| 4 | Deterioration in Heat Transfer of Endothermal Hydrocarbon Fuel显示文摘Numerical studies under supercritical pressure are carried out to study the heat transfer characteristics in a single-root coolant channel of the active regenerative cooling system of the scramjet engine, using actual physical properties of pentane. The relationships between wall temperature and inlet temperature, mass flow rate, wall heat flux, inlet pressure, as well as center stream temperature are obtained. The results suggest that the heat transfer deterioration occurs when the fuel temperature approaches the pseudo-critical temperature, and the wall temperature increases rapidly and heat transfer coefficient decreases sharply. The decrease of wall heat flux, as well as the increase of mass flow rate and inlet pressure makes the starting point of the heat transfer deterioration and the peak point of the wall temperature move backward. The wall temperature increment induced by heat transfer deterioration decreases, which could reduce the severity of the heat transfer deterioration. | 5 | Criteria for hypersonic airbreathing propulsion and its experimental verification显示文摘Hypersonic airbreathing propulsion is one of the top techniques for future aerospace flight, but there are still no practical engines after seventy years’ development. Two critical issues are identified to be the barriers for the ramjet-based engine that has been taken as the most potential concept of the hypersonic propulsion for decades. One issue is the upstream-traveling shock wave that develops from spontaneous waves resulting from continuous heat releases in combustors and can induce unsteady combustion that may lead to engine surging during scramjet engine operation.The other is the scramjet combustion mode that cannot satisfy thrust needs of hypersonic vehicles since its thermos-efficiency decreases as the flight Mach number increases. The two criteria are proposed for the ramjet-based hypersonic propulsion to identify combustion modes and avoid thermal choking. A standing oblique detonation ramjet(Sodramjet) engine concept is proposed based on the criteria by replacing diffusive combustion with an oblique detonation that is a unique pressure-gain phenomenon in nature. The Sodramjet engine model is developed with several flow control techniques, and tested successfully with the hypersonic flight-duplicated shock tunnel.The experimental data show that the Sodramjet engine model works steadily, and an oblique detonation can be made stationary in the engine combustor and is controllable. | 9 | Composition and Spatial Distribution of Soil Mesofauna Along an Elevation Gradient on the North Slope of the Changbai Mountains, China显示文摘The Changbai Mountains, located in northeastern China, show clear vertical zonation of vegetation types. Six different habitats,namely Pinus koraiensis mixed broad-leaved forest, Pinus koraiensis-Picea forest, spruce-fir forest, Betula ermanii forest, alpine meadow and alpine semi-desert, at elevations ranging from 780 to 2 480 m, covering almost all ecosystems on the north slope of the Changbai Mountains, were investigated to determine: i) whether or not the community composition of soil mesofauna varied significantly at different elevations; ii) if different soil mesofauna groups would respond differently to elevation and iii) which factors influenced the spatial distribution of soil mesofauna along elevation. Soil mesofauna were collected from each habitat in spring(May),summer(July) and autumn(September) of 2009. The soil mesofauna communities were comprised of at least 44 groups and were dominated by Acari and Collembola, followed by Coleoptera, Diptera larvae and Enchytraeidae. The composition, diversity and abundance of soil mesofauna varied among the six habitats. Meanwhile, significant seasonal variations were observed in the composition,abundance and diversity of the soil mesofauna in each habitat. The taxonomic richness and Shannon index were affected by elevation and soil properties, while the abundance was only significantly affected by soil properties. With regard to taxa, the habitats and seasons had significant effects on almost all the abundances of the major taxonomic groups. The abundance of more taxonomic groups was significantly influenced by the soil properties, while those of Geophilomorpha, Araneae and other taxa were affected by elevation.It is concluded that the composition and spatial distribution of the soil mesofauna varied along the elevation gradient on the north slope of the Changbai Mountains, which might be largely related to the variations of the plant community, soil properties and climate change resulting from the elevation gradient. | JIANG Yunfeng YIN Xiuqin WANG Fubin | 2015 | Pedosphere2015,25,6: | 6 |
| 10 | Aerodynamic force and moment measurement of 10°half-angle cone in JF12 shock tunnel显示文摘An aerodynamic force and moment measurement was conducted in JF12 long-testduration detonation-driven shock tunnel of Institute of Mechanics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.The test duration of JF12 is 100–130 ms.The nominal Mach number is 7.0 and the exit diameter of the contoured nozzle is 2.5 m.The total enthalpy is 2.5 MJ/kg which duplicates the hypersonic flight conditions of Mach number 7.0 at 35 km altitude.The test model is the standard aerodynamic force model of 10° half-angle sharp cone.The length of the test model is 1500 mm and the weight is 57 kg.The aerodynamic forces were measured with a six-component strain balance.The angles of attack were set to be à5°,0°,5°,10° and 14°,respectively.The experimental results show that in the 100–130 ms test duration,the signals of strain balance have 3–4 complete vibration cycles.So,the aerodynamic forces and moments can be obtained directly by averaging the signals of balance without acceleration compensation.The force measurement error of repeatability of JF12 is less than 2%.The aerodynamic force coefficients of JF12 are in good agreement with those of conventional hypersonic wind tunnels.For this test model at Mach number 7.0 and total enthalpy of 2.5 MJ/kg,the real-gas effects on aerodynamic force characteristics are not very evident. | Yunfeng LIU Yunpeng WANG Chaokai YUAN Changtong LUO Zonglin JIANG | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2017,30,3: | 5 |
