1Cross-Scale Synthesis of Organic High-k Semiconductors Based on Spiro-Gridized Nanopolymers显示文摘High dielectric constants in organic semiconductors have been identified as a central challenge for the improvement in not only piexoelectric,preolecric,and freeltric efcts but also photoclecric conversion eficiency in OPVs,carrier mobility in OFETS,and charge density in charge-trapping memories.Herein,we report an ultralong persistence length(≈41 nm)efet of spiro-fused organic nanopolymers on dielectric properties,together with excitonic and charge carrier behaviors.The state-of-the-art nanopolymers,namely,nanopolyspirogrids(NPSGs),are synthesized via the simple crossscale Friedel-Crafts polygridlization of AjB-type nanomonomers.The high dielectric constant(k=8.43)of NPSG is firstly achieved by locking spiro-polygridization efect that results in the enhancement of dipole polarization.When doping into a polystyrene-based dielectric layer,such a high-k feature of NPSG increases the feld-ffct carrier mobility from 0.20 to 0.90cm^(2)Vl s'in pentacene OFET devices.Meanwhile,amorphous NPSG film exhibits an ultralow energy disorder(<50 meV)for an exellent zero-field hole mobility of 3.94×10^(-1)cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1).surpassing most of the amorphousπconjugated polymers Onganic nanopolymers with high dielectric constants open a new way to break through the bottleneck of eficiency and multifunctionality in the blueprint of the fourth generation semiconductors.Dongqing Lin Wenhua Zhang Hang Yin Haixia Hu Yang Li He Zhang Le Wang Xinmiao Xie Hongkai Hu Yongxia Yan Haifeng Ling Jin'an Liu Yue Qian Lei Tang Yongxia Wang Chaoyang Dong Linghai Xie Hao Zhang Shasha Wang Ying Wei Xuefeng Guo Dan Lu Wei Huang 2022Research2022,,2:3
2Study and design of cladding power stripper for high power fiber laser systems显示文摘Heat handling has been a significant problem of the high power fiber laser systems as the output power increases rapidly.Cladding power stripper(CPS) which is used to deal with the unwanted optical power and light is required for higher cooling ability. So the methods of stripping the unwanted light attracted much attention recently, and the thermal effect is given. However, few investigations focus on the dissipation of the heat converted from the unwanted light. In this paper,an approach of active cooling for CPS is demonstrated. This is achieved by using microchannel cooling technology in heat sinking in CPS to improve the efficiency of heat exchange. In order to explain the mechanism of CPS the function of it and consistence of categories of the unwanted light are detailed firstly. Then microchannel heat sinking is proposed and verified by the heat exchange theory. At last, the design of the CPS with microchannel heat sinking is shown and following experiment is conducted. The final temperature of the device with 1000 W cladding power was demonstrated at last to verify the ability of heat distribution of the CPS component. 6Obesity intervention efforts in China and the 2022 World Obesity Day显示文摘Obesity has become a serious public health problem globally.China has the world’s largest number of people with obesity or overweight.More than 50%of adults and about 20%of children and adolescents in China are overweight or obese.Over the past 20 years,China has made many efforts in obesity intervention,while obesity rates continued rising.In recent years,China has taken more actions for obesity prevention.The World Obesity Day(WOD)was established in 2015 by the World Obesity Federation,and is a unified day of action calling for a cohesive,cross-sector response to fight obesity.WOD has drawn increasing attention in recent years.China formally joined the WOD activities this year,promoted by The Obesity Prevention and Control Section of Chinese Nutrition Society,which cooperated closely with other organizations in carrying out a series of activities during the 2022 WOD.These efforts aimed to encourage the whole society to pay attention to the obesity problem and take more practical actions.The activities include:(1)The 2022“World Obesity Day”China Summit;(2)a specifically developed WOD obesity prevention education video;and(3)the launch of The Expert Consensus on Obesity Prevention and Treatment in China.These can serve as examples for other organizations and countries to consider in future intervention efforts.To fight the global obesity epidemic,all counties and people need to act.Countries can learn from each other’s successful practices.Wen Peng Jianduan Zhang Haixia Zhou An Zhang Yanxiang Wang Xiangyang Tian Deliang Wen Youfa Wang 2022Global Health Journal2022,6,3:1
7Observation-based sources evolution of non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHCs) in a megacity of China显示文摘Both concentrations and emissions of many air pollutants have been decreasing due to implement of control measures in China,in contrast to the fact that an increase in emissions of non-methane hydrocarbons(NMHCs)has been reported.This study employed seven years continuous NMHCsmeasurements and the related activities data of Shanghai,a megacity in China,to explore evolution of emissions and effectiveness of air pollution control measures.The mixing ratio of NMHCs showed no statistical interannual changes,of which their compositions exhibited marked changes.This resulted in a decreasing trend of ozone formation potential by 3.8%/year(p<0.05,the same below),which should be beneficial to ozone pollution mitigation as its production in Shanghai is in the NMHCs-limited regime.Observed alkanes,aromatics and acetylene changed by+3.7%/year,-5.9%/year and-7.4%/year,respectively,and alkenes showed no apparent trend.NMHCs sources were apportioned by a positive matrix factorization model.Accordingly,vehicular emissions(-5.9%/year)and petrochemical industry emissions(-7.1%/year)decreased