1The Algebraic Properties of Concept Lattice显示文摘Concept lattice is a powerful tool for data analysis. It has been applied widely to machine learning, knowledge discovery and software engineering and so on. Some aspects of concept lattice have been studied widely such as building lattice and rules extraction, as for its algebraic properties, there has not been discussed systematically. The paper suggests a binary operation between the elements for the set of all concepts in formal context. This turns the concept lattice in general significance into those with operators. 2Microdetermination of Residual Protein in Penicillin by Resonance Light Scattering Technique with m-Nitrophenylfluorone-Mo(Ⅳ) Complex显示文摘Based on the enhancement of resonance light scattering (RLS) of m-nitrophenylfluorone-Mo(Ⅵ) complex by protein, a novel method for protein microdetermination in Tween 20microemulsion has been developed. Under optimum condition, the linear ranges of bovine serum albumin are 0 ~ 0.03 μg.mL-1 with detection limits of 3.10 ng.mL-1. Most of amino acids and metal ions do not interfere.
