1Mechanical Properties and Stress Strain Relationship Models for Bamboo Scrimber显示文摘In order to investigate the basic mechanical properties and stress strain relationship model for bamboo scrimber manufactured based on a new technique,a large quantities of experiments have been carried out.Based on the analysis of the test results,the following conclusions can be drawn.Two main typical failure modes were classified for bamboo scrimber specimens both under tension parallel to grain and tension perpendicular to grain.Brittle failure happened for all tensile tests.The slope values for the elastic stages have bigger discreteness compared with those for the specimens under tensile parallel to grain.The failure modes for bamboo scrimber specimens under compression parallel to grain could be divided into four.Only one main failure mode happened both for the bending specimens and the shear specimens.With the COV values of 28.64 and 25.72 respectively,the values for the strength and elastic modulus under tensile perpendicular to grain have the largest discreteness for bamboo scrimber.From the point of CHV values,the relationship among the mechanical parameters for bamboo scrimber were proposed based on the test results.Compared with other green building materials,bamboo scrimber manufactured based on a new technique has better mechanical performance and could be used in construction area.Three stress strain relationship models which are four-linear model,quadratic function model,and cubic function model were proposed for bamboo scrimber specimens manufactured based on a new technique.The latter two models gives better prediction for stress strain relationship in elastic plastic stage.Haitao Li Huizhong Zhang Zhenyu Qiu Jingwen Su Dongdong Wei Rodolfo Lorenzo Conggan Yuan Hongzheng Liu Chungui Zhou 2020Journal of Renewable Materials2020,8,1:7
2Stability influence factors analysis and construction of a deep beam anchorage structure in roadway roof显示文摘Deep beam anchorage structures based on spatial distribution analysis of the cable prestressed field have been proposed for roadway roof support. Stability and other factors that influence deep beam structures are studied in this paper using mechanical calculations, numerical analysis and field measurements. A mechanical model of deep beam structure subjected to multiple loading is established, including analysis of roof support in the return airway of S1203 working face in the Yuwu coal mine, China. The expression of maximum shear stress in the deep beam structure is deduced according to the stress superposition criterion. It is found that the primary factors affecting deep beam structure stability are deep beam thickness, cable pre-tension and cable spacing. The variation of maximum shear stress distribution and prestressed field diffusion effects according to various factors are analyzed using Matlabòand FLAC3D^(TM) software, and practical support parameters of the S1203 return airway roof are determined.According to the observations of rock pressure, there is no evidence of roof separation, and the maximum values of roof subsidence and convergence of wall rock are 72 and 48 mm, respectively. 3Recent advances in molecular fluorescent probes for organic phosphate biomolecules recognition显示文摘Organic phosphate biomolecules(OPBs) are indispensable components of eukaryotes and prokaryotes,such as acting as the fundamental components of cell membranes and important substrates for nucleic acids. They play pivotal roles in various biological processes, such as energy conservation, metabolism,and signal modulation. Due to the difficulty of detection caused by variety OPBs, investigation of their respective physiological effects in organisms has been restrained by the lack of efficient tools. Many small fluorescent probes have been employed for selective detection and monitoring of OPBs in vitro or in vivo due to the advantages of tailored properties, biodegradability and in situ high temporal and spatial resolution imaging. In this review, we summarize the recent advances in fluorescent probes for OPBs,such as nucleotides, NAD(P)H, FAD/FMN and PS. 7Effect of electroacupuncture at Zusanli(ST 36) on dorsal root nerve signals in normal rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate how electroacupuncture (EA) at Zusanli (ST 36) with varying intensities of stimulation affects dorsal root nerve signals in normal rats. METHODS: Adult female Wistar rats were examined after drug-induced anesthesia and isolation of the L4 dorsal root associated with the Zusanli (ST 36) acupoint, using bipolar platinum electrodes. We applied EA at Zusanli (ST 36) with a continuous wave waveform for 1 min, and recorded action potentials in the L4 spinal cord dorsal root nerve with a frequency of 5 Hz