| 3 | 单中心体外和非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术后远期临床效果研究显示文摘目的:对比研究体外和非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植(CABG)术后的长期临床效果以及影响长期预后的危险因素。方法:回顾性分析2005年1月至2005年12月,在北京安贞医院单纯行CABG术顺利出院751例患者的临床资料,对其进行随访,所有病例随访截止时间为2018年7月,随访结果为生存时间(月)、死亡事件、再次心肌血运重建(经皮冠状动脉介入治疗和CABG术)、前降支通畅率,用倾向得分匹配(1∶1)和生存分析的方法评估患者的临床效果差异。结果:随访时间为150~162个月,随访期内死亡176例(23.4%),其中与心脏相关死亡125例(16.6%)。体外循环(OPCABG)组和非体外循环(ONCABG)组术后10年、13年生存率分别为71.4%vs. 78.1%、69.6%vs. 75.0%,两组生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。COX回归分析表明,年龄(RR=0.544,P=0.00)、吸烟(RR=6.678,P=0.00)、糖尿病(RR=2.937,P=0.00)、EuroSCORE>3(RR=2.245,P=0.035)。OPCABG和ONCABG的前降支通畅率为87.6%和90.4%(P>0.05)。结论:OPCABG和ONCABG对冠心病患者治疗的远期效果无明显差异,高龄(>60岁)、吸烟、糖尿病、EuroSCORE评分>3分(中高危)是影响患者长期预后的独立危险因素,而体外循环的运用并不影响患者的长期临床效果。 | 白瑞凯 李温斌 杨昭 顾承雄 ZHANG Jianqun HUANG Fangjiong | 2019 | 心肺血管病杂志2019,38,1: | 14 |
| 4 | Timing and splitting of nitrogen fertilizer supply to increase crop yield and efficiency of nitrogen utilization in a wheat–peanut relay intercropping system in China显示文摘Agronomically optimizing the timing and rates of nitrogen(N) fertilizer application can increase crop yield and decrease N loss to the environment. Wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)–peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.) relay intercropping systems are a mainstay of economic and food security in China. We performed a field experiment to investigate the effects of N fertilizer on N recovery efficiency, crop yield, and N loss rate in wheat–peanut relay intercropping systems in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain, China during 2015–2017. The N was applied on the day before sowing, the jointing stage(G30) or the booting stage(G40) of winter wheat, and the anthesis stage(R1) of peanut in the following percentage splits: 50-50-0-0(N1), 35-35-0-30(N2), and 35-0-35-30(N3), using 300 kg N ha-1, with 0 kg N ha-1(N0) as control. ^(15)N-labeled(20.14 atom %) urea was used to trace the fate of N in microplots. The yields of wheat and peanut increased by 12.4% and 15.4% under the N2 and N3 treatments, relative to those under the N1 treatment. The ^(15)N recovery efficiencies( ^(15)NRE) were 64.9% and 58.1% for treatments N2 and N3, significantly greater than that for the N1 treatment(45.3%). The potential N loss rates for the treatments N2 and N3 were23.7% and 7.0%, significantly lower than that for treatment N1(30.1%). Withholding N supply until the booting stage(N3) did not reduce the wheat grain yield; however, it increased the N content derived from ^(15)N-labeled urea in peanuts, promoted the distribution of ^(15)N to pods, and ultimately increased pod yields in comparison with those obtained by topdressing N at jointing stage(N2). In comparison with N2, the N uptake and N recovery efficiency(NRE) of N3 was increased by 12.0% and 24.1%,respectively, while the apparent N loss decreased by 16.7%. In conclusion, applying N fertilizer with three splits and delaying topdressing fertilization until G40 of winter wheat increased total grain yields and NRE and reduced N loss. | 6 | Corrosion performance of Al–Al2O3 cold sprayed coatings on mild carbon steel pipe under thermal insulation显示文摘This paper focused on the corrosion resistance of cold spray Al–Al_2O_3composite coatings used on carbon steel pipe surfaces under thermal insulation. Al–Al_2O_3coatings were produced on the carbon steel pipe surface by cold spray(CS) technology. Experimental apparatus was built to test the corrosion resistance of coatings beneath mineral wool insulation under isothermal, thermal cycling and wet/dry conditions. The results showed that when α-Al_2O_3 was added in spraying powder, the coating could obtain higher hardness and a denser microstructure. From corrosionunder-insulation(CUI) tests, Al–Al_2O_3CS coatings were proven to be efficient in protecting carbon steel pipe from CUI mainly owning to lamellar microstructures of coatings. There was no evidence to show that α-Al_2O_3 might bring any negative effect on corrosion resistance. Al–Al_2O_3CS coatings were sensitive to the chloride ion concentration. | 9 | Investigation on Flow Accelerated Corrosion Mitigation for Secondary Circuit Piping of the Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant显示文摘Flow accelerated corrosion(FAC) is the main failure cause of the secondary circuit carbon steel piping in nuclear power plants.The piping failures caused by FAC have resulted in numerous unplanned outages and tragic fatalities.The existing