1新型偏心振动磨对碳酸钙粉料的机械力化学激活效应显示文摘评价了一种新型偏心振动磨研磨碳酸钙粉料时的机械力化学激活效应。与传统振动磨所产生的单向振动不同,这种新型磨机可以同时进行高振幅的多向振动,使碳酸钙粉料高度松散并经受研磨介质激烈机械粉碎和激活。通过X射线衍射仪、Fourier变换红外分光镜、扫描电镜、X射线光电子光谱仪和氮吸附比表面仪等实验手段对激活的粉料样品的晶体结构和颗粒表面进行了分析研究,用热重/差示热分析和差示扫描量热法检测了未激活和激活粉料的热效应。研究结果表明:机械力化学激活的碳酸钙颗粒的结晶度降低,颗粒表面能增加,热分解温度降低以及反应活性增强。激活颗粒的过余焓随着激活时间的增加而增加,过余焓与晶体形变有关。王燕民 潘志东 李竟先 FORSSBERG E GOCK E 2004硅酸盐学报2004,32,4:5
