| 1 | Effect of scanning strategy on grain structure and crystallographic texture of Inconel 718 processed by selective laser melting显示文摘Two types of scanning strategies were adopted to study the effect of scanning strategy on grain structure and crystallographic texture of selective laser melted(SLM) Inconel 718. The results show that bidirectional scanning without and with a 90?-rotation for every layer produced the bimodal grain structure and the directional columnar grain structure, respectively. Controlling the heat flux direction between the successive layers via scanning strategy enabled the formation of such different grain structures. | 2 | EFFECT OF COPPER AND BORON CONTENT ON STRAIN-INDUCED Nb(C,N) PRECIPITATION IN ULCB STEELS AT HOT DEFORMATION TEMPERATURE显示文摘The stress relaxation curves of Ultra-Low Carbon Bainitic(ULCB) steels with different Cu and B contents were measured by using Gleeble-1500 dynamic thermal-mechanical simulator. The results show that Cu and B added can accelerate the strain-induced precipitation reaction, and the effect of Cu and B is even more obvious with Cu and B combined addition or Cu content increased. The TEM analysis of precipitate engendered at the temperature of 850℃ C indicate that Nb(C,N) precipitate nucleates dominantly on the dislocation line, and grows with holding time extended while the precipitate particle size increases from 5 nm to 17 nm. | G.F. | 4 | IN SITU OBSERVATION OF GROWTH BEHAVIOR AND MORPHOLOGY OF DELTA-FERRITE AS FUNCTION OF SOLIDIFICATION RATE IN AN AISI304 STAINLESS STEEL显示文摘It was presented the in situ observation of growth behavior and morphology of delta-ferrite as a function of solidification rate in an AISI304 stainless steel. The specimens have been solidified and observed using confocal scanning laser microscopy (CSLM). The δ-phase always appears like cells on the sample surface when critical supercooling occurs, during which the L→δ transformation starts. The solid-liquid (S-L) interface is found to be finger shaped and has no faceted shape. γ phase appears among δ grains due to partitioning of Ni into the melt during solidification, when solidification rate is higher. The mergence of observed δ cells is possible for the steel sample cooled at 7.5℃/min. The formation of dendrites can be observed on the free surface of the steel sample cooled at 150℃/min. The size of solidified delta grains decreases from 120 to 20-80μm, and the volume fraction of solidified austenite increases with increase in solidification rate from 7.5 to 150℃/min. | 5 | 两种大孔径预裂爆破新技术显示文摘人们已经认识到,采用预裂爆破这种特殊的爆破技术,可以明显地降低炮孔内炸药爆轰对孔壁产生的压力,从而达到避免岩体过度破坏的目的。其具体的技术途径有2种,一是采用低密度炸药,二是采用径向不偶合装药。本文分别介绍了这2种方法在大直径深孔条件下的应用情况,并根据预裂面的质量对这2种方法进行了分析和评估。第一种方法使用的炸药其密度极低,仅为02g/cm3。首先在地表对这种炸药进行了无约束条件下的性能试验,然后在一大型露天煤矿进行了现场工业应用试验。现场试验炮孔为直径311mm、深45m的垂直孔。孔内爆速平均为2200m/s。与采用常规炸药的相邻区段相比,预裂面半壁孔率由32%提高到62%,表明采用这种方法的大孔径预裂爆破是成功的。在另一大型露天煤矿的预裂爆破中采用径向不偶合装药的方法,炮孔直径为270mm、最大深度达70m的倾斜孔,孔内水深最大达60m。药包直径150mm,长度6m。使用的炸药为常规散装乳化炸药,其密度为12g/cm3,孔内爆速平均5800m/s。采用此种方法,所形成的边坡平整度明显好于采用常规装药结构的相邻区域,说明这种方法同样能够获得良好的预裂爆破效果。 | G.F.布伦特 L.W.阿姆斯特朗 璩世杰 蔡美峰 | 1999 | 国外金属矿山1999,24,6: | 4 |

| 14 | Discussion on Performance Evaluation Method of Distributed Combined Cooling, Heating, and Power System显示文摘This paper briefly analyzed some problems and limitations of existing evaluation indicators for distributed energy system performance. Based on the diversity and difference of the energy form and grade of cooling, heating and power in the distributed combined cooling, heating, and power(CCHP) system, this paper proposed three-index evaluation system composed of key indicators including relative energy saving rate, exergy efficiency and thermoelectric ratio. In order to further prove the reasonableness and scientificity of the evaluation index system applied in performance evaluation of distributed CCHP system, it enumerated, calculated, and evaluated the energy conservation of three engineering cases. The evaluation results showed that the high energy-saving rate of the system did not mean good energy-saving, but also the efficiency of the system should be examined. Only when the energy saving rate and exergy efficiency were both high, can the energy saving performance of the system be demonstrated.
