| 1 | Evidence for a Dirac nodal-line semimetal in SrAs_3显示文摘Dirac nodal-line semimetals with the linear bands crossing along a line or loop, represent a new topological state of matter. Here, by carrying out magnetotransport measurements and performing first-principle calculations, we demonstrate that such a state has been realized in high-quality single crystals of SrAs_3.We obtain the nontrivial ∏ Berry phase by analysing the Shubnikov-de Haas quantum oscillations. | 5 | Origin of abnormal high pressure and its relationship with hydrocarbon accumulation in the Dina 2 Gas Field, Kuqa Depression显示文摘Based on distribution of formation pressure by indirect estimation and formation testing,this study investigates origin of abnormal high pressure in the Dina 2 Gas Field in the Kuqa Depression in combination with the latest research findings.Contribution of major overpressure mechanisms to this gas field is estimated,and generation of the abnormal high pressure as well as its relationship with natural gas accumulation is explored.Disequilibrium compaction,tectonic stress,and overpressure transfer are the major overpressure mechanisms.Overpressure transfer resulted from vertical opening of faults and folding is the most important cause for the overpressure.Gas accumulation and abnormal high pressure generation in the reservoirs of the Dina 2 Gas Field show synchroneity.During the early oil-gas charge in the Kangcun stage,the reservoirs were generally normal pressure systems.In the Kuqa deposition stage,rapid deposition caused disequilibrium compaction and led to generation of excess pressure(approximately 5-10 MPa)in the reservoirs.During the Kuqa Formation denudation stage to the Quaternary,reservoir overpressure was greatly increased to approximately 40-50 MPa as a result of vertical pressure transfer by episodic fault activation,lateral overpressure transfer by folding and horizontal tectonic stress due to intense tectonic compression.The last stage was the major period of ultra-high pressure generation and gas accumulation in the Dina 2 Gas Field. | Fengqi Zhang Zhenliang Wang Hongli Zhong Yubin Song Weiming Liu Chi Wei | 2016 | Petroleum Research2016,1,1: | 1 |
| 6 | A novel FZD6 mutation revealed the cause of cleft lip and/or palate in a Chinese family显示文摘Cleft lip and/or palate(CL/P)is a most common craniofacial birth defect which has multifactorial etiology.In our study,we aimed to discover the underlying etiological gene variation in a Chinese family diagnosed as non-syndromic CL/P(NSCL/P).The blood sample of the proband and her parents were detected by whole exome sequencing.The Mendelian inheritance pattern,allele frequency,variation location,function analysis and literature search were applied to filtrate and screen the mutation.Besides,the candidates were confirmed by Sanger sequencing.We meanwhile explored the conservative analysis and protein homology simulation.As a result,a start-lost mutation c.1A>GAtg/Gtg in the Frizzled-6(FZD6)gene predicting p.Met1 was detected.The variation has not been reported before and was predicted to be harmful.The alteration caused missing of two starting amino acids that are evolutionarily conserved for FZD6 protein.Moreover,the specific structure of the mutant protein obviously changed according to the results of the homologous model.In conclusion,the results suggest c.1A>GAtg/Gtg in the FZD6(NM_001164616)might be the genetic etiology for non-syndromic CL/P in this pedigree.Furthermore,this finding provided new etiologic information,supplementing the evidence that FZD6 is a strong potential gene for CL/P. | Jieni Zhang Huaxiang Zhao Wenbin Huang Fengqi Song Wenjie Zhong Mengqi Zhang Yunfan Zhang Zhibo Zhou Jiuxiang Lin Feng Chen | 2020 | Genes & Diseases2020,7,3: | 0 |

| 9 | Anti-obesity effects of fucoidan from Sargassum thunbergii in adipocytes and high fat diet induced obese mice through inhibiting adipogenic specific transcription factor显示文摘The prevalence of obesity has increased and is a health concern worldwide.Due to the concerns regarding synthetic anti-obesity treatments,nowadays natural products become a trend.Previous studies proved that there is a potential to use marine algae as anti-obesity agents.Therefore,in this study,the lipid inhibitory effect of crude polysaccharide of amyloglucosidase-assisted hydrolysate from Sargassum thunbergii(STAC)and its fucoidan fractions(STAFs)on 3T3-L1 cells and high-fat diet(HFD)-induced obese mice were investigated.According to the results,the STAF3,showed the highest xylose content and exhibited significant inhibitory effects on lipid accumulation by downregulating adipogenic and lipogenic proteins in 3T3-L1 cells.Furthermore,oral supplementation with STAC significantly declined gain in body weight and fat weight,and serum lipid contents in an HFD-induced obesity mouse model.Structural and chemical characterizations demonstrated that puritied STAF3 has consistent surface morphology and small particle size,with similar structural characteristics as commercial fucoidan.Together,these results indicate that STAC and purified STAF3 from Sargassum thunbergia is a potent source to develop as ananti-obesity agents or functional food products to counter obesity. | Hyo-Geun Lee H.H.A.C.K.Jayawardhana Fengqi Yang D.P.Nagahawaththa N.M.Liyanage Kyung-Mo Song Yun-Sang Choi Seung-Hong Lee You-Jin Jeon Min-Cheol Kang | 2024 | Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,3: | 0 |
