1A Unified Time Scale Intelligent Control Algorithm for Microgrid Based on Extreme Dynamic Programming显示文摘Benefiting from the progress of power electronics technology,distributed generation technology is developing rapidly.Since microgrids cannot rely on traditional multi-time scale control strategies to ensure the high-quality frequency stability control and economic dispatch in the same time scale,this paper proposes an extreme dynamic programming algorithm.The proposed algorithm takes an adaptive dynamic programming algorithm as the framework,an extreme learning machine as a kernel of the evaluation module,a model module,an implementation module and a new prediction module.The resulting unified time scale intelligent control algorithm better realizes the combined functions of“droop control+automatic generation control+economic dispatch”in the traditional opermode.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm,a microgrid model of 8 nodes is simulated.The results confirm the feasibility and validity of the proposed extreme dynamic programming algorithm.Junbin Chen Tao Yu Linfei Yin Jianlin Tang Hanqi Wang 2020CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,3:0
2Systemic and single cell level responses to 1 nm size biomaterials demonstrate distinct biological effects revealed by multi-omics atlas显示文摘Although ultra-small nanoclusters(USNCs,<2 nm)have immense application capabilities in biomedicine,the investigation on body-wide organ responses towards USNCs is scant.Here,applying a novel strategy of single-cell mass cytometry combined with Nano Genome Atlas of multi-tissues,we systematically evaluate the interactions between the host and calcium phosphate(CaP)USNCs at the organism level.Combining single-cell mass cytometry,and magnetic luminex assay results,we identify dynamic immune responses to CaP USNCs at the single cell resolution.The innate immune is initially activated and followed by adaptive immune activation,as evidenced by dynamic immune cells proportions.Furthermore,using Nano Genome Atlas of multi-tissues,we uncover CaP USNCs induce stronger activation of the immune responses in the cartilage and subchondral bone among the five local tissues while promote metabolic activities in the liver and kidney.Moreover,based on the immunological response profiles,histological evaluation of major organs and local tissue,and a body-wide transcriptomics,we demonstrate that CaP USNCs are not more hazardous than the Food and Drug Administration-approved CaP nanoparticles after 14 days of injection.Our findings provide valuable information on the future clinical applications of USNCs and introduce an innovative strategy to decipher the whole body response to implants.Tao Zhang Tingyun Lei Ruojin Yan Bo Zhou Chunmei Fan Yanyan Zhao Shasha Yao Haihua Pan Yangwu Chen Bingbing Wu Yuwei Yang Lijuan Hu Shen Gu Xiaoyi Chen Fangyuan Bao Yu Li Hanqi Xie Ruikang Tang Xiao Chen Zi Yin 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,12:0
3Experimental study on reactions between alkaline basaltic melt and orthopyroxenes: constraints on the evolution of lithospheric mantle in the North China Craton显示文摘The experimental results of the reactions between an alkaline basaltic melt and mantle orthopyroxenes under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions of 1300–1400℃ and 2.0–3.0 GPa using a six-anvil apparatus are reported in this paper.The reactions are proposed to simulate the interactions between melts from the asthenospheric mantle and the lithospheric mantle.The starting melt in the experiments was made from the alkaline basalt occurring in Fuxin,Liaoning Province,and the orthopyroxenes were separated from the mantle xenoliths in Damaping,Hebei Province.The results show that clinopyroxenes were formed in all the reactions between the alkaline basaltic melt and orthopyroxenes under the studied P–T conditions.The formation of clinopyroxene in the reaction zone is mainly controlled by dissolution–crystallization,and the chemical compositions of the reacted melt are primarily infl uenced by the diff usion eff ect.Temperature is the most important parameter controlling the reactions between the melt and orthopyroxenes,which has a direct impact on the melting of orthopyroxenes and the diff usion of chemical components in the melt.Temperature also directly controls the chemical compositions of the newly formed clinopyroxenes in the reaction zone and the reacted melt.The formation of clinopyroxenes from the reactions between the alkaline basaltic melt and orthopyroxenes can result in an increase of CaO and Al_(2)O_(3) contents in the rocks containing this mineral.Therefore,the reactions between the alkaline basaltic melt from the asthenospheric mantle and orthopyroxenes from the lithospheric mantle can lead to the evolution of lithospheric mantle in the North China Craton from refractory to fertile with relatively high CaO and Al 2 O 3 contents.In addition,the reacted melts in some runs were transformed from the starting alkaline basaltic into tholeiitic after reactions,indicating that tholeiitic magma could be generated from alkaline basaltic one via reactions between the latter and orthopyroxene.Hanqi He Mingliang Wang Hongfeng Tang 2024Acta Geochimica2024,43,2:0
