1整体固态生物转化后三七化学成分变化的初步研究显示文摘目的:通过研究曲霉菌在不同营养条件下对滇产三七进行固态生物转化后其皂苷部分的化学变化,寻找药理活性存在差异的原因。方法:采用含量测定、高效液相和液-质联用(LC-MS)技术,对三七不同转化条件所得产物的化学成分变化进行初步的研究分析。结果:含量测定表明,除1号样的R1有增加外,2个转化产物中的R1、Rg1、Re、Rb1都有所降低;在203.4nm和254.4nm波长下的HPLC图谱表明,原药材与2个转化产物的区别不仅表现在峰面积的改变上,而且有新吸收峰的出现;在LC-MS的检测中,2个转化产物中均未能检测出原药材中6个主要成分的色谱峰,但转化产物都出现了6个新的色谱峰,其中仅有1个相同。结论:三七经曲霉菌转化后总皂苷的化学成分发生了明显的变化,揭示了药理研究效果有差异的原因,同时也反映了微生物对转化底物的选择性受不同营养源的影响很大,这一新发现为采用固态生物转化法来进行天然药物的研究具有重要的指导意义。马伟光 黄之镨 范培红 Andrew Marston Karine Ndjoko Ioset Kurt Hostettmann 2010中华中医药杂志2010,25,10:5