significantly,but the decrease slowed down;significant reduction in solvent usage(-9.0%/year)appeared after 2010;however,emissions of natural gas(+12.6%/year)and fuel evaporation(with an increasing fraction)became more important.The inconsistency between observations and inventories was found in interannual trend and speciation as well as source contributions,emphasizing the need for further validation in NMHCs emission inventory.Our study confirms the effectiveness of measures targeting mobile and centralized emissions from industrial sources and reveals a need focusing on fugitive emissions,which provided new insights into future air policies in polluted region.Yarong Peng Hongli Wang Qian Wang Shengao Jing Jingyu An Yaqin Gao Cheng Huang Rusha Yan Haixia Dai Tiantao Cheng Qiang Zhang Meng Li Jianlin Hu Zhihao Shi Li Li Shengrong Lou Shikang Tao Qinyao Hu Jun Lu Changhong Chen 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2:0
8ISOLATION AND EXPANSION OF HUMAN EMBRYONIC NEURAL STEM/PROGENITOR CELLS IN VITRO显示文摘Objective:To isolate, culture and identify human embryonic neural stem cells and to establish a practical passaging method.Method:The cerebral cortex cells were isolated from aborted embryos (11~13 weeks) by mechanical dissociation,and cultured in DMEM/F12 culture medium supplemented with N2 and growth factors for proliferation. Upon passaging, the neurospheres were pipetted gentlely to separate them into several cell masses and then grown in growth medium. The cells were grown in DMEM/F12 medium with serum (without growth factors) to induce differentiation. The stem cell, neuron, astrocyte and oligodendrocyte were identified by immunocytochemistry with antibodies to vimentin, MAP 2, GFAP and GalC, respectively. Results:The primary cells grew together and formed neurospheres at 5 th ~7 th day. They were all vimentin positive and could be passaged for at least 8 passages. After passaging, the cell masses grew up and formed new neurospheres rapidly.These cells could differentiated into MAP 2(+),GFAP(+) or GalC(+) cells.Conclusion:The neural stem cells from human embryonic cerebral cortex have the capacity of proliferation and multi-differentiation in vitro. 9Controls on the Northward Movement of the ITCZ over the South China Sea in Autumn:A Heavy Rain Case Study显示文摘The autumn Intertropical Convergence Zone(ITCZ)over the South China Sea(SCS)is typically held south of 10°N by prevailing northeasterly and weakening southwesterly winds.However,the ITCZ can move north,resulting in heavy rainfall in the northern SCS(NSCS).We investigate the mechanisms that drove the northward movement of the ITCZ and led to heavy non-tropical-cyclone rainfall over the NSCS in autumn of 2010.The results show that the rapid northward movement of the ITCZ on 1 and 2 October was caused by the joint influence of the equatorial easterlies(EE),southwesterly winds,and the easterly jet(EJ)in the NSCS.A high pressure center on the east side of Australia,strengthened by the quasi-biweekly oscillation and strong Walker circulation,was responsible for the EE to intensify and reach the SCS.The EE finally turned southeast and together with enhanced southwesterly winds associated with an anticyclone,pushed the ITCZ north.Meanwhile,the continental high moved east,which reduced the area of the EJ in the NSCS and made room for the ITCZ.Further regression analysis showed that the reduced area of the EJ and increased strength of the EE contributed significantly to the northward movement of the ITCZ.The enhancement of the EE preceded the northward movement of the ITCZ by six hours and pushed the ITCZ continually north.As the ITCZ approached 12°N,it not only transported warm moist air but also strengthened the dynamic field by transporting the positive vorticity horizontally and vertically which further contributed to the heavy rainfall.Fei WANG Lifang SHENG Xiadong AN Qian LIU Haixia ZHOU Yingying ZHANG Jianping LI 2021Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,10:0
10The Impact of an Abnormal Zonal Vertical Circulation in Autumn of Super El Ni?o Years on Non-tropical-cyclone Heavy Rainfall over Hainan Island显示文摘This study reveals a significant positive connection between autumn non-tropical-cyclone heavy rainfall on Hainan Island and the intensity of Eastern Pacific(EP)El Ni?o events.That is,the amount of rainfall in super EP El Ni?o years is more than that in normal EP El Ni?o years.Comparing EP El Ni?o years of different intensities,the cooler sea surface temperature in the northwestern Pacific during super EP El Ni?o years stimulates a negative surface latent heat flux(LHF)anomaly and abnormal anticyclonic circulation at 850 hPa.Under these conditions,an abnormal zonal vertical circulation develops in the northern South China Sea once a positive LHF anomaly and abnormal cyclonic circulation(ACC)at 850hPa occur in the Beibu Gulf.The abnormal zonal vertical circulation further strengthens the ascending motion over Hainan Island,as the critical factor that leads to excessive rainfall.Further analysis shows that the positive LHF anomaly,which can be attributed to the increased latent heat transfer which resulted from the increased surface wind speed,is an important trigger for the ACC.However,the ACC is also the supplier of favorable moisture conditions because it intensifies vapor convergence over Hainan Island and meridionally transports moisture from the South China Sea to northeastern Hainan Island,thereby generating heavy rainfall.This paper emphasizes that the impact of El Ni?o events,especially super El Ni?o events,on rainfall over Hainan Island cannot be ignored,even if the traditional view is that frequent rainfall occurs mainly in La Ni?a years.Fei WANG Lifang SHENG Xiadong AN Haixia ZHOU Yingying ZHANG Xiaodong LI Yigeng DING Jing YANG 2022Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2022,39,11:0
