4Overview of SMP-CAIL2020-Argmine:The Interactive Argument-Pair Extraction in Judgement Document Challenge显示文摘In this paper we present the results of the Interactive Argument-Pair Extraction in Judgement Document Challenge held by both the Chinese AI and Law Challenge(CAIL)and the Chinese National Social Media Processing Conference(SMP),and introduce the related data set-SMP-CAIL2020-Argmine.The task challenged participants to choose the correct argument among five candidates proposed by the defense to refute or acknowledge the given argument made by the plaintiff,providing the full context recorded in the judgement documents of both parties.We received entries from 63 competing teams,38 of which scored higher than the provided baseline model(BERT)in the first phase and entered the second phase.The best performing system in the two phases achieved accuracy of 0.856 and 0.905,respectively.In this paper,we will present the results of the competition and a summary of the systems,highlighting commonalities and innovations among participating systems.The SMP-CAIL2020-Argmine data set and baseline modelshave been already released.Jian Yuan Zhongyu Wei Yixu Gao Wei Chen Yun Song Donghua Zhao Jinglei Ma Zhen Hu Shaokun Zou Donghai Li Xuanjing Huang 2021Data Intelligence2021,3,2:3

6Comparison and Optimization of Multiplexed Quantum Dot-Based Immunohistofluorescence显示文摘Nanoparticle quantum dots (QDs) are ideal materials for multiplexed biomarker detection, localization, and quantification. Both direct and indirect methods are available for QD-based immunohistofluorescence (QD-IHF) staining;the direct method, however, has been considered laborious and costly. In this study, we optimized and compared the indirect QD-IHF single staining procedure using QD-secondary antibody conjugates and QD-streptavidin conjugates. Problems associated with sequential multiplex staining were identified quantitatively. A method using a QD cocktail solution was developed allowing simultaneous staining with three antibodies against E-cadherin, epidermal growth factor receptor and β-catenin in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues. The expression of each biomarker was quantified by using the cocktail and the sequential methods. 7Comparison between Sulfuric Acid-phenol and Sulfuric Acid-anthrone Methods Used for Determination of Polysaccharides in Shoots of Aralia elata (Miq.) Seem.显示文摘Sulfuric acid-phenol and sulfuric acid-anthrone methods were used to detect polysaccharide content in shoots of Aralia elata( Miq.) Seem.,and the conversion factor to glucose was measured with refined polysaccharides. Comprehensive evaluation was carried out by linear relationship,precision,reproducibility,stability and recovery rate. The results showed that the linear relationship between glucose concentration and absorbance was good when glucose concentration was0-40 μg/ml,and the average recovery rate was equal to or higher than 97. 00% with good reproducibility( RSD < 1. 60%,n = 5). It revealed that the two methods were accurate and reliable,and suitable for the determination of polysaccharide content in the shoots of A. elata. 8Air-Steam Etched Construction of Hierarchically Porous Metal-Organic Frameworks显示文摘The introduction of mesoporosity into the microporous metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)is expected to expand their applications.Herein,we report a green and facile method to obtain hierarchically porous MOF structures by using an air-steam etching process.By virtue of the protonation reaction between the imidazole moiety and water vapor,the protonated imidazole related linkers leave the framework,resulting in the formation of mesopores in the zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs),as exemplified by ZIF-8.Given the mild etching process,the materials'structural integrity and crystallinity are well maintained.Accordingly,the hierarchical porous ZIF-8 exhibited enhanced performance in the dye removal as well as CO_(2) cycloaddition reaction with epichlorohydrin in comparison with microporous ZIF-8,owing to the accelerated mass transfer arising from mesoporous structures.Remarkably,the proposed steam etching approach is generally applicable,which can be readily extended to other ZIFs,such as ZIF-14,ZIF-69,and ZIF-71,thus representing a powerful strategy to construct hierarchically porous MOF materials.Hongliang Huang Yuxiu Sun Xuemeng Jia Wenjuan Xue Chenxu Geng Xin Zhao Donghai Mei Chongli Zhong 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,6:2
