| 1 | Fatigue crack propagation behavior of Ni-based superalloys after overloading at elevated temperatures显示文摘The fatigue crack propagation behavior of three superalloys subjected to a single overloading at elevated temperatures was investigated. The fatigue crack propagation rate FCPR versus stress intensity factor range data da/dN—ΔK were calculated using the two-point secant method. It was found that the crack growth rates of the investigated materials were retarded after overloading with an overload ratio R OL=1.6. The size of the plastic zone in the front of the crack tip and its relation to loading level were discussed. The overload retardation effects are attributed to crack closure. | 5 | Primary percutaneous coronary intervention on older patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction: analysis of its risk factors显示文摘Objective: The aim of the present study was to assess the early clinical outcome and risk factors in old patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) following primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: A total of 136 patients older than 60 years with STEMI who received successful PCI were included in this study. The patients were classified in 2 age groups: patients ≥75 years and <75 years of age. The extent of coronary artery lesions was measured by quantitative coronary artery angiography (QCA). Subjects were tracked for subsequent cardiovascular events: cardiac death, myocardial infarction, heart failure, percutaneous coronary intervention, coronary artery bypass and stroke. Results: Though the older group had a higher prevalence of adverse baseline characteristics and lower final TIMI flow than patients<75y (P<0.05), the procedural success did not make difference between the two groups. In 12 months follow-up of 136 study participants, there occurred 39 CV events : cardiac death (five patients), heart failure (nineteen patients), and stroke (six patients). Three patients received coronary bypass grafts and six patients underwent PCI. Heart failure and overall cardiovascular event rates were higher in older patients compared with those in patients<75y. The main adverse clinical events (MACE) for the old group were a little higher comparing with the younger in 12-month follow-up (P=0.029 6 and P=0.043 4). Multivariate cox analysis identified that a diagnosis of diabetes (HR 2.495, 95%CI 1.224 to 5.083, P= 0.011 8) and time from symptom(HR 1.450, 95%CI 1.143 to 1.841, P= 0.008 2) to PCI as independent predictors of CV events after adjustment of all entered baseline variables. | 6 | Modeling and characterizing the typical under-ice acoustic channel for the Arctic显示文摘The properties of arctic underwater acoustic channel were researched using BurkeTwersky(BT) model and ray theory.In the BT model,sea ice ridge is assumed as a set of semi-elliptical cylinder randomly distributed on a stress-free surface.By approximation of low frequency and high frequency of the BT model,the reflection coefficients were calculated at different frequencies.On the basis of ray theory,the acoustic field was calculated and the properties of underwater acoustic channel was analyzed.Compared to underwater acoustic channel properties when the boundary is air,the results show that under the ice surface some sound rays disappear during transmission,because the ice surface reflection coefficients is less than absolute soft surface.Especially,the higher the frequency,the higher the under-ice transmission loss.As a result,under-ice condition is unfavourable for acoustic signals to travel far.Besides,as to the channel structure,the reflection coefficient of ice layer is smaller,the channel multi-path structure is not significant compared to water-air interface without ice.The research results are valuable for our understanding of hydroacoustic channel and the prediction of the sonar system working in the polar region. | ZHU Guangping YIN Jingwei ZHOU Huanling CHEN Wenjian HU Siwei GUO Longxiang | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2019,38,2: | 1 |