and various current intensity levels (approximately 1-4 mA). In addition, we tested EA with a frequency of 15 Hz and current intensity of 1-4 mA. The L4 spinal cord dorsal nerve bundle action potentials were measured for 1 min of EA. To analyze the discharge frequency, we used the maximum Lyapunov exponent and Lempel-Ziv (LZ) complexity. RESULTS: At a fixed frequency, with increasing intensity of EA, dorsal root nerve filament discharge frequency revealed an initial increase, followed by a decreasing trend. A stimulation intensity of 3 mA induced a significantly greater discharge frequency, compared with stimulation intensities of 2 and 4 mA. EA stimulation evoked neuroelectric signals with chaotic characteristics. Increased intensity led to an initial increase in LZ complexity which then decreased, with a stimulation strength of 3 mA inducing the highest level of LZ complexity. 11^(64)Cu radiolabeled nanomaterials for positron emission tomography(PET)imaging显示文摘The prevalence of positron emission tomography(PET)imaging has advanced biomedical applications for its ultrahigh sensitivity,deep tissue penetration and quantitative visualization of diseases in vivo.^(64)Cu with ideal half-life and decay characteristics has been designed as radioactive probes for disease diagnosis.The currently reported ^(64)Cu-labeled nanomaterials have the advantages of long circulation time in serum,good biocompatibility and mature preparation methods,and have been used in vivo PET imaging,biodistribution and pharmacokinetic monitoring,and imaging guided therapy.At the same time,suitable carrier characteristics and radiolabeling strategies are particularly important in the ^(64)Cu PET imaging process.In this review,we summarize different imaging probe designs and ^(64)Cu radiolabeling strategies,as well as their eventual applications in biomedicine.The potential challenges and prospects of ^(64)Cu labeled nanomaterials are also described,which provides broad prospects for radiolabeling strategies and further applications.Xueqian Chen Wenchao Niu Zhongying Du Yong Zhang Dongdong Su Xueyun Gao 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,7:1

13Preparation of CIP@TiO_(2) composite with broadband electromagnetic wave absorption properties显示文摘Scholars aim for the improved impedance matching (Z) of materials while maintaining their excellent wave absorption properties. Based on the hydrolysis characteristics of isopropyl titanate, a simple preparation process for the coating of carbonyl iron powder(CIP) with TiO_(2) was designed. Given the TiO2coating, the Z of the CIP@TiO_(2) composite was adjusted well by decreasing the dielectric constant. Moreover, the interfacial polarization of CIP@TiO_(2) was enhanced. Ultimately, the electromagnetic-wave (EMW) absorption property of the CIP@TiO_(2)composite was improved substantially, the minimum reflection loss reached-46.07 dB, and the effective absorption bandwidth can reach 8 GHz at the composite thickness of 1.5 mm. Moreover, compared with CIP, the oxidation resistance of CIP@TiO_(2)showed remarkable improvement. The results revealed that the oxidation starting temperature of CIP@TiO_(2) as about 400℃,whereas the uncoated CIP had an oxidation starting temperature of approximately 250℃. Moreover, the largest oxidation rate temperature of CIP@TiO_(2) increased to around 550℃. 14Cationic ordering transition in oxygen-redox layered oxide cathodes显示文摘Understanding the structural origin of the competition between oxygen 2p and transition-metal 3d orbitals in oxygen-redox(OR)layered oxides is eminently desirable for exploring reversible and high-energy-density Li/Na-ion cathodes.Here,we reveal the correlation between cationic ordering transition and OR degradation in ribbon-ordered P3-Na_(0.6)Li_(0.2)Mn_(0.8)O_(2) via in situ structural analysis.Comparing two different voltage windows,the OR capacity can be improved approximately twofold when suppressing the in-plane cationic ordering transition.We find that the intralayer cationic migration is promoted by electrochemical reduction from Mn^(4+)to Jahn–Teller Mn^(3+)and the concomitant NaO_(6) stacking transformation from triangular prisms to octahedra,resulting in the loss of ribbon ordering and electrochemical decay.First-principles calculations reveal that Mn^(4+)/Mn^(3+)charge ordering and alignment of the degenerate eg orbital induce lattice-level collective Jahn–Teller distortion,which favors intralayer Mn-ion migration and thereby accelerates OR degradation.These findings unravel the relationship between in-plane cationic ordering and OR reversibility and highlight the importance of superstructure protection for the rational design of reversible OR-active layered oxide cathodes.Xinyan Li Ang Gao Qinghua Zhang Hao Yu Pengxiang Ji Dongdong Xiao Xuefeng Wang Dong Su Xiaohui Rong Xiqian Yu Hong Li Yong-Sheng Hu Lin Gu 2024Carbon Energy2024,6,1:0
