| 1 | 多学科综合治疗团队中全科医生的作用:老年护理定性研究显示文摘背景在西方国家,越来越多的老年人长居家中。荷兰老年综合护理团队中,全科医生发挥着关键作用。然而,对于全科医生如何在老年综合护理中成功发挥作用,目前尚未明确。本研究目标是揭示全科医生如何在老年护理中,尤其是在多学科团队中,成功发挥作用,并给出关键因素。方法选取荷兰4支多学科老年护理团队,采用混合定性研究模型。对4支队伍内共46名医疗保健和社会服务专业人员进行两轮焦点小组访谈。此外,与4名全科医生进行半结构式访谈。采用混合归纳/主题分析演绎法分析数据。结果本研究中的医疗保健和社会服务专业人员认为,全科医生在多学科老年护理团队中的作用特点是能够'看到更大的图景'。本研究确定了5个促使全科医生发挥作用的关键因素:连接、发展、团队建设、综合护理要素以及领导能力。诊所设施和多学科团队发展的阶段影响了全科医生发挥作用的途径。团队成员认为,全科医生是团队中老年护理服务的主要专家。全科医生对自己所扮演角色的看法多种多样。结论全科医生在成功的老年人护理中发挥了重要作用。对于虚弱老年人护理的最佳做法,5个关键因素可能起到重要作用:连接(社区)、发展(团队)、团队建设(专业)、综合护理要素(患者)和领导能力(个人)。来自初级保健和社会服务的团队成员认为,全科医生在团队中扮演不可或缺的角色。了解自身重要性有利于全科医生的发展。全科医生培训项目应侧重于培训全科医生的领导能力及其在多学科团队中角色的多样性。随之而来的挑战是如何说服全科医生在多学科团队中起领导作用,尤其是在组建老年护理多学科团队时,全科医生并未表现出领导意图。 | GROL S M MOLLEMAN G R M KUIJPERS A 本刊编辑部 | 2018 | 中国全科医学2018，21，14： | 3 |