researches focus on the main factors contributing to FAC,which include metallurgical factors,environmental factors and hydrodynamic factors. Some effective FAC management methods and programs with long term monitoring and inspection data analysis are recommended.But a comprehensive FAC management system should be developed in order to mitigate and manage FAC systematically.In this paper,the FAC influencing factors are analyzed in combination with the operating conditions of the secondary circuit piping in the Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant(TQNPP),China(Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Company Limited,China).A comprehensive FAC mitigation and management system is developed for TQNPP secondary circuit piping.The system is composed of five processes,viz.materials substitution,water chemical optimization,long-term monitor strategy for the susceptible piping,integrity evaluation of the local thinning defects,and repair or replacement.With the implementation of the five processes,the material of FAC sensitive pipe fittings are modified from carbon steel to stainless steel,N_2H_4 and NH_3 are finally selected as the water chemical regulator of secondary circuit,the secondary circuit pips are classified according to FAC susceptibility in order to conduct long term monitoring strategy,and an integrity evaluation flow for local thinning caused by FAC in carbon steel piping is developed.If the component with local thinning defects is not fit-for-service,corresponding repair or replacement should be conducted.The comprehensive FAC mitigation and management system with five interrelated processes would be a cost-effective method of increasing personnel safety,plant safety and availability. | ZHAO Liang HU Jianqun WU Zhigang WANG Kin | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,2: | 3 |
| 10 | Vertebrate Dynein-f depends on Wdr78 for axonemal localization and is essential for ciliary beat显示文摘Motile cilia and flagella are microtubule-based organelles important for cell locomotion and extracellular liquid flow through beating. Although axonenal dyneins that drive ciliary beat have been extensively studied in unicellular Chlamydomonas, to what extent such knowledge can be applied to vertebrate is poorly known. In Chlamydomonas, Dynein-f controls flagellar waveforms but is dispensable for beating. The flagellar assembly of its heavy chains (HCs) requires its intermediate chain (IC) IC140 but not IC138. Here we show that, unlike its Chlamydomonas counte『part, vertebrate Dynein-f is essential for ciliary beat. We confirmed that Wdr78 is the vertebrate orthologue of IC3 Wdr78 associated with Dynein-f subunits such as Dnah2 (a HC) and Wdr63 (IC140 orthologue). It was expressed as a motile cilium-specific protein in mammalian cells. Depletion of Wdr78 or Dnah2 by RNAi paralyzed mouse ependymal cilia. Zebrafish Wdr78 morphants displayed ciliopathy-related phenotypes, such as curved bodies, hydrocephalus, abnormal otolith, randomized left-right asymmetry, and pronephric cysts, accompanied with paralyzed pronephric cilia. Furthermore, all the HCs and ICs of Dynein-f failed to localize in the Wdr78-depleted mouse ependymal cilia. | 12 | Relationship between the Expression of NF-kappa B and Apoptosis in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer显示文摘OBJECTIVE To study the expression of the nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kappa B) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),to explore the apoptotic ratio in NSCLC related to different NF-kappa Bs,and to understand the clinical significance of NF-kappa B in NSCLC apoptosis. METHODS NF-kappa B expression in 45 new samples of NSCLC,collected during a period from October to December,2005,was assayed using Western blots,and the apoptotic ratio of NSCLC was determined by the Tunel method. RESULTS Of the 45 patients,the average relative expression of NF-kappa B was 0.6047±0.3572.The expression of NF-kappa B was higher in the poorly differentiated lung cancer cells than in the well-differentiated tumors(P<0.05).The apoptotic ratio was 56.4% in the lung cancer cells with higher NF-kappa B expression,and was 76.7% in those with lower NF-kappa B expression(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The expression of NF-kappa B is correlated with the differentiation of NSCLC.NF-kappa B inhibits apoptosis in NSCLC.As a transcription factor,NF-kappa B plays a very important role both in formation and in development of NSCLC.
