1Study of time-domain digital pulse shaping algorithms for nuclear signals显示文摘With the development on high-speed integrated circuit,fast high resolution sampling ADC and digital signal processors are replacing analog shaping amplifier circuit.This paper firstly presents the numerical analysis and simulation on R-C shaping circuit model and C-R shaping circuit model.Mathematic models are established based on 1st order digital differential method and Kirchhoff Current Law in time domain,and a simulation and error evaluation experiment on an ideal digital signal are carried out with Excel VBA.A digital shaping test for a semiconductor X-ray detector in real time is also presented.Then a numerical analysis for Sallen-Key(S-K) low-pass filter circuit model is implemented based on the analysis of digital R-C and digital C-R shaping methods.By applying the 2nd order non-homogeneous differential equation,the authors implement a digital Gaussian filter model for a standard exponential-decaying signal and a nuclear pulse signal.Finally,computer simulations and experimental tests are carried out and the results show the possibility of the digital pulse processing algorithms.ZHOU Jianbin ZHOU Wei LEI Jiarong TUO Xianguo ZHU Xing LIU Yi 2012Nuclear Science and Techniques2012,23,3:34
2Panax notoginseng saponins ameliorates experimental hepatic fibrosis and hepatic stellate cell proliferation by inhibiting the Jak2/Stat3 pathways显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Panax notoginseng saponins(PNS) on liver fibrosis and explore the underlying mechanisms.METHODS: Carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-treated rats and hepatic stellate cells(HSCs) were used. The effect of PNS on CCl4-induced liver fibrosis was studied with histochemical and biochemical analysis.Transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1, α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA), and collagen Ι m RNA expression were determined by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Meanwhile, the protein expression levels of α-SMA, collagen Ι, phosphorylation-Janus activated kinase signal transducer(p-Jak2) / Jak2, and phosphorylation-activator of transcription(p-Stat)3 / Stat3 were determined by immunohistochemistry and / or immunoblotting.RESULTS: PNS treatment significantly improved the liver function of rats as indicated by decreased serum enzymatic activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. Histopathological results indicated that PNS alleviated liver damage and reduced the formation of fibrous septa. 4Chinese expert consensus statement on the diagnosis and treatment of fulminant myocarditis显示文摘Fulminant myocarditis is primarily caused by infection with any number of a variety of viruses. It arises quickly, progresses rapidly, and may lead to severe heart failure or circulatory failure presenting as rapid-onset hypotension and cardiogenic shock,with mortality rates as high as 50%–70%. Most importantly, there are no treatment options, guidelines or an expert consensus statement. Here, we provide the first expert consensus, the Chinese Society of Cardiology Expert Consensus Statement on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Fulminant Myocarditis, based on data from our recent clinical trial(NCT03268642). In this statement, we describe the clinical features and diagnostic criteria of fulminant myocarditis, and importantly, for the first time,we describe a new treatment regimen termed life support-based comprehensive treatment regimen. The core content of this treatment regimen includes(i) mechanical life support(applications of mechanical respirators and circulatory support systems,including intraaortic balloon pump and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation),(ii) immunological modulation by using sufficient doses of glucocorticoid, immunoglobulin and(iii) antiviral reagents using neuraminidase inhibitor. 5High energy soliton pulse generation by a magnetron-sputtering-deposition-grown MoTe_2 saturable absorber显示文摘The pulse energy in the ultrafast soliton fiber laser oscillators is usually limited by the well-known wave-breaking phenomenon owing to the absence of a desirable real saturable absorber(SA) with high power tolerance and large modulation depth. Here, we report a type of microfiber-based MoTe_2 SA fabricated by the magnetron-sputtering deposition(MSD) method. High-energy wave-breaking free soliton pulses were generated with pulse duration/pulse energy/average output power of 229 fs/2.14 nJ/57 mW in the 1.5 μm regime and 1.3 ps/13.8 nJ/212 mW in the 2 μm regime, respectively. To our knowledge, the generated soliton pulses at 1.5 μm had the shortest pulse duration and the highest output power among the reported erbium-doped fiber lasers mode locked by transition metal dichalcogenides. Moreover, this was the first demonstration of a MoTe_2-based SA in fiber lasers in the 2 μm regime, and the pulse energy/output power are the highest in the reported thulium-doped fiber lasers mode locked by two-dimensional materials. 