| 1 | Improved TQWT for marine moving target detection显示文摘Under the conditions of strong sea clutter and complex moving targets,it is extremely difficult to detect moving targets in the maritime surface.This paper proposes a new algorithm named improved tunable Q-factor wavelet transform(TQWT)for moving target detection.Firstly,this paper establishes a moving target model and sparsely compensates the Doppler migration of the moving target in the fractional Fourier transform(FRFT)domain.Then,TQWT is adopted to decompose the signal based on the discrimination between the sea clutter and the target’s oscillation characteristics,using the basis pursuit denoising(BPDN)algorithm to get the wavelet coefficients.Furthermore,an energy selection method based on the optimal distribution of sub-bands energy is proposed to sparse the coefficients and reconstruct the target.Finally,experiments on the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research(CSIR)dataset indicate the performance of the proposed method and provide the basis for subsequent target detection. | PAN Meiyan SUN Jun YANG Yuhao LI Dasheng XIE Sudao WANG Shengli CHEN Jianjun | 2020 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2020,31,3: | 6 |

| 3 | Quercetin-derivatives painting the yellow petals of American lotus(Nelumbo lutea)and enzymatic basis for their accumulation显示文摘American lotus(Nelumbo lutea)is one of the two species in Nelumbo and has only yellow flower.Identification of total flavonoids showed wild American lotus contained almost only flavonols with quercetin 3-O-glucuronide to be the dominant pigment.The variation tendency of the total flavonol content was coincident with yellow color variation of petals during flower development.To understand the mechanism of accumulation and constituent of pigments in petals,three pivotal genes,NlFLS1,NlFLS2 and NlFLS3,which were predicted to encode flavonol synthases were isolated and characterized by analyses of basic bioinformatics,temporal and spatial expression patterns and enzymatic activity.Their temporal expression levels showed the same variation tendency,which was also consistent with the development-dependent variation of total flavonol content.Spatial expression patterns indicated the three genes should function in petals.All the three proteins were demonstrated to be bifunctional dioxygenase,possessing both flavonol synthase activity and flavanone 3-hydroxylase activity.Besides,other flavonol biosynthesis related genes were also investigated on their expression levels to give more clues on the mechanism.Substrate preferences of the three FLSs,substrate competitions between the FLSs and other flavonol biosynthesis related enzymes,and the greatly differential expression levels between F3’H(flavonoid 3-hydroxylase)and F3’5’H(flavonoid 3,5-hydroxylase)contributed to the flavonol constituent in the petals of America lotus,namely abundant quercetin-derivatives while very few kaempferol-derivatives and myricetin-derivatives. | Qingqing Liu Dasheng Zhang Fengluan Liu Zhuoxing Liu Xiaohan Wang Yong Yang Shanshan Li Hanchun Li Daike Tian Liangsheng Wang | 2023 | Horticultural Plant Journal2023,9,1: | 1 |
| 4 | M-FCN based sea-surface weak target detection显示文摘This paper focuses on the sea-surface weak target detection based on memory-fully convolutional network(M-FCN)in strong sea clutter.Firstly,the constant false alarm rate(CFAR)detection method utilizes a low threshold with high probability of false alarm to detect sea-surface weak targets after non-coherent integration.Reducing the detection threshold can generate a large number of false alarms while increasing the detection rate,and how to suppress a large number of false alarms is the key to improve the performance of weak target detection.Then,the detection result of the low threshold is operated to construct the target matrix suitable for the size of fully convolutional networks and the convolution operator form.Finally,the M-FCN architecture is designed to learn the different accumulation characteristics of the target and the sea clutter between different frames.For improving the detection performance,the historical multi-frame information is memorized by the network,and the end-to-end structure is established to detect sea-surface weak target automatically.Experimental results on measured data demonstrate that the M-FCN method outperforms the traditional track before detection(TBD)method and reduces false alarm tracks by 35.1%,which greatly improves the track quality. | PAN Meiyan SUN Jun YANG Yuhao LI Dasheng YU Junpeng | 2021 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,5: | 1 |

