| 1 | Synthesis and properties of Cr-Al-Si-N films deposited by hybrid coating system with high power impulse magnetron sputtering (HIPIMS) and DC pulse sputtering显示文摘The CrN and Cr-Al-Si-N films were deposited on Si wafer and SUS 304 substrates by a hybrid coating system with high power impulse magnetron sputtering (HIPIMS) and a DC pulse sputtering using Cr and AlSi targets under N2/Ar atmosphere.By varying the sputtering current of the AlSi target in the range of 0-2.5 A,both the Al and Si contents in the films increased gradually from 0 to 19.1% and 11.1% (mole fraction),respectively.The influences of the AlSi cathode DC pulse current on the microstructure,phase constituents,mechanical properties,and oxidation behaviors of the Cr-Al-Si-N films were investigated systematically.The results indicate that the as-deposited Cr-Al-Si-N films possess the typical nanocomposite structure,namely the face centered cubic (Cr,Al)N nano-crystallites are embedded in the amorphous Si3N4 matrix.With increasing the Al and Si contents,the hardness of the film first increases from 20.8 GPa for the CrN film to the peak value of 29.4 GPa for the Cr0.23Al0.14Si0.07 N film,and then decreases gradually.In the meanwhile,the Cr0.23Al0.14Si0.07N film also possesses excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance that is much better than that of the CrN film at 900 or 1000 °C. | Min Su KANG Tie-gang WANG Jung Ho SHIN Roman NOWAK Kwang Ho KIM | 2012 | 中国有色金属学会会刊:英文版2012，22，S3： | 11 |
| 2 | Risk factors of organ failure in cholangitis with bacteriobilia显示文摘AIM: To identify the risk factors for organ failure(OF) in cholangitis with bacteriobilia.METHODS: This study included 182 patients with acute cholangitis who underwent percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage between January 2005 and April 2013. We conducted a retrospective analysis of comprehensive clinical and laboratory data.RESULTS: There were 24 cases(13.2%) of OF and five deaths(2.7%). Bile culture was positive for microbial growth in 130 out of 138(94.2%) patients. In multivariate analysis of 130 patients with positivebile cultures, significant predictive factors for OF were the presence of extended-spectrum beta-lactamase(ESBL) organisms in blood cultures, pre-existing renal dysfunction, and choledocholithiasis as an etiology, with odds ratios of 15.376, 6.319, and 3.573, respectively. We developed a scoring system with a regression coefficient of each significant variable. The OF score was calculated using the following equation:(2.7 × ESBL organisms in blood cultures) +(1.8 × pre-existing renal dysfunction) +(1.3 × choledocholithiasis). This scoring system for predicting OF was highly specific(99.1%) and had a positive predictive value of 86.2%.CONCLUSION: ESBL organisms in blood cultures, preexisting renal dysfunction, and choledocholithiasis are risk factors for OF in cholangitis with bacteriobilia. | 3 | Recent Progress and Development in Extrusion of Rare Earth Free Mg Alloys: A Review显示文摘Mg and its alloys are the lightest structural metals available and are extremely attractive for applications as lightweight components, particularly in the automobile, electronic, and aerospace industries. The global market for wrought Mg alloys has steadily expanded over the past decade. And numerous studies have been carried out to meet this increasing demand of high-performance Mg alloys. However, Mg extrusion alloys have had a very limited usage so far. To overcome existing industrial challenges, one desirable approach is the development of low-cost rare earth(RE) free Mg extrusion alloys with superior mechanical properties. This review will introduce the recent research highlights in the extrusion of Mg alloys, specifi cally focusing on low-cost RE-free Mg alloy. The results from both the literature and our previous study are summarized and critically reviewed. Several aspects of RE-free Mg extrusion alloys are described in detail:(1) novel alloying designs including Mg–Al-, Mg–Zn-, Mg–Ca-, Mg–Sn-, and Mg–Bi-based alloys,(2) advanced extrusion techniques, and(3) extrusion-related severe plastic deformation(SPD) processing. Accordingly, considering the large gap in mechanical properties between the current RE-free Mg alloys and high-performance aluminum alloys, new alloy design, processing route control, and recommendations for future research on RE-free Mg extrusion alloys are also proposed. | 4 | Gallbladder lymphangioma:A case report and review of the literature显示文摘Lymphangiomas are rare, benign tumors of the lymphatic system, usually present in children aged 5 years and younger. Because they are asymptomatic until the mass enlarges to cause symptoms, most lymphangiomas are diagnosed at adulthood incidentally. We experienced a case of a 60-year-old man diagnosed with a cystic lymphangioma of the gallbladder, which was successfully resected without any complication. Magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography were very helpful for the diagnosis of the cystic lesion around the gallbladder as were ultrasonography and computed tomography scan. These showed a multi-lobulated cystic mass with intact cystic duct and bile duct in the gallbladder fossa. The patient underwent an open cholecystectomy and the histological findings were consistent with a cystic lymphangioma of the gallbladder. | 13 | Microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of binary Mg-xBi(x=2,5,and 8 wt%)alloys显示文摘The microstructures and mechanical properties of Mg-x Bi(x=2,5,and 8 wt%)were investigated compared with pure Mg.The ascast Mg-Bi billets consist of dendriticα-Mg grain matrix,divorced eutectic Mg_(3)Bi_(2) phase and secondary precipitated Mg_(3)Bi_(2) phase.After homogenization,secondary precipitated Mg_(3)Bi_(2) particles were all dissolved into the matrix,while most of the divorced eutectic Mg_(3)Bi_(2) intermetallic compounds retained.All the as-extruded samples exhibit fully dynamic recrystallization(DRX)and the average grain size decreases and the amount of nano-scale Mg_(3)Bi_(2) precipitates increases with increasing Bi content.Additionally,Bi alloying has little influence on the texture of the as-extruded pure Mg,with all the samples showing typical basal texture.As the results of grain refinement and precipitation hardening,the strengths of the as-extruded samples increase under both tensile and compressive tests.Besides,the yield asymmetry significantly decreases with Bi content.Moreover,all the as-extruded samples represent similar ductility under compression,while the tensile elongation first increases and then decreases with more Bi added.The as-extruded Mg-5Bi alloy demonstrates good combination of strength and ductility.However,Mg-8Bi alloy displays lower tensile ductility than that of Mg-5Bi alloy due to the presence of abundant undissolved coarse Mg_(3)Bi_(2) particles,which act as cracking sources during tensile test.Furthermore,the strain hardening rate,strain hardening exponent n,and hardening capacity Hc are greatly reduced by Bi addition,mainly owing to the enhanced synergy effects of grain refinement and numerous Mg_(3)Bi_(2) precipitates. | Hui Yu Shaoda Fan Shuaiju Meng Jae Ok Choi Zhongjie Li Yohan Go Young Min Kim Weimin Zhao Bong Sun You Kwang Seon Shin | 2021 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021，9，3： | 1 |
