| 2 | Numerical Experiment of the Solid Particle Erosion of Bionic Configuration Blade of Centrifugal Fan显示文摘In this paper, a bionic method was presented to improve the erosion resistance of blade of the centrifugal fan. A numerical investigation of the solid particle erosion on the standard and bionic configuration blade of 4-72N10C centrifugal fan was presented. The numerical study employs computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, based on a finite volume method, in which the discrete phase model was used to modele the solid particles flow, and the Eulerian conservation equation was adopt to simulate the continuous phase. Moreover, user-defined function was used to define wear equation. The various diameters of the particles were taken into account. The positions of collision of standard and bionic fan blades were discussed, and two kinds of centrifugal fan blade wear were compared. The results show that the particles from the incident source with different positions have different processes of turning and movement when enter into the impeller. The trajectories of flow in the fan channel are significantly different for the particles with different diameters. Bionic fan blade have lower erosion rate than the standard fan blade when the particle size is 20 μm. | 3 | Performance improvement in multi-ship imaging for ScanSAR based on sparse representation显示文摘There is always a compromise between unambiguous wide-swath imaging and high cross-range resolution owing to the constraint of minimum antenna area for conventional single-channel spaceborne synthetic aperture radar(SAR)imaging.To overcome the inherent systemic limitation,multi-channel SAR imaging has been developed.Nevertheless,this still suffers from various problems such as high system complexity.To simplify the system structure,a novel algorithm for high resolution multi-ship ScanSAR imaging based on sparse representation is proposed in this paper,where the SAR imaging model is established via maximum a posterior estimation by utilizing the sparsity prior of multi-ship targets.In the scheme,a wide swath is generated in the ScanSAR mode by continuously switching the radar footprint between subswaths.Meanwhile,high crossrange resolution is realized from sparse subapertures by exploiting the sparsity feature of multi-ship imaging.In particular,the SAR observation operator is constructed approximately as the inverse of conventional SAR imaging and then high resolution SAR imaging including range cell migration compensation is achieved by solving the optimization.Compared with multi-channel SAR imaging,the system complexity is effectively reduced in the ScanSAR mode.In addition,enhancement of the cross-range resolution is realized by incorporating the sparsity prior with sparse subapertures.As a result,the amount of data is effectively reduced.Experiments based on measured data have been carried out to confirm the effectiveness and validity of the proposed algorithm. | XU Gang SHENG JiaLian ZHANG Lei XING MengDao | 2012 | Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,8: | 4 |

| 5 | 巨大外生性肝肉瘤样癌一例报道(英文)显示文摘We report a case who was a 74-year-old female with hepatitis B virus (HBV) carrier for more than 30 years. The serum levels of AFP, CEA and CA199 were within normal range. CT scan demonstrated that a huge pedunculated mass of the right hepatic lobe presenting as lobulated and cystic-solid appearance and heterogeneous density of the solid portion composed of multiple nodules. The patient was performed surgery, and the tumor was removed. Sarcomatoid hepatocellular carcinoma (SHC) was diagnosed by pathological and immunohistochemical test. | 7 | Study of risk factors for intraoperative hypothermia during pediatric burn surgery显示文摘Background Intraoperative hypothermia(core temperature<36.0°C)is common during the perioperative period and can result in adverse consequences,especially in children.We aimed to determine the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and its risk factors in pediatric patients during burn surgery.Methods In the present study we enrolled 197 pediatric patients with burn injury undergoing surgical debridement and skin grafting.Factors,such as total burn surface area(TBSA),were collected and analyzed to identify the potential risk factors for intraoperative hypothermia.Results The incidence of intraoperative hypothermia among all patients was 17.8%.Compared with patients with normothermia,children with hypothermia were associated with larger TBSA(25%vs 15%,p<0.001)and with less intraoperative active warming(34.28%vs 54.93%,p<0.05).In addition,compared with patients with moderate-degree burn,patients with severe and extremely severe burn were associated with much higher risk of intraoperative hypothermia[severe:odds ratio(OR)=3.805,95%confidence interval(CI)=1.396-10.368,p=0.009;extremely severe:OR=6.933,95%CI=2.604-18.462,p<0.001].TBSA was the only independent risk factor that emerged as being strongly associated with intraoperative hypothermia(OR=1.068,p=0.001)and could be used to predict the occurrence of hypothermia when combined with other factors.TBSA for predicting intraoperative hypothermia by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed a good predictive ability with an area under the ROC curve of 0.758.Conclusion TBSA is an important risk factor for intraoperative hypothermia in pediatric patients with burn. | Yaoqin Hu Yangfan Tian Manqing Zhang Jialian Zhao Qiang Shu | 2021 | World Journal of Pediatric Surgery2021,4,1: | 1 |