| 10 | Observations of nodal lines in the topological semimetal ZrSnTe显示文摘Performing angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy(ARPES) and theoretical calculations for ZrSnTe, we find a nodal line in the kx-ky plane with a tiny gap and two nodal lines without gaps along the kzdirection. The constant energy contours are plotted in the kx-ky plane at a photon energy of 30 e V to examine the gapping feature of the nodal line. In addition, we depict the band dispersions along the Γ-M and Γ-X directions from the ARPES images at photon energies ranging from 24 to 40 e V. The kz mapping confirms the presence of stable Dirac points with obvious kzdependences along the M-A and X-R directions. | 12 | Tunable optical topological transitions of plasmon polaritons in WTe_(2) van der Waals films显示文摘Naturally existing in-plane hyperbolic polaritons and the associated optical topological transitions,which avoid the nano-structuring to achieve hyperbolicity,can outperform their counterparts in artificial metasurfaces.Such plasmon polaritons are rare,but experimentally revealed recently in WTe_(2)van der Waals thin films.Different from phonon polaritons,hyperbolic plasmon polaritons originate from the interplay of free carrier Drude response and interband transitions,which promise good intrinsic tunability.However,tunable in-plane hyperbolic plasmon polariton and its optical topological transition of the isofrequency contours to the elliptic topology in a natural material have not been realized.Here we demonstrate the tuning of the optical topological transition through Mo doping and temperature.The optical topological transition energy is tuned over a wide range,with frequencies ranging from 429 cm^(−1)(23.3 microns)for pure WTe_(2)to 270 cm^(−1)(37.0 microns)at the 50%Mo-doping level at 10 K.Moreover,the temperature-induced blueshift of the optical topological transition energy is also revealed,enabling active and reversible tuning.Surprisingly,the localized surface plasmon resonance in skew ribbons shows unusual polarization dependence,accurately manifesting its topology,which renders a reliable means to track the topology with far-field techniques.Our results open an avenue for reconfigurable photonic devices capable of plasmon polariton steering,such as canaling,focusing,and routing,and pave the way for low-symmetry plasmonic nanophotonics based on anisotropic natural materials. | Yuangang Xie Chong Wang Fucong Fei Yuqi Li Qiaoxia Xing Shenyang Huang Yuchen Lei Jiasheng Zhang Lei Mu Yaomin Dai Fengqi Song Hugen Yan | 2023 | Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,9: | 0 |

| 14 | Hierarchical structural complexity in atomically precise nanocluster frameworks显示文摘The supramolecular chemistry of nanoclusters is a flourishing area of nano-research;however,the controllable assembly of cluster nano-building blocks in different arrays remains challenging.In this work,we report the hierarchical structural complexity of atomically precise nanoclusters in micrometric linear chains(1 D array),grid networks(2 D array) and superstructures(3 D array).In the crystal lattice,the Ag_(29)(SSR)_(12)(PPh3)4 nanoclusters can be viewed as unassembled cluster dots(Ag_(29)-OD).In the presence of Cs^(+) cations,the Ag_(29)(SSR)_(12) nano-building blocks are selectively assembled into distinct arrays with different oxygen-carrying solvent molecules—Cs@Ag_(29)(SSR)_(12)(DMF)x as 1 D linear chains(Ag_(29)-1 D),Cs@Ag_(29)(SSR)_(12)(NMP)x as 2 D grid networks(Ag_(29)-2 D),and Cs@Ag_(29)(SSR)_(12)(TMS)_(x) as 3 D superstructures(Ag_(29)-3 D).Such self-assemblies of these Ag_(29)(SSR)_(12) units have not only been observed in their crystalline state,but also in their amorphous state.Due to the diverse surface structures and crystalline packing modes,these Ag_(29)-based assemblies manifest distinguishable optical absorptions and emissions in both solutions and crystallized films.Furthermore,the surface areas of the nanocluster crystals are evaluated,the maximum value of which occurs when the cluster nano-building blocks are assembled into 2 D arrays(i.e.Ag_(29)-2 D).Overall,this work presents an exciting example of the hierarchical assembly of atomically precise nanoclusters by simply controlling the adsorbed molecules on the cluster surface. | Xiao Wei Xi Kang Zewen Zuo Fengqi Song Shuxin Wang Manzhou Zhu | 2021 | National Science Review2021,8,3: | 0 |