15Facile fabrication of graphene/g-C_(3)N_(4) for electromagnetic wave absorption显示文摘With the development of the miniaturization of electronic equipment and lightweight weapon equipment,there are new requirements for electromagnetic wave absorption material(EMWAM).EMWAM has outstanding electromagnetic wave absorption properties and lightweight characteristics become an important direction of research.In this study,graphene/g-C_(3)N_(4)(GGCN)EMWAM was first synthesized in situ by simple heat treatment,in which the g-C_(3)N_(4) had a porous structure and dispersed on the surface of graphene.The impedance matching of the GGCN was well adjusted by decreasing the dielectric constant and attenuation constant due to the g-C_(3)N_(4) semiconductor property and the graphite-like structure.The EMW loss mechanism of GGCN was also analyzed by simulating GGCN’s electric field mode distribution and resistance loss power density.The analysis result shows that the distribution of g-C_(3)N_(4) among GGCN sheets can produce more polarization effects and relaxation effects by increasing the lamellar spacing.Furthermore,the polarization loss of GGCN could be increased successfully by porous g-C_(3)N_(4).Ultimately,the EMW absorption property of GGCN is optimized significantly,and GGCN exhibits excellent EMW absorption performance.When the thickness is 2 mm,the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)can reach 4.6 GHz,and when the thickness is 4.5 mm,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)at 4.56 GHz can reach-34.69 dB.Moreover,the practical application of EMWAM was studied by radar cross-section(RCS)simulation,showing that GGCN has a good application prospect.Qiang Su Yunfei He Dongdong Liu Daguang Li Long Xia Xiaoxiao Huang Bo Zhong 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0
16Smartphone-based rapid and visual pathological diagnosis of glioma using perovskite probes显示文摘Histopathology plays a great role in diagnosing various diseases,which is considered as a golden standard for tumor identification.The tissue constituents must be stained by visible labels for microscopic analysis by medical experts.However,this process is time-consuming,labor-intensive,and expensive,which requires rapid pathological approaches for diagnosis in the operating room.Here,we present an easy-to-process and high-performance perovskite biological probes for rapid and visual pathological diagnosis of glioma.Perovskite quantum dots can be encapsulated by the copolymer into nanocrystals(PNCs)with a diameter of 100 nm,which is modified with chlorotoxin to achieve the specific recognition of glioma.Benefiting from the super photoluminescence quantum yield(above 93%)of EVA@PNCs aqueous solution,the glioma can be clearly imaged and captured via a smartphone under the excitation of a handheld UV lamp.To demonstrate the visualization and efficiency of PNC probes,different malignant grades of brain tumor sections can be distinguished in no more than 5 min.This strategy provides a general auxiliary diagnosis platform for achieving the histopathology analysis near the operating bed,which is currently not feasible with standard histochemical staining methods.Dongdong Wu Jimei Chi Junzhen Fan Lijun Cheng Xuning Wang Xu Yang Meng Zhang Zewei Lian Zengqi Huang Huadong Wang Hongfei Xie Sisi Chen Qi Pan Zeying Zhang Bingda Chen Guochen Sun Bainan Xu Meng Su Yanlin Song 2023InfoMat2023,5,11:0

18Research on scheduling strategy for automated storage and retrieval system显示文摘With the continuous and rapid growth of transport demand,scheduling strategy of warehouse has become a key issue in the field of logistics transportation.The structural differences of the warehouse,the automated storage and retrieval system(AS/RS)model and the two-end dual stackers scheduling model(TDSM)are considered,and a new improved genetic algorithm(NIGA)is proposed.It can adjust the algorithm structure according to the density of population fitness value,and effectively optimize the stacker path.In the TDSM,an improved anti-collision principle is proposed to avoid collision of two stackers.Besides,combined with the optimal anti-collision boundary inspection mechanism,the best working area for the two stackers is allocated by using NIGA.Finally,the new improved GA is compared with GA and the adaptive GA on specific storage and retrieval tasks.The simulation results show that the proposed NIGA well outperforms other GAs in most instances,which indicates that it is an effective approach for the AS/RS and the TDSM scheduling optimization problem.Sai Geng Lei Wang Dongdong Li Benchi Jiang Xueman Su 2022CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2022,7,3:0