7Diagnosabilities of exchanged hypercube networks under the pessimistic one-step diagnosis strategy显示文摘The exchanged hypercube EH(s, t)(where s≥1 and t ≥1) is obtained by systematically reducing links from a regular hypercube Qs+t+1. One-step diagnosis of exchanged hypercubes which involves only one testing phase during which processors test each other is discussed. The diagnosabilities of exchanged hypercubes are studied by using the pessimistic one-step diagnosis strategy under two kinds of diagnosis models: the PMC model and the M M*model. 8Photoreduction of CO_2 to methanol over Bi_2S_3/CdS photocatalyst under visible light irradiation显示文摘The Bi2S3,CdS and Bi2S3/CdS photocatalysts were prepared by direct reactions between their corresponding salt and thiourea in a hy- drothermal autoclave.The photocatalytic activities of these photocatalysts for reducing CO2 to CH3OH under visible light irradiation have been investigated.The results show that the photocatalytic activity and visible light response of Bi2S3 are higher than those of CdS.The Bi2S3 modification can enhance the photocatalytic activity and visible light response of CdS.The photocatalytic activity of Bi2S3/CdS hetero-junction photocatalyst was the highest and the highest yields of methanol was 613μmol/g when the weight proportion of Bi2S3 to CdS was 15%,which was about three times as large as that of CdS or two times of that of Bi2S3.Xin Li Juntao Chen Huiling Li Jingtian Li Yitao Xu Yingju Liu Jiarong Zhou 2011Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2011,20,4:11
9Effects of biological soil crusts on water infiltration and evaporation Yanchi Ningxia, Maowusu Desert, China显示文摘Biological soil crusts serve as a vanguard for improving the ecological environment in arid,semi-arid desertification areas.It is a good indicator of the level of improvement which the local ecological environment is undertaking.In desert areas,water condition is a key factor of improving the ecological environment.As a first layer protection,biological crusts play an important role in local vegetation succession due to their abilities to conserve and maintain moisture.Using Maowusu desert in Yanchi of Ningxia province as an example,after three years of research,this paper chooses three kinds of biological crusts including lichen,moss and cyanobacterial which are under the cover of Artemisia ordosica as research objects.The results of this study indicate that,the closer biological crusts are to Artemisia ordosica vegetation,the thicker they become.In the same position of Artemisia ordosica vegetation,the thickness of moss crusts is the highest,followed by lichen crusts,and the thickness of cyanobacterial crusts is the lowest.Biological soil crusts coverage protects the natural water content of soil layers from0 to 5 cm.Also,it effects falling water to infiltrate deeper,and cannot prevent the surface water content from evaporating effectively.The effect of biological crusts blocking water infiltration decreases with the increase of rainfall.At the same rainfall level,moss crusts provide the strongest water infiltration blockage,followed by lichen crusts and cyanobacterial crusts.With the increase of rainfall,the depth of water infiltration increases.At the same rainfall level,the relationship of water infiltration depth is as follows:cyanobacterial crusts > lichen crusts > moss crusts.With the increase of biological crusts thickness,they blocking water infiltration capacity is stronger,and the depth of water infiltration is smaller.Analysis on the characteristic of simulated rainfall process on biological crusts shows that sandy land can be fixed by applying appropriate artificial biological crusts to build a sustainable forest protection system and to create a stable ecosystem in desertification area.Bai Li Jiarong Gao Xiuru Wang Lan Ma Qiang Cui Maik Vest 2016International Journal of Sediment Research2016,31,4:10
10Solidification Simulation of Investment Castings of Single Crystal Hollow Turbine Blade显示文摘The three-dimensional solidification simulation of the investment castings of single crystal hollow turbine blade at the withdrawal rates of 2 mm/min, 4.5 mm/min and 7 mm/min has been performed with the finite element thermal analysis. The calculated results are in accordance with the experimental ones. The results show that with the increase of withdrawal rate the concave curvature of the liquidus isotherm is larger and larger, and the temperature gradients of the blades increase. No effects of withdrawal rate on the distribution of the temperature gradients of the starter and helical grain selector of the blades are observed at withdrawal rates of 2 mm/min, 4.5 mm/min and 7 mm/min. 12Effects of Rhenium on Creep Rupture Life of a Single Crystal Superalloys显示文摘The slabs of a single crystal superalloy were poured with 2.2% Re, 3.2% Re and 4.2% Re and otherelement contents of the alloys were basicalIy kept no changed. The effects of Re on the ultimatetensile strength, creep rupture life and rafting of a single crystal superalloy were studied. The validation with actual CVC roll contour shows that the calculation values of the roll contour function and the actual roll contour parameters given by equipment provider are the same, which proves that the roll contour function of CVC rolls given in this article is correct. 