| 1 | Point mass filter based matching algorithm in gravity aided underwater navigation显示文摘Gravity-aided inertial navigation is a hot issue in the applications of underwater autonomous vehicle(UAV). Since the matching process is conducted with a gravity anomaly database tabulated in the form of a digital model and the resolution is 2' × 2',a filter model based on vehicle position is derived and the particularity of inertial navigation system(INS) output is employed to estimate a parameter in the system model. Meanwhile, the matching algorithm based on point mass filter(PMF) is applied and several optimal selection strategies are discussed. It is obtained that the point mass filter algorithm based on the deterministic resampling method has better practicability. | 2 | Vehicle Motion Prediction at Intersections Based on the Turning Intention and Prior Trajectories Model显示文摘Intersections are quite important and complex traffic scenarios,where the future motion of surrounding vehicles is an indispensable reference factor for the decision-making or path planning of autonomous vehicles.Considering that the motion trajectory of a vehicle at an intersection partly obeys the statistical law of historical data once its driving intention is determined,this paper proposes a long short-term memory based(LSTM-based)framework that combines intention prediction and trajectory prediction together.First,we build an intersection prior trajectories model(IPTM)by clustering and statistically analyzing a large number of prior traffic flow trajectories.The prior trajectories model with fitted probabilistic density is used to approximate the distribution of the predicted trajectory,and also serves as a reference for credibility evaluation.Second,we conduct the intention prediction through another LSTM model and regard it as a crucial cue for a trajectory forecast at the early stage.Furthermore,the predicted intention is also a key that is associated with the prior trajectories model.The proposed framework is validated on two publically released datasets,next generation simulation(NGSIM)and INTERACTION.Compared with other prediction methods,our framework is able to sample a trajectory from the estimated distribution,with its accuracy improved by about 20%.Finally,the credibility evaluation,which is based on the prior trajectories model,makes the framework more practical in the real-world applications. | Ting Zhang Wenjie Song Mengyin Fu Yi Yang Meiling Wang | 2021 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,10: | 6 |
| 3 | Optimal fusion estimation for stochastic systems with cross-correlated sensor noises显示文摘This paper is concerned with the optimal fusion of sensors with cross-correlated sensor noises.By taking linear transformations to the measurements and the related parameters, new measurement models are established, where the sensor noises are decoupled. The centralized fusion with raw data, the centralized fusion with transformed data, and a distributed fusion estimation algorithm are introduced, which are shown to be equivalent to each other in estimation precision, and therefore are globally optimal in the sense of linear minimum mean square error(LMMSE). It is shown that the centralized fusion with transformed data needs lower communication requirements compared to the centralized fusion using raw data directly, and the distributed fusion algorithm has the best flexibility and robustness and proper communication requirements and computation complexity among the three algorithms(less communication and computation complexity compared to the existed distributed Kalman filtering fusion algorithms).
