_(3)/rGO hierarchical microspheres as anode material for PIBs displayed reversible capacity, and 206.91 mAh·g^(−1) could be remained after 1,200 cycles at a current density of 100 mA·g^(−1). When applied as anode materials for SIBs, 300 mAh·g^(−1) could be retained after 300 cycles at 2 A·g^(−1) and its initial Coulombic efficiency is as high as 97.43%. Even at high current density of 10 A·g^(−1), 120.3 mAh·g^(−1) could be preserved after 3,400 cycles. The Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)@rGO//Bi_(2)S_(3)/rGO sodium ion full cells were successfully assembled which displays stable performance after 60 cycles at 100 mA·g^(−1). 4Synthesis and characterization of the flower-like La_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(1.5+δ) catalyst for low-temperature oxidative coupling of methane显示文摘Lanthanum-based oxides are promising candidates for low-temperature oxidative coupling of methane(OCM).To further lower the OCM reaction temperature,the Ce doped flower-like La_(2)O_(2)CO_(3)microsphere catalysts were synthesized,achieving a significantly low reaction temperature (375℃) while maintaining high C_(2) hydrocarbon selectivity (43.0%).Doping Ce into the lattice of La_(2)O_(2)CO_(3)created more surface oxygen vacancies and bulk lattice defects,which was in favor of the transformation and migration of oxygen species at 350–400℃.The designed H_(2) temperature-programmed reduction (H_(2)-TPR) experiments provided strong evidence that the low reaction temperature of La_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(1.5+δ)can be attributed to the transformation and migration of oxygen species,which dynamically generated surface oxygen vacancies for continuous oxygen activation to selectively convert methane.Moreover,designed temperatureprogrammed surface reaction (TPSR) clarified that two kinds of surface oxygen species in La_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(1.5+δ)catalysts were concerned with catalytic performance,that is,the surface chemisorbed oxygen species for the activation of CH_(2)and the formation of CH_(2)·intermediates,surface La-Ce-O lattice oxygen species that caused the excessive oxidation of CH_(2)·intermediates.Finally,the factors affecting the transformation and migration of oxygen species were explored.Ru Feng Pengyu Niu Bo Hou Qiang Wang Litao Jia Minggui Lin Debao Li 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,4:2
5Gene expression profiling under different photoperiod/temperature conditions in a photoperiod-/thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line of rice(Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘Peiai 64S is a photoperiod- and thermo- sensitive genic male sterile (PTSGMS) line of rice, which is male sterile at long day/high temperature and partial fertile at short day/low temperature. A cDNA array representing 3328 unique rice genes was used to profile the gene expression patterns in the young panicles of Peiai 64S under these two condi- tions. The statistical data showed that up to 14.60% of genes exhibited up-or down-regulated expressions in the plants at long day/high temperature compared with plants at short day/low temperature. Only four genes were up-regulated while 482 genes down-regulated. Real-time PCR with all the up-regulated and 9 randomly selected down-regulated genes confirmed the differential expressions detected by the array, indicating that the constructed cDNA array is reliable. These differently expressed genes participated in almost all cell biological responses. Analysis of up- and down-regulated genes revealed distinctive changes between the mRNA abundances of MMK1 and MMK2, both of which are analogs ofMAPK, and significant down-regulation of several transcription factors. 6A Gγ subunit promoter T-DNA insertion mutant——A1-412 of Magnaporthe grisea is defective in appressorium formation,penetration and pathogenicity显示文摘In our previous studies,a nonpathogenic mutant of Magnaporthe grisea,A1-412,which was defective in appressorium formation,penetration and infectious growth,was obtained by T-DNA insertional mutagenesis. Here we reported the identification and characterization of the corresponding gene. Se- quence analysis of the genomic DNA franking T-DNA isolated by TAIL-PCR technique showed that T-DNA was inserted into the promoter region of the predicted G protein γ-subunit gene MGG1 (for Magnaporthe grisea G protein Gamma subunit). MGG1 is predicted to encode a 93-aa protein with a typical G-protein gamma like domain (GGL) and C-terminal CAAX box. The amino-acid sequence of MGG1 is highly identical to the Gγ subunits of other filamentous fungi. Further phenotypic investigation of A1-412 showed that ex- ogenous cAMP could induce appressorium formation,although the formed appressoria were abnormal in shape and unable to penetrate onion epidermis or rice leaves. Moreover,few perithecia were observed when A1-412 was crossed with the appropriate mat- ing-type strain. The above phenotypes in A1-412 were partially complemented by reintroduction of the gene MGG1. According to the crosscutting relationships between dykesand auriferous veins, single hydrothermal zircon U-Pb dating and quartz K-Ar,40Ar-39Ar andRb-Sr datings, the main mineralization stage of the Jiapigou deposit has been determined to be2469-2475 Ma, while mineralization superimposition on the gold deposit occurred in1800-2000 Ma and 130-272 Ma. 8Nickel and potassium co-modified β-Mo_2C catalyst for CO conversion显示文摘Nickel and potassium co-modified β-Mo2C catalysts were prepared and used for CO hydrogenation reaction. The major products over β-Mo2C were C1-C4 hydrocarbons, only few alcohols were obtained. Addition of potassium resulted in remarkable selectivity shift from hydrocarbons to alcohols at the expense of CO conversion over β-Mo2C. Moreover, it was found that potassium enhanced the ability of chain propagation with a higher C2+OH production. Modified by nickel, β-Mo2C showed a relatively high CO conversion, however, the products were similar to those of pure β-Mo2C. When co-modified by nickel and potassium, β-Mo2C exhibited high activity and selectivity towards mixed alcohols synthesis, and also the whole chain propagation to produce alcohols especially for the stage of C1OH to C2OH was remarkably enhanced. 