| 8 | Dynamic changes of nutrient content in herbaceous peony seed显示文摘Herbaceous peony is a promising oilseed crop.‘Hangshao’and‘Fenghuang Niepan’are two cultivars with high yield and oil content In this study,seed reserved nutrient of these two genotypes were investigated during seed development process.Results showed that‘Hangshao’and‘Fenghuang Niepan’matured approximately 85 d after flowering(DAF).The development p rocess could be divided into four stages:seed formation and enlargement stage(S1),seed inclusion and enrichment stage(S2),crude fat rapid accumulation stage(S3)and dehydration and color transition stage(S4).During this process,100-seed fresh weight(HFW)and 100-seed dry weight(HDW)increased,whereas water content(WC)decreased.HFW,HDW and WC for‘Hangshao’seed at 85 DAF were28.56 g,20.78 g and 37.50%respectively,whereas those for‘Fenghuang Niepan’seed were 27.2 g,19.78 g,and30.85%respectively.In terms of the primary metabolites measuring,soluble protein content was consistently low(only 2.24%-3.15%),while starch content was relatively high(5.60%-24.81%).They displayed a trend of gradual increasing in early stage,followed by rapid decline.Crude fat tended to accumulate continuously with a linear upward trend starting at 40 DAF,and its maximum level was reached at 85 DAF(27.57%for‘Hangshao’and29.57%for‘Fenghuang Niepan’).For the secondary metabolites determination,total phenols content was relatively steady,maintaining at 107.7-129.9 mg/g for both cultivars,while total flavonoids content varied within25.33-65.33 mg/g for‘Hangshao’and 24.33-52.37 mg/g for Tenghuang Niepan’.The maximum level for both cultivars occurred at 55 DAF.Furthermore,crude fat content was found to be highly correlated with WC by correlation analysis and linear regression model definition(P≤0.01 and r=0.954).Thus,WC was recommended for evaluating crude fat in peony seed.These findings could provide scientific reference for high-yielding production practice for oleaginous peony plant. | Qimo Qi Yu Li Fanzhi Meng Guangping Xing Jilei Zhou Xianfeng Guo | 2020 | Oil Crop Science2020,5,2: | 0 |
| 9 | Layer-by-layer enriching active Ni-N_(3)C sites in nickel-nitrogen-carbon electrocatalysts for enhanced CO_(2)-to-CO reduction显示文摘Transition metal and nitrogen co-doped carbons(M-N-C)have proven to be promising catalysts for CO_(2)electroreduction into co because of the high activity and selectivity.Effective enrichment of the active transition metal coordinated nitrogen sites is desirable but is challenging for a practical volumetric productivity.Herein,we report four kinds of model electrocatalysts to unveil this issue,which include the NC structures with surface N-functionalities,Ni-N-CI with one layer of surface Ni-NsC sites,NC@Ni-N-CI with surface N-functionalities and underneath Ni-N3C sites as well as Ni-N-C_II with doubled surface Ni-NsC sites.The X-ray absorption spectroscopy indicates the coordination configuration of Ni-NsC.For NC catalysts,when N-doping level increased from 3.5 at%to 8.4 at%,the CO partial current density increased from below 0.1 mA/cm^(2)to 3 mA/cm^(2).Introducing one layer of Ni-N_(3)C onto the NC structures leads to a 54 times higher CO partial current density than that of NC,in the meantime the FE_(CO) is 66 times higher.Furthermore,doubling the density of surface Ni-N_(3)C sites by a layer-by-layer method doubles the CO partial current density Gco,indicating its potential to achieve a high density of active coordinated sites and current densities. | Yongqi Ren Ruopeng Chang Xu Hua Junjie Guo Guangping Hao Anhui Lu | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,12: | 0 |
| 10 | Regulation of osteoblast functions on titanium surfaces with different micro/nanotopographies and compositions显示文摘Surface modification of medical implants is considered as an effective method to improve cellular behaviors and the integration of tissues with materials. Titanium(Ti)-based materials with four different micro/nano-structures and compositions were prepared by acid etching, electrochemical anodization and alkali-heat treatment. The surface morphologies and compositions of the different surface-modified Ti materials were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The effects of the micro/nano structured and compositions of the surfaces on cellular responses were investigated in vitro by observing the morphology, adhesion, proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of osteoblasts. To further investigate the underlying mechanisms, an RT-PCR assay was performed to analyze the expression levels of cell adhesion-related genes. Our results indicated that the nanosized structure and anatase composition could promote the adhesion and proliferation of MC3T3-E1 pre-osteoblast, as well as alkaline phosphatase activity and extracellular matrix mineralization via the integrin-FAK signaling pathway.
