| 1 | Influence of Various Materials on Biomechanical Behavior of Endocrown-Restored, Endodontically-Treated Mandibular First Molar: A 3D-Finite Element Analysis显示文摘To evaluate the effect of restorative materials on stress distribution of endodontically treated teeth, the 3D models of an endodontically treated mandibular fi rst molar, restoration, and cement layer were created. Three different materials(composite resin, ceramage and ceramic) were studied and two loading conditions(vertical and oblique load) were simulated. Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion of enamel, dentine, endocrown and cement were evaluated separately. It is indicated that under both loading conditions, the highest values of Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion were observed in Ceramage-restored group for remaining tooth structure while in ceramic-restored group for the restoration. | 4 | Facile preparation of core-shell Si@Li4Ti5O12 nanocomposite as large-capacity lithium-ion battery anode显示文摘As a promising alternative anode material,silicon(Si)presents a larger capacity than the commercial anode to achieve large capacity lithium-ion batteries.However,the application of pure Si as anode is hampered by limitations such as volume expansion,low conductivity and unstable solid electrolyte interphase.To break through these limitations,the core-shell Si@Li4Ti5O12nanocomposite,which was prepared via in-situ self-assembly reaction and decompressive boiling fast concentration method,was proposed in this work.This anode combines the advantages of nano-sized Si particle and pure Li4Ti5O12(LTO)coating layer,improving the performance of the lithium-ion batteries.The Si@Li4Ti5O12 anode displays a high initial discharge/charge specific capacity of 1756/1383 m Ahg^-1 at 500 mAg^-1(representing high initial coulombic efficiency of 78.8%),a large rate capability(specific capacity of 620 mAhg^-1 at4000 mAg^-1),an outstanding cycling stability(reversible specific capacity of 883 mAhg^-1 after 150 cycles)and a low volume expansion rate(only 3.3% after 150 cycles).Moreover,the synthesis process shows the merits of efficiency,simplicity,and economy,providing a reliable method to fabricate large capacity Si@Li4Ti5O12nanocomposite anode materials for practical lithium-ion batteries. | Mengjing Liu Hanyang Gao Guoxin Hu Kunxu Zhu Hao Huang | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,1: | 3 |

| 7 | Premature Stop Codon at Residue 101 within HIV-1 Rev Does Not Influence Viral Replication of Clade BC but Severely Reduces Viral Fitness of Clade B显示文摘HIV-1 Rev is an accessory protein that plays a key role in nuclear exportation,stabilization,and translation of the viral mRNAs.Rev of HIV-1 clade BC often shows a truncation of 16 AAs due to a premature stop codon at residue 101.This stop codon presents the highest frequency in clade BC and the lowest frequency in clade B.In order to discover the potential biological effect of this truncation on Rev activity and virus replication of clade BC,we constructed Rev expression vectors of clade BC with or without 16 AAs within C-terminal separately,and replaced the stop codon by Q in a CRF07_BC infectious clone.We found that 16 AAs truncation had no effect on expression and activity of Rev in clade BC.Also,the mutation from the stop codon to Q had no effect on virus replication of clade BC.Next,to investigate the effect of this truncation on Rev activity and replication capacity of clade B,Rev expression vectors of clade B carrying or lacking 16 AAs in C-terminal were constructed respectively,and residue Q at position 101 within Rev was substituted by the stop codon in a clade B infectious clone.It was found that 16 AAs truncation significantly down-regulated Rev expression and impaired clade B Rev activity.Furthermore,a Q-to-stop codon substitution within Rev significantly reduced viral replication fitness of clade B.These results indicate that the premature stop codon at residue 101 within Rev exerts diverse impact on viral replication among different HIV-1 clades. | Zheng Wang Xiaolin Ji Yanling Hao Kunxue Hong Liying Ma Dan Li Yiming Shao | 2020 | Virologica Sinica2020,35,2: | 1 |

| 10 | Frequency of HLA-A*03 associates with HIV-1 infection in a Chinese cohort显示文摘During the early mid-1990s,a number of rural farmers across central China were employed to the unregulated plasmaselling-activity and many of them were infected by HIV-1.However,AIDS progression in the former blood donors(FBDs)is various.The aim of this study is to assess human leukocyte antigen(HLA)class I allele distribution in FBDs and evaluate its association with HIV-1 infection and disease progression.A total of 353 FBDs were enrolled in the cohort including 294 ART na ve HIV-1 seropositive and 59 HIV-1 seronegative age-matched subjects.The viral load and CD4/CD8 T cell counts were assessed in all subjects.Compared with HIV-seropositive group,the frequency of HLA-A*03 in control was significantly higher.After classifying the HLA-B alleles of the subjects according to the presence of Bw4/Bw6 serological epitopes,detrimental effect of HLA Bw6/Bw6 homozygosity was also confirmed in the HIV-seropositive subjects.This study provides novel evidence on HLA class I allele distribution and association of HLA-A*03 frequency with HIV-1 infection and viremia in the HIV-1 infected FBDs,which may throw light on intervention strategy for the HIV-1 infection and our understanding how host immunity and genetic background affect HIV infection and AIDS progression. | ZHANG WeiLun WANG Li HONG KunXue LIU YanXin SU Bing XU Cheng XU JianQin RUAN YuHua SHAO YiMin ZHENG DeXian | 2013 | Science China(Life Sciences)2013,56,11: | 0 |

| 14 | Quantum simulation of a general anti-PT-symmetric Hamiltonian with a trapped ion qubit显示文摘Non-Hermitian systems satisfying parity-time(PT)symmetry have aroused considerable interest owing to their exotic features.Anti-PT symmetry is an important counterpart of the symmetry,and has been studied in various classical systems.Although a Hamiltonian with anti-PT symmetry only differs from its PT-symmetric counterpart in a global phase,the information and energy exchange between systems and environment are different under them.It is also suggested theoretically that anti-PT symmetry is a useful concept in the context of quantum information storage with qubits coupled to a bosonic bath.So far,the observation of anti-PT symmetry in individual quantum systems remains elusive.Here,we implement an anti-PT-symmetric Hamiltonian of a single qubit in a single trapped ion by a designed microwave and optical control-pulse sequence.We characterize the anti-PT phase transition by mapping out the eigenvalues at different ratios between coupling strengths and dissipation rates.The full information of the quantum state is also obtained by quantum state tomography.Our work allows quantum simulation of genuine open-system feature of an anti-PT-symmetric system,which paves the way for utilizing non-Hermitian properties for quantum information processing. | Ji Bian Pengfei Lu Teng Liu Hao Wu Xinxin Rao Kunxu Wang Qifeng Lao Yang Liu Feng Zhu Le Luo | 2023 | Fundamental Research2023,3,6: | 0 |