9Theoretical Study of Similar Experimental Method for Durability of Concrete under Artifi cial Climate Environment显示文摘Based on the similarity theory,a new experimentalmethod named Similar ExperimentalMethod for Durability of Concrete(SEMDC)was established.The existing experimentalmethods for durability of concrete were summarized,and the merits and demerits of these experimentalmethods were analyzed.Major factors affecting the durability of concrete were found through literature review.These factors were analyzed and the similarity criteria were established according to the similarity theory,and then the SEMDC was established according to the rules of these criteria.The various influentialfactors of the experimentalmethod were analyzed and the merits and demerits of this new experimentalmethod were discussed.According to SEMDC,changing the geometry shrinkage ratio was the only way to accelerate the test in order to keep the experiment similar to the reality.There were few other parameters which need to be changed in SEMDC,making the test easy to be achieved.According to SEMDC,time shrinkage ratio was the square of geometric shrinkage ratio,so an appropriate increase of the geometric shrinkage ratio could accelerate the test.Finally,an example of experimentaldesign for durability of concrete was devised theoretically base on SEMDC theory.耿欧 FENG Tai LI Debao LI Qingtao 2016Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2016,31,2:2
10Multi-objective optimization of frequency and damping of vertical stabilizer skin structure placed with variable-angle tows显示文摘The vibration characteristics of composite vertical stabilizer skin structures play a critical role in damping effects designed for overcoming the air disturbances experienced by aircraft structural components during flight.The first-order fundamental frequencies and their corresponding damping characteristics of the vertical stabilizer skin structure tow-steered by automatic fiber placement technique were optimized with the parameterized trajectories and plies as design variables.Firstly,the vibration and damping numerical models were derived based on Kirchhoff laminate theory,the Rayleigh-Ritz method,and the Strain Energy Method.Then the optimization model was developed by adopting the self-adaptive Differential Evolution Multi-objective optimization algorithm and incorporating the solution method of Pareto Front.The constraints of this optimization model considered the experimentally obtained minimum turning radius of prepregs tow-steered in automatic fiber placement process obtained from experimental tests.Finally,the comparison of numerical simulation results was conducted for the optimized trajectories and the conventional straight trajectories under various boundary conditions,and the numerical results were partially validated through damping and frequency tests.The results indicate the vibration characteristics of the composite vertical stabilizer skin structure can be enhanced to a large extent by optimizing fiber trajectories,and the enhancement percentage is affected by the boundary conditions of the actual structure.Lei ZU Xianzhao XIA Qian ZHANG Guiming ZHANG Shijun CHEN Jianhui FU Lichuan ZHOU Huabi WANG Debao LI Liqing ZOU 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,1:1
11Catalytic performance of Fe modified K/Mo_2C catalyst for CO hydrogenation显示文摘Fe modified and un-modified K/Mo2C were prepared and investigated as catalysts for CO hydrogenation reaction. Compared with K/Mo2C catalyst, the addition of Fe increased the production of alcohols, especially the C2+OH. Meanwhile, considerable amounts of C5+ hydrocar- bons and C2= -C4= were formed, whereas methane selectivity greatly decreased. Also, the activity and selectivity of the catalyst were readily affected by the reaction pressure and temperature employed. 14Effects of soil organism interactions and temperature on carbon use efficiency in three different forest soils显示文摘Microbial carbon use efficiency(CUE)affects the soil C cycle to a great extent,but how soil organisms and the abiotic environment combine to influence CUE at a regional scale remains poorly understood.In the current study,microcosms were used to investigate how microbial respiration,biomass,and CUE responded to biotic and abiotic factors in natural tropical,subtropical,and temperate forests.Soil samples from the forests were collected,sterilized,and populated with one or a combination of three types of soil organisms(the fungus Botrytis cinerea,the bacterium Escherichia coli,and the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans).The microcosms were then kept at the mean soil temperatures of the corresponding forests.Microbial respiration,biomass,and CUE were measured over one-month incubation period.The results showed that microbial biomass and CUE were significantly higher,but microbial respiration lower in the subtropical and temperate forest soils than in tropical forest soil.Biotic factors mainly affected CUE by their effect on microbial biomass,while temperature affected CUE by altering respiration.Our results indicate that temperature regulates the interactive effects of soil organisms on microbial biomass,respiration,and CUE,which would provide a basis for understanding the soil C cycle in forest ecosystems.Simin Wang Xiaoyun Chen Debao Li Jianping Wu 2021Soil Ecology Letters2021,3,2:1
