1Lushan M_S7.0 earthquake:A blind reserve-fault event显示文摘In the epicenter of the Lushan MS7.0 earthquake there are several imbricate active reverse faults lying from northwest to southeast,namely the Gengda-Longdong,Yanjing-Wulong,Shuangshi-Dachuan and Dayi faults.Emergency field investigations have indicated that no apparent earthquake surface rupture zones were located along these active faults or their adjacent areas.Only brittle compressive ruptures in the cement-covered pavements can be seen in Shuangshi,Taiping,Longxing and Longmen Townships,and these ruptures show that a local crustal shortening occurred in the region during the earthquake.Combining spatial distribution of the relocated aftershocks and focal mechanism solutions,it is inferred that the Lushan earthquake is classified as a typical blind reverse-fault earthquake,and it is advised that the relevant departments should pay great attention to other historically un-ruptured segments along the Longmenshan thrust belt and throughout its adjacent areas.XU XiWei WEN XueZe HAN ZhuJun CHEN GuiHua LI ChuanYou ZHENG WenJun ZHNAG ShiMin REN ZhiQun XU Chong TAN XiBin WEI ZhanYu WANG MingMing REN JunJie HE ZhongTai LIANG MingJian 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,28:35

5Fabrication and Evaluation of a Bioactive Sr–Ca–P Contained Micro-Arc Oxidation Coating on Magnesium Strontium Alloy for Bone Repair Application显示文摘Considering the compatibility between degradation and bioactivity of magnesium-based implants for bone repair, micro-arc oxidation is used to modify the magnesium alloy surface in aqueous electrolytes,allowing strontium, calcium, and phosphorus to be incorporated into the coating. The thickness, composition, morphology and phase of this Sr–Ca–P containing coating are characterized by scanning electron microscopy equipped with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer and X-ray diffraction. The in vitro and in vivo degradation of the coating is evaluated by immersion test, electrochemical test and implantation test. Moreover, the cytocompatibility is tested with osteoblast cell according to ISO 10993. The results show that Sr, Ca and P elements are incorporated into the oxide coating, and a refined structure with tiny discharging micro-pores is observed on the surface of the coating. The Sr–Ca–P coating possesses a better corrosion resistance in vitro and retards the degradation in vivo. 8Wireless big data:transforming heterogeneous networks to smart networks显示文摘In HetNets(Heterogeneous Networks),each network is allocated with xed spectrum resource and provides service to its assigned users using speci c RAT(Radio Access Technology).Due to the high dynamics of load distribution among di erent networks,simply optimizing the performance of individual network can hardly meet the demands from the dramatically increasing access devices,the consequent upsurge of data trac,and dynamic user QoE(Quality-of-Experience).The deployment of smart networks,which are supported by SRA(Smart Resource Allocation)among di erent networks and CUA(Cognitive User Access)among di erent users,is deemed a promising solution to these challenges.In this paper,we propose a frame-work to transform HetNets to smart networks by leveraging WBD(Wireless Big Data),CR(Cognitive Radio)and NFV(Network Function Virtualization)techniques.CR and NFV support resource slicing in spectrum,physical layers,and network layers,while WBD is used to design intelligent mechanisms for resource mapping and trac prediction through powerful AI(Arti cial Intelligence)methods.We analyze the characteristics of WBD and review possible AI methods to be utilized in smart networks.In particular,the potential of WBD is revealed through high level view on SRA,which intelligently maps radio and network resources to each network for meeting the dynamic trac demand,as well as CUA,which allows mobile users to access the best available network with manageable cost,yet achieving target QoS(Quality-of-Service)or QoE.Yudi Huang Junjie Tan Ying-Chang Liang 2017Journal of Communications and Information Networks2017,2,1:4

10The mechanosensitive lncRNA Neat1 promotes osteoblast function through paraspeckle-dependent Smurf1 mRNA retention显示文摘Mechanical stimulation plays an important role in bone remodeling. Exercise-induced mechanical loading enhances bone strength,whereas mechanical unloading leads to bone loss. Increasing evidence has demonstrated that long noncoding RNAs(lnc RNAs) play key roles in diverse biological, physiological and pathological contexts. However, the roles of lnc RNAs in mechanotransduction and their relationships with bone formation remain unknown. In this study, we screened mechanosensing lnc RNAs in osteoblasts and identified Neat1, the most clearly decreased lnc RNA under simulated microgravity. Of note, not only Neat1 expression but also the specific paraspeckle structure formed by Neat1 was sensitive to different mechanical stimulations, which were closely associated with osteoblast function. Paraspeckles exhibited small punctate aggregates under simulated microgravity and elongated prolate or larger irregular structures under mechanical loading. Neat1 knockout mice displayed disrupted bone formation, impaired bone structure and strength, and reduced bone mass. Neat1 deficiency in osteoblasts reduced the response of osteoblasts to mechanical stimulation. In vivo, Neat1 knockout in mice weakened the bone phenotypes in response to mechanical loading and hindlimb unloading stimulation. Mechanistically, paraspeckles promoted nuclear retention of E3 ubiquitin ligase Smurf1 m RNA and downregulation of their translation, thus inhibiting ubiquitination-mediated degradation of the osteoblast master transcription factor Runx2, a Smurf1 target. 12Realizing Intelligent Spectrum Management for Integrated Satellite and Terrestrial Networks显示文摘Nowadays both satellite and terrestrial networks are expanding rapidly to meet the ever-increasing demands for higher throughput,lower latency,and wider coverage.However,spectrum scarcity places obstacles in the sustainable development.To accommodate the expanding network within a limited spectrum,spectrum sharing is deemed as a promising candidate.Particularly,cognitive radio(CR)has been proposed in the literature to allow satellite and terrestrial networks to share their spectrum dynamically.However,the existing CR-based schemes are found to be impractical and inefficient because they neglect the difficulty in obtaining the accurate and timely environment perception in satellite communications and only focus on link-level coexistence with limited interoperability.In this paper,we propose an intelligent spectrum management framework based on software defined network(SDN)and artificial intelligence(AI).Specifically,SDN transforms the heterogenous satellite and terrestrial networks into an integrated satellite and terrestrial network(ISTN)with reconfigurability and interoperability.AI is further used to make predictive environment perception and to configure the network for optimal resource allocation.Briefly,the proposed framework provides a new paradigm to integrate and exploit the spectrum of satellite and terrestrial networks.Ying-Chang Liang Junjie Tan Haonan Jia Jintao Zhang Lian Zhao 2021Journal of Communications and Information Networks2021,6,1:2

15Multifunctional succinate additive for flexible perovskite solar cells with more than 23%power-conversion efficiency显示文摘Flexible perovskite solar cells(FPSCs)have emerged as power sources in versatile applications owing to their high-efficiency characteristics,excellent flexibility,and relatively lowcost.Nevertheless,undesired strain in perovskite films greatly impacts the power-conversion efficiency(PCE)and stability of PSCs,particularly in FPSCs.Herein,a novel multifunctional organic salt,methylammonium succinate,which can alleviate strain and reinforce grain boundaries,was incorporated into the perovskite film,leading to relaxed microstrain and a lower defect concentration.As a result,a PCE of 25.4%for rigid PSCs and a record PCE of 23.6%(certified 22.5%)for FPSCs have been achieved.In addition,the corresponding FPSCs exhibited excellent bending durability,maintaining85%of their initial efficiency after bending at a 6 mm radius for 10000 cycles.Minghao Li Junjie Zhou Liguo Tan Hang Li Yue Liu Chaofan Jiang Yiran Ye Liming Ding Wolfgang Tress Chenyi Yi 2022The Innovation2022,3,6:2