| 6 | Alterations of endotoxin distribution across different biofluids and relevant inflammatory responses by supplementing L-theanine in dairy cows during heat stress显示文摘The present trial was performed to reveal the regulatory effects of L-theanine on the levels of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)endotoxin within different biofluids,as well as relevant inflammatory responses of dairy cattle under heat stress conditions.Thirty lactating Chinese Holstein dairy cattle(189±47 d in milk,and 2±1 parities)were allocated in a completely randomized design to each of 3 dietary treatments:the control(CON,0 g/d per cow L-theanine),the low L-theanine dosage treatment(LL,16 g/d per cow L-theanine),and the high L-theanine dosage treatment(HL,32 g/d per cow L-theanine).This trial consisted of 38 d(7 d for adaption and 31 d for data and sample collection),and sample collection for rumen liquid,blood plasma or serum,and milk were conducted on the d 27 and 38,respectively.Dairy cattle were constantly exposed to environmental heat stress during this experiment according to the recorded temperature-humidity index(THI).In the LL treatment,LPS concentration in rumen liquid was higher(P<0.05),whilst LPS densities in plasma and milk were lower(P<0.05)than those of the CON.Supplementing L-theanine at 2 dosages both significantly lowered(P<0.05)the level of interleukin(IL)-1βin the serum.Results of the present study suggested that L-theanine could be a promising additive in reducing the detrimental effects of heat stress on dairy cows,and L-theanine supplementation at 16 g/d per cow is preferred because it reduced the LPS translocation into the peripheral blood and LPS accumulation in the milk,as well as mitigated LPS-induced inflammatory reactions in dairy cows during heat stress.Further studies are necessitated to investigate the underlying mechanisms of L-theanine in LPS alteration and inflammation alleviation. | Zuo Wang Lingmei Zhang Zhicai Li Yuannian Yu Lingyuan Yang Peihua Zhang Weijun Shen Fachun Wan Jianhua He Wenjun Xiao Dasheng Yang Zhiliang Tan Shaoxun Tang | 2021 | Animal Nutrition2021,,4: | 1 |

| 8 | The heat balance on the sea surface in the mature phase of 1982/83 El Nino event显示文摘Using the air-sea data set of January, 1983 (the mature phase of the 1982/83 El Nino event), the net radiation on the sea surface, the fluxes of the latent and the sensible heat from ocean to the atmosphere and the net heat gain of the sea surface are calculated over the Indian and the Pacific Oceans for the domain of 35°N-35°S and 45°E-75°W. The results indicate that the upward transfer of the latent and the sensible heat fluxes over the winter hemisphere is larger than that over the summer hemisphere. The sensible heat over the tropical mid Pacific in the Southern Hemisphere is transported from the atmosphere to the ocean, though its magnitude is rather small. The latent heat flux gained by the air over the eastern Pacific is less than the mean value of the normal year. | 10 | Analysis of the air-sea heat exchange during the El Nino event in 1983显示文摘In this paper,by using the ECMWF objective analysed data as well as CAC and NOAA grid point data of 1981 and 1983,the sensible and latent heat fluxes at the air and sea boundary surface within the range of 45°E-75°W, 35°N-35°S over the Pacific and the Indian Ocean are calculated. The purpose is to analyse the different revealing features during the mature stage and at the end of the 1982 -1983 El Nino event and to compare the difference of the features between thd El Nino and the normal. The result shows that the air and sea heat exchange west of the dateline over the central tropical Pacific during the EJ Nino period is more intense than that of the normal. However,the fluxes of the sensible and latent heat on the sea surface with strong warming of SSTneat by and on the south side of the equator east of 170°W are low and even negative,and the patterns of the sensible and latent heat fluxes over the Indian Ocean during the year of 1983 are similer to that of normal.