| 11 | Meta-analysis of the clinical effectiveness of combined acupuncture and Western Medicine to treat post-stroke depression显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of combined acupuncture and Western Medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression using a meta-analysis.METHODS:The China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Pub Med,Embase,and the Cochrane Library were searched from their establishment to August 2018 for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of combined acupuncture and Western Medicine to treat post-stroke depression.Two researchers independently extracted and cross-checked data,and then applied the modified Jadad scale and the Cochrane-recommended assessment method to evaluate the risk of bias.Review Manager 5.3 was used to conduct the meta-analysis.RESULTS:A total of 1860 patients in 24 RCTs were analyzed.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that:(a)The effective rate of acupuncture+fluoxetine hydrochloride vs fluoxetine hydrochloride was significant[relative risk(RR)=1.16,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.08,1.26)],as was that of acupuncture+flupentixol/melitracen vs flupentixol/melitracen[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.10,1.37)].(b)When analyzing Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)-17 scores,six trials showed that acupuncture combined with Western Medicine was superior to Western Medicine alone,and could relieve the depressive symptoms of patients.For HAMD-24 scores,five trials were included for acupuncture+fluoxetine hydrochloride vs fluoxetine hydrochloride,with significance at 2 weeks[WMD=-6.51,95%CI(-8.62,-4.40)],as well as at 4 weeks[WMD=-8.40,95%CI(-11.86,-4.94)]and 8 weeks.(c)For the activities of daily living scale,acupuncture+fluoxetine hydrochloride vs fluoxetine hydrochloride[WMD=22.65,95%CI(18.34,26.95)],acupuncture+flupentixol/melitracen vs flupentixol/melitracen[WMD=8.08,95%CI(2.57,13.59)],acupuncture+sertraline hydrochloride vs sertraline hydrochloride[WMD=6.94,95%CI(3.59,10.29)],and acupuncture+doxepin hydrochloride vs doxepin hydrochloride[WMD=18.80,95%CI(15.84,21.76)]had significance.(d)For Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale scores,there was significance in all four included studies.CONCLUSION:The therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with Western Medicine on post-stroke depression are often better than those of Western Medicine alone,and fewer adverse reactions occur.However,more high-quality RCTs are needed to further confirm these findings. | WANG Xue YANG Jun YUAN Ting XIONG Jun JIANG Yunfeng ZHOU Xiaohong LIAO Kai XU Lingling | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,1: | 4 |

| 14 | Processes of small-scale tidal flat accretion and salt marsh changes on the plain coast of Jiangsu Province,China显示文摘Large-scaled reclamation modifies the coastal environment dramatically while accelerating the disappearance of salt marshes,which causes the degradation of the coastal ecosystem and the biodiversity function.In this study,we explored the changes of tidal flat and salt marsh coverage in a small-scale tidal flat with an area of ~160 000 m^2 in the plain coast of Jiangsu Province,China.Human activities(e.g.,the construction of dikes) are a crucial contributor that benefits for the tidal flat accretions and the following changes of salt marsh coverage.Located in the front of the man-made 'concave coastline',the study area is suitable for sediment accretion after the dike construction in the end of 2006.On the basis of the annual tidal surface elevation survey from 2007 to 2012,the sedimentation rates in the human influenced tidal flat varied from a few centimeters per year to 23 cm/a.The study area experienced a rapid accretion in the tidal flat and the expansion of the salt marsh,with the formation of a longshore bar,and a subsequent decline of the salt marsh.Breaking waves during the flooding tide brought much sediment from the adjacent tidal flat to the study area,which caused burial and degeneration of the salt marsh.The vertical grain size changes within a 66 cm long core in the study area also demonstrated the above changes in the tidal environment.This study indicates that the responses of small-scale tidal flat changes to reclamation are significant,and the rational reclamation would benefit for the new salt marsh formation in front of the dikes.Further research about the evolution of small scale tidal flat as well as the spatial planning of the polder dike should be strengthened for the purpose to maintain a healthier coastal environment. | ZHANG Yunfeng ZHANG Zhenke HE Huachun CHEN Yingying JIANG Songliu REN Hang | 2017 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2017,36,4: | 2 |

| 17 | Tetra-armed conjugated microporous polymers for gas adsorption and photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Two novel tetra-armed conjugated microporous polymers with different geometries have been designed and synthesized via Suzuki-Miyaura cross coupling polycondensation. Both polymers are stable in various organic solvents tested and are thermally stable. The pyrene-containing polymer of PrPy with the rigid pyrene unit shows a higher Brunauer-Emmet-Teller specific surface area of 1219 m^2 g^(-1) than the tetraphenylethylene-containing polymer of PrTPE(770 m^2 g^(-1)), which leads to a high CO_2 uptake ability of 3.89 mmol g^(-1) at 1.13 bar/273 K and a H_2 uptake ability of 1.69 wt% at 1.13 bar/77 K.
