2Wheat powdery mildew resistance gene Pm64 derived from wild emmer (Triticum turgidum var.dicoccoides) is tightly linked in repulsion with stripe rust resistance gene Yr5显示文摘Stripe rust and powdery mildew are both devastating diseases for durum and common wheat.Pyramiding of genes conferring resistance to one or more diseases in a single cultivar is an important breeding approach to provide broader spectra of resistances in wheat improvement. A new powdery mildew resistance gene originating from wild emmer(Triticum turgidum var.dicoccoides) backcrossed into common wheat(T. aestivum) line WE35 was identified. It conferred an intermediate level of resistance to Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici isolate E09 at the seedling stage and a high level of resistance at the adult plant stage. Genetic analysis showed that the powdery mildew resistance in WE35 was controlled by a dominant gene designated Pm64. Bulked segregant analysis(BSA) and molecular mapping indicated that Pm64 was located in chromosome bin 2 BL4-0.50–0.89. Polymorphic markers were developed from the corresponding genomic regions of Chinese Spring wheat and wild emmer accession Zavitan to delimit Pm64 to a 0.55 cM genetic interval between markers WGGBH1364 and WGGBH612, corresponding to a 15 Mb genomic region on Chinese Spring and Zavitan 2 BL, respectively. The genetic linkage map of Pm64 is critical for fine mapping and cloning. Pm64 was completely linked in repulsion with stripe rust resistance gene Yr5. 4Mapping stripe rust resistance genes by BSR-Seq:YrMM58 and YrHY1 on chromosome 2AS in Chinese wheat lines Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 are Yr17显示文摘Stripe rust(yellow rust), caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici(PST),is one of the most devastating fungal diseases in common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) in China and worldwide. Resistance breeding is the most effective strategy to control diseases in crop plants. Chinese wheat lines Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 are highly resistant to PST race CYR34(V26) at the adult plant stage. To genetically map the underlying resistance genes we developed segregating populations by crossing Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 with the susceptible cultivar Nongda 399. The stripe rust resistances in Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 were both controlled by single dominant genes, provisionally designated YrMM58 and YrHY1, respectively. Bulked segregant RNA-Seq(BSR-Seq) analysis showed that YrMM58 and YrHY1 were located in the same distal ~16 Mb region on chromosome 2 AS.Comparative genomics analysis with the physical map of Aegilops tauschii proved useful for developing additional markers to saturate the genetic linkage map. YrMM58 and YrHY1 were mapped to the distal end of chromosome arm 2 AS, with the closest marker WGGB148 being 7.7 cM and 3.8 cM from the resistance gene, which was considered to be Yr17. 5Chang’E-2 satellite asymmetric-descent orbit control technology显示文摘To accomplish high-resolution imaging of the preselected landing area,it was necessary for the Chang’E-2 mission to perform orbital maneuvering on the far side of the moon to meet the conditional height requirement of the imaging area.Engine shut-down would be executed invisibly on the back side of the moon if the descent maneuver mode opposite to the target perilune or the fuel optimal maneuver mode was used.To ensure the satellite safety,the project collectivety required that the engine shutdown should be designed to be executed in the domestic segmental arcs and meet the requirement of satellite emergency treatment simultaneously.Accordingly,the asymmetric-descent orbit control technology was adopted by offsetting the ma-neuver point,which obtained the orbit control parameters of finite-thrust mode with an iteration algorithm and modified the results with target perilune drift estimation.The Chang’E-2 satellite declined to the target of 100 km×15 km orbit successfully on 26 October 2010,and has been flying for 32 circles in the experimental orbit to accomplish the preselected landing area imaging.This paper describes the mechanism and realization method of the asymmetric-descent orbit control technology and evaluates the maneuver effect with the actual mission data.ZHOU JianLiang LIU Yong PENG DeYun ZHAO FengCai 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,9:4
6Mapping a leaf senescence gene els1 by BSR-Seq in common wheat显示文摘Leaf senescence is normally the last stage of plant development. Early senescence of functional leaves significantly reduces the photosynthetic time and efficiency, seriously affecting grain yield and quality in wheat. Discovering genes responsible for early leaf senescence(els) are necessary for developing novel germplasms and cultivars with delayed leaf-senescence through molecular manipulation and marker assisted selection. In this study, we identified an early leaf senescence line M114 in a derivative of a wheat breeding population. Genetic analysis indicated that early leaf senescence in M114 is controlled by a single recessive gene, provisionally designated els1. By applying bulked segregant analysis and RNA-Seq(BSR-Seq), seven polymorphic markers linked to els1 were developed and the gene was located on chromosome arm 2 BS in a 1.5 c M genetic interval between markers WGGB303 and WGGB305. 18Distributed Asynchronous Learning for Multipath Data Transmission Based on P-DDQN显示文摘Adaptive packet scheduling can efficiently enhance the performance of multipath Data Transmission.However,realizing precise packet scheduling is challenging due to the nature of high dynamics and unpredictability of network link states.To this end,this paper proposes a distributed asynchronous deep reinforcement learning framework to intensify the dynamics and prediction of adaptive packet scheduling.Our framework contains two parts:local asynchronous packet scheduling and distributed cooperative control center.In local asynchronous packet scheduling,an asynchronous prioritized replay double deep Q-learning packets scheduling algorithm is proposed for dynamic adaptive packet scheduling learning,which makes a combination of prioritized replay double deep Q-learning network(P-DDQN)to make the fitting analysis.In distributed cooperative control center,a distributed scheduling learning and neural fitting acceleration algorithm to adaptively update neural network parameters of P-DDQN for more precise packet scheduling.Experimental results show that our solution has a better performance than Random weight algorithm and Round-Robin algorithm in throughput and loss ratio.Further,our solution has 1.32 times and 1.54 times better than Random weight algorithm and Round-Robin algorithm on the stability of multipath data transmission,respectively.Kang Liu Wei Quan Deyun Gao Chengxiao Yu Mingyuan Liu Yuming Zhang 2021China Communications2021,18,8:1