15Seroprevalence of Toxoplasma gondii infection among patients with hand, foot and mouth disease in Henan, China: a hospital-based study显示文摘Background:The prevalence of infection with Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii)in humans has been increasing in China due to the growing number of cats in the country.Hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)is a serious public health issue in China and still one of the leading causes of child mortality.However,little is known about the epidemiology of T.gondii infection among HFMD patients.Methods:A case–control study of 281 HFMD patients from the First People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan in Pingdingshan city,Henan province,central China,and 222 controls from Pingdingshan city was conducted.Anti-T.gondii antibodies were serologically detected using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:We found that the overall anti-T.gondii immunoglobulin G(IgG)antibody prevalence among HFMD patients was 12.46%,which was significantly higher than that in clinically healthy children(1.80%).The highest T.gondii seroprevalence was detected in critical cases(22.58%),followed by severe cases(11.50%),and the lowest was detected in mild cases(8.33%).Conclusion:The present study is the first survey of T.gondii seroprevalence among HFMD patients in China;12.46%were defined as seropositive.It is imperative that improved integrated measures are taken to prevent and control T.gondii infection among HFMD patients.Shuai Wang Chunwei Lan Luwen Zhang Haizhu Zhang Zhijun Yao Dong Wang Jingbo Ma Jiarong Deng Shiguo Liu 2015Infectious Diseases of Poverty2015,4,1:5

17Electrochemical synthesis of ammonia in molten salts显示文摘Ammonia is important feedstock for both fertilizer production and carbon-free liquid fuel.Many techniques for ammonia formation have been developed,hoping to replace the industrial energy-intensive Haber-Bosch route.Electrochemical synthesis of ammonia in molten salts is one promising alternative method due to the strong solubility of N3- ions,a wide potential window of molten salt electrolytes and tunable electrode reactions.Generally,electrochemical synthesis of ammonia in molten salts begins with the electro-cleavage of N2/hydrogen sources on electrode surfaces,followed by diffusion of N3^-/H^+-containing ions towards each other for NH3 formation.Therefore,the hydrogen sources and molten salt composition will greatly affect the reactions on electrodes and ions diffusion in electrolytes,being critical factors determining the faradaic efficiency and formation rate for ammonia synthesis.This report summarizes the selection criteria for hydrogen sources,the reaction characteristics in various molten salt systems,and the preliminary explorations on the scaling-up synthesis of ammonia in molten salt.The formation rate and faradaic efficiency for ammonia synthesis are discussed in detail based on different hydrogen sources,various molten salt systems,changed electrolysis conditions as well as diverse catalysts.Electrochemical synthesis of ammonia might be further enhanced by optimizing the molten salt composition,using electrocatalysts with well-defined composition and microstructure,and innovation of novel reaction mechanism.Jiarong Yang Wei Weng Wei Xiao 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4:5
18Preheating Characteristics of Datong Coal in O2/CO2 and Air Atmospheres显示文摘Experimental studies were carried out to find the difference of preheating characteristics of Datong coal in O_2/CO_2 and air atmospheres by a circulating fluidized bed. It is found that pulverized coal could be both steadily preheated to above 800°C in the two different atmospheres, but the temperature distribution was more uniform along the riser in O_2/CO_2 atmosphere. During the preheating, the content of CO in the flue gas can reach 12.32% under the O_2/CO_2 atmosphere, far higher than that in air(5.94%). Simultaneously, the conversion rate of fixed carbon was higher in O_2/CO_2 atmosphere compared with that in air. It can be inferred the higher oxygen concentration and higher partial pressure of CO_2 have greatly accelerated the gasification reaction. The BET analysis indicated a number of large pores were transformed into micropores during the preheating progress, and the major contributors for overall pore volume of chars and specific surface area are the micro-pores and the mesopores with diameter ranging from 2 nm to 10 nm. 20Robust reliable guaranteed cost control for uncertain singular systems with time-delay显示文摘The robust reliable guaranteed cost control for uncertain singular delay systems with actuator failures and a given quadratic cost function is studied. The system under consideration involves constant time-delay and norm-bounded parameter uncertainties. The purpose is to design state feedback controllers which can tolerate actuator failure, such that the closed-loop system is stable, and the specified cost function has an upper bound for all admissible uncertainties. The sufficient conditions for the solvability of this problem are obtained by a linear matrix inequality (LMI) method.