4Esterase-Activated Theranostic Prodrug for Dual Organelles-Targeted Imaging and Synergetic Chemo-Photodynamic Cancer Therapy显示文摘Activatable prodrugs have received considerable attention in cancer therapy due to their high specificity and reduced side effects.However,the theranostic prodrug with multiple cancerous organelles targeting and combinational therapy is still rare.In this report,an esterase-responsive prodrug tetraphenylethylene functionalized quinolinium-ester-chlorambucil(TPEQC)was developed for dual organelles-targeted and image-guided cancer therapy through synergetic chemotherapy(CT)and photodynamic therapy(PDT).TPE-QC was constructed by conjugating an anticancer drug of chlorambucil with an aggregation-induced emission active photosensitizer of tetraphenylethylene functionalized hydroxyethyl quinolinium(TPE-QO)via the hydrolyzable ester linkage.The fluorescence and photosensitization of TPE-QC were initially quenched because of the photoinduced electron transfer(PET)effect.After reacting with esterase,the ester group of TPE-QC could be selectively hydrolyzed to release chlorambucil and TPE-QO,which terminated the PET process and switched on the fluorescence and photosensitization.Benefitting from the overexpressed esterase in cancer cells,TPE-QC could be efficiently activated in cancer cells rather than in normal cells,while the restoredfluorescence could preciselymonitor the release of TPE-QC.Importantly,activated TPE-QC accumulated in both organelles of lysosome and mitochondria,resulting in enhanced anticancer potency.In vivo experiments demonstrated that TPE-QC displayed efficient tumor microenvironment-activatable features and excellent tumor therapeutic effects through combinational CT and PDT.Jiabao Zhuang Nan Li Yaling Zhang Baolin Li Hanqi Wen Xinchan Zhang Tianyu Zhang Na Zhao Ben Zhong Tang 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,3:0
5A novel predictor of unsustained return of spontaneous circulation in cardiac arrest patients through a combination of capnography and pulse oximetry: a multicenter observational study显示文摘BACKGROUND:Unsustained return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC)is a critical barrier to survival in cardiac arrest patients.This study examined whether end-tidal carbon dioxide(ETCO_(2))and pulse oximetry photoplethysmogram(POP)parameters can be used to identify unsustained ROSC.METHODS:We conducted a multicenter observational prospective cohort study of consecutive patients with cardiac arrest from 2013 to 2014.Patients’general information,ETCO_(2),and POP parameters were collected and statistically analyzed.RESULTS:The included 105 ROSC episodes(from 80 cardiac arrest patients)comprised 51 sustained ROSC episodes and 54 unsustained ROSC episodes.The 24-hour survival rate was significantly higher in the sustained ROSC group than in the unsustained ROSC group(29.2%vs.9.4%,P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that the difference between after and before ROSC in ETCO_(2)(ΔETCO_(2))and the difference between after and before ROCS in area under the curve of POP(ΔAUCp)were independently associated with sustained ROSC(odds ratio[OR]=0.931,95%confi dence interval[95%CI]0.881-0.984,P=0.011 and OR=0.998,95%CI 0.997-0.999,P<0.001).The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve ofΔETCO_(2),ΔAUCp,and the combination of both to predict unsustained ROSC were 0.752(95%CI 0.660-0.844),0.883(95%CI 0.818-0.948),and 0.902(95%CI 0.842-0.962),respectively.CONCLUSION:Patients with unsustained ROSC have a poor prognosis.The combination ofΔETCO_(2) andΔAUCp showed signifi cant predictive value for unsustained ROSC.Jing Yang Hanqi Tang Shihuan Shao Feng Xu Yangyang Fu Shengyong Xu Chen Li Yan Li Yang Liu Joseph Harold Walline Huadong Zhu Yuguo Chen Xuezhong Yu Jun Xu 2024World Journal of Emergency Medicine2024,15,1:0
6Reaction between basaltic melt and orthopyroxene at 3.0–4.5 GPa:Implications for the evolution of ocean island basalts in the mantle显示文摘Interactions between basaltic melt and orthopyroxenite(Opx)were investigated to gain a better understanding of the consequences of the residence and transport of ocean island basalts(OIBs)within the mantle.The experiments were conducted using a DS-3600 six-anvil apparatus at 3.0–4.5 GPa and 1300–1450℃.The basaltic melt and Opx coexisted at local equilibrium at these pressures and temperatures;the initial melts dissolved Opx,which modified their chemical composition,and clinopyroxene(Cpx)precipitated with or without garnet(Grt).The trace-element contents of Grt,Cpx,and melt were measured and the mineral–melt distribution coefficients(D)of Cpx–melt and Grt–melt were calculated,which can be used to assess the distribution of trace elements between basalt and minerals in the mantle.Two types of reaction rim were found in the experimental products,Cpx,and Cpx+Grt;this result indicates that residual rocks within the mantle should be pyroxenite or garnet pyroxenite.Both rock types are found in mantle xenoliths from Hawaii,and the rare-earth-element(REE)pattern of Cpx in these mantle pyroxenites matches those of Cpx in the experimental reaction rims.Furthermore,residual melts in the experimental products plot in similar positions to Hawaiian high-SiO_(2)OIBs on major-element Harker diagrams,and their trace-element patterns show the signature of residual Grt,particularly in runs at1350℃ and 4.0–4.5 GPa.Trace-element concentrations of the experimental residual melts plot in similar positions to the Hawaiian OIBs on commonly used discrimination diagrams(Ti vs.Zr,Cr vs.Y,Cr vs.V,Zr/Y vs.Zr,and Ti/Y vs.Nb/Y).These results indicate that reaction between basaltic melt and pyroxenite might contribute to the generation of Hawaiian high-SiO2 OIBs and account for their chemical variability.Chunjuan Zang Mingliang Wang Hongfeng Tang Hanqi He 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,2:0
