| 1 | Facile metagrating holograms with broadband and extreme angle tolerance显示文摘The emerging meta-holograms rely on arrays of intractable meta-atoms with various geometries and sizes for customized phase profiles that can precisely modulate the phase of a wavefront at an optimal incident angle for given wavelengths.The stringent and band-limited angle tolerance remains a fundamental obstacle for their practical application,in addition to high fabrication precision demands.Utilizing a different design principle,we determined that facile metagrating holograms based on extraordinary optical diffraction can allow the molding of arbitrary wavefronts with extreme angle tolerances(near-grazing incidence)in the visible–near-infrared regime.By modulating the displacements between uniformly sized meta-atoms rather than the geometrical parameters,the metagratings produce a robust detour phase profile that is irrespective of the wavelength or incident angle.The demonstration of high-fidelity meta-holograms and in-site polarization multiplexing significantly simplifies the metasurface design and lowers the fabrication demand,thereby opening new routes for flat optics with high performances and improved practicality. | Zi-Lan Deng Junhong Deng Xin Zhuang Shuai Wang Tan Shi Guo Ping Wang Yao Wang Jian Xu Yaoyu Cao Xiaolei Wang Xing Cheng Guixin Li Xiangping Li | 2018 | Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1: | 17 |
| 2 | Research on the feasibility of storage and estimation model of storage capacity of CO_(2)in fissures of coal mine old goaf显示文摘The concept of the carbon cycle in the old goaf of a coal mine based on CO_(2)utilization and storage was put forward adhering to the principle of low-carbon development,utilization of space resources in old goafs,and associated gas resources development.Firstly,the evolution characteristics of overburden fissures in the goaf of the case was studied using a two-dimensional physical similarity simulation test,the sealing performance of the caprocks after stabilization was analyzed,and the fissures were counted and classi-fied.Then,the process of gaseous CO_(2)injection in the connected fissure was simulated by Ansys Fluent software,and the migration law and distribution characteristics of CO_(2)under the condition of gaseous CO_(2)injection were analyzed.Finally,the estimation models of free CO_(2)storage capacity in the old goaf were constructed considering the proportion of connected fissure and the effectiveness of CO_(2)injection.The CO_(2)storage capacity in the old goaf of the case coal mine was estimated.The results showed that a caprock group of“hard-thickness low-permeability hard-thickness”was formed after the caprock-fissures system in the goaf of the case tended to be stable vertically.The connected fissure,occlude cracks,and micro-fractures in the goaf accounted for 85.5%,8.5%,and 6%of the total fissures,respectively.Gaseous CO_(2)first migrated to the bottom of the connected fissure after CO_(2)was injected into the goaf,then spread horizontally along the bottom of the connected fissure after reaching the bottom,and finally spread longitudinally after filling the bottom of the entire connected fissure.The theoretical and effective storage capacities of free CO_(2)at normal temperature and pressure in the old goaf of the case were 9757 and 7477 t,respectively.The effective storage capacity of free CO_(2)at normal temperature and pressure in the old goaf after all minefield mined was 193404 t.The research can provide some reference for the coal mining industry to help the goal of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”. | Yang Ding Shugang Li Bing Zhu Haifei Lin Jingfei Zhang Junhong Tan Wenbin Chen | 2023 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,6: | 1 |
| 3 | SCGN deficiency is a risk factor for autism spectrum disorder显示文摘Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)affects 1-2%of all children and poses a great social and economic challenge for the globe.As a highly heterogeneous neurodevelopmental disorder,the development of its treatment is extremely challenging.Multiple pathways have been linked to the pathogenesis of ASD,including signaling involved in synaptic function,oxytocinergic activities,immune homeostasis,chromatin modifications,and mitochondrial functions.Here,we identify secretagogin(SCGN),a regulator of synaptic transmission,as a new risk gene for ASD.Two heterozygous loss-of-function mutations in SCGN are presented in ASD probands.Deletion of Scgn in zebrafish or mice leads to autism-like behaviors and impairs brain development.Mechanistically,Scgn deficiency disrupts the oxytocin signaling and abnormally activates inflammation in both animal models.Both ASD probands carrying Scgn mutations also show reduced oxytocin levels.Importantly,we demonstrate that the administration of oxytocin and anti-inflammatory drugs can attenuate ASD-associated defects caused by SCGN deficiency.Altogether,we identify a convergence between a potential autism genetic risk factor SCGN,and the pathological deregulation in oxytocinergic signaling and immune responses,providing potential treatment for ASD patients suffering from SCGN deficiency.Our study also indicates that it is critical to identify and stratify ASD patient populations based on their disease mechanisms,which could greatly enhance therapeutic success. | Zhe Liu Shuai Tan Lianyu Zhou Li Chen Mingfeng Liu Wang Wang Yingying Tang Qin Yang Sensen Chi Peiyan Jiang Yue Zhang Yonghua Cui Junhong Qin Xiao Hu Shenglong Li Qi Liu Lu Chen Song Li Ezra Burstein Wei Li Xiaohu Zhang Xianming Mo Da Jia | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,2: | 0 |
| 4 | Interfacial modification using the cross-linkable tannic acid for highly-efficient perovskite solar cells with excellent stability显示文摘Although the performance of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)has been dramatically increased in recent years,stability is still the main obstacle preventing the PSCs from being commercial.PSC device instability can be caused by a variety of reasons,including ions diffusion,surface and grain boundary defects,etc.In this work,the cross-linkable tannic acid(TA)is introduced to modify perovskite film through post-treatment method.The numerous organic functional groups(–OH and C=O)in TA can interact with the uncoordinated Pb^(2+)and I^(-)ions in perovskite,thus passivating defects and inhibiting ions diffusion.In addition,the formed TA network can absorb a small amount of the residual moisture inside the device to protect the perovskite layer.Furthermore,TA modification regulates the energy level of perovskite,and reduces interfacial charge recombination.Ultimately,following TA treatment,the device efficiency is increased significantly from 21.31%to 23.11%,with a decreased hysteresis effect.Notably,the treated device shows excellent air,thermal,and operational stability.In light of this,the readily available,inexpensive TA has the potential to operate as a multipurpose interfacial modifier to increase device efficiency while also enhancing device stability. | Xing Gao Lirong Rong Fei Wu Yen-Hung Lin Ye Zeng Junhong Tan Rongxing He Cheng Zhong Linna Zhu | 2024 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,91,4: | 0 |
