1Weapons system portfolio selection based on the contribution rate evaluation of system of systems显示文摘The weapons system portfolio selection problem arises at the equipment demonstration stage and deals with the military application requirements.Further,the contribution rate of the system is one of the important indicators to evaluate the role of a system,which can facilitate the weapons system portfolio selection.Therefore,combining the system contribution rate with system portfolio selection is the focus of this study.It also focuses on calculating the contribution rates of multiple equipment systems with various types of capabilities.The contribution rate is measured by establishing a hierarchical multi-criteria value model from three dimensions.Based on the value model,the feasible portfolios are developed under certain cost constraints and the optimal weapons system portfolios are obtained by using the classification optimization selection strategy.Finally,an illustrative example is presented to verify the feasibility of the proposed model.DOU Yajie ZHOU Zhexuan ZHAO Danling WEI Yong 2019Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2019,30,5:10
2T cell-depleting nanoparticles ameliorate bone loss by reducing activated T cells and regulating the Treg/Th17 balance显示文摘Estrogen deficiency is one of the most frequent causes of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.Under chronic inflammatory conditions caused by estrogen deficiency,activated T cells contribute to elevated levels of proinflammatory cytokines,impaired osteogenic differentiation capabilities of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs),and disturbed regulatory T cell(Treg)/Th17 cell balance.However,therapeutic strategies that re-establish immune homeostasis in this disorder have not been well developed.Here,we produced T cell-depleting nanoparticles(TDNs)that ameliorated the osteopenia phenotype and rescued the osteogenic deficiency of BMMSCs in ovariectomized(OVX)mice.TDNs consist of monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)-encapsulated mesoporous silica nanoparticles as the core and Fas-ligand(FasL)as the corona.We showed that the delicate design of the TDNs enables rapid release of MCP-1 to recruit activated T cells and then induces their apoptosis through the conjugated FasL both in vitro and in vivo.Apoptotic signals recognized by macrophages help skew the Treg/Th17 cell balance and create an immune tolerant state,further attenuating the osteogenic deficiency of BMMSCs and the osteopenia phenotype.Mechanistically,we found that the therapeutic effects of TDNs were partially mediated by apoptotic T cell-derived extracellular vesicles(ApoEVs),which promoted macrophage transformation towards the M2 phenotype.These findings demonstrate that TDNs may represent a promising strategy for treating osteoporosis and other immune disorders.Xiaoshan Yang Fuxing Zhou Pingyun Yuan Geng Dou Xuemei Liu Siying Liu Xiangdong Wang Ronghua Jin Yan Dong Jun Zhou Yajie Lv Zhihong Deng Shiyu Liu Xin Chen Ying Han Yan Jin 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,10:4

4Engineered neutrophil apoptotic bodies ameliorate myocardial infarction by promoting macrophage efferocytosis and inflammation resolution显示文摘Inflammatory response plays a critical role in myocardial infarction(MI)repair.The neutrophil apoptosis and subsequent macrophage ingestion can result in inflammation resolution and initiate regeneration,while the therapeutic strategy that simulates and enhances this natural process has not been established.Here,we constructed engineered neutrophil apoptotic bodies(eNABs)to simulate natural neutrophil apoptosis,which regulated inflammation response and enhanced MI repair.The eNABs were fabricated by combining natural neutrophil apoptotic body membrane which has excellent inflammation-tropism and immunoregulatory properties,and mesoporous silica nanoparticles loaded with hexyl 5-aminolevulinate hydrochloride(HAL).The eNABs actively targeted to macrophages and the encapsulated HAL simultaneously initiated the biosynthesis pathway of heme to produce anti-inflammatory bilirubin after intracellular release,thereby further enhancing the anti-inflammation effects.In in vivo studies,the eNABs efficiently modulated inflammation responses in the infarcted region to ameliorate cardiac function.This study demonstrates an effective biomimetic construction strategy to regulate macrophage functions for MI repair.Lili Bao Geng Dou Ran Tian Yajie Lv Feng Ding Siying Liu Ruifeng Zhao Lu Zhao Jun Zhou Lin Weng Yan Dong Bei Li Shiyu Liu Xin Chen Yan Jin 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,3:3
5Scenario-based modeling and solving research on robust weapon project planning problems显示文摘Weapon project planning(WPP) plays a critical role in the process of national defense development and establishment of the future national defense force. WPP faces the backgrounds of various uncertainties, intense inter-influence of weapon systems and involves modelling, assessment, and optimization procedures.The contents of this paper are mainly divided into three parts: first,the WPP processes are analyzed, and related elements are formulated to transform the qualitative problem to mathematics form;second, the value evaluation model of WPP solutions is proposed based on two criteria of total capability gap and total capability dispersion; third, two robustness optimization models are constructed based on the absolute robustness criterion and the robustness deviation criterion to support the robustness optimization process under multi-scenario. 6Ultra-light and flexible pencil-trace anode for high performance potassium-ion and lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Engineering design of battery configurations and new battery system development are alternative approaches to achieve high performance batteries. A novel flexible and ultra-light graphite anode is fabricated by simple friction drawing on filter paper with a commercial 8 B pencil.Compared with the traditional anode using copper foil as current collector, this innovative current-collector-free design presents capacity improvement of over 200% by reducing the inert weight of the electrode. The as-prepared pencil-trace electrode exhibits excellent rate performance in potassium-ion batteries(KIBs), significantly better than in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs), with capacity retention of 66% for the KIB vs. 28% for the LIB from 0.1 to 0.5 A g^(-1). 8Cobalt-doped Mn3O4 nanocrystals embedded in graphene nanosheets as a high-performance bifunctional oxygen electrocatalyst for rechargeable Zn–Air batteries显示文摘A non-noble-metal bifunctional catalyst with efficient and durable activity towards both the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is crucial to the development of rechargeable Zn-air batteries.Herein,a facile one-step hydrothermal method is reported for the synthesis of a high-performance bifunctional oxygen electrocatalyst,cobalt-doped Mn_(3)O_(4) nanocrystals supported on graphene nanosheets(Co–Mn_(3)O_(4)/G).Compare to pristine Mn_(3)O_(4),this Co–Mn_(3)O_(4)/G exhibits greatly enhanced electrocatalytic activity,delivering a halfwave potential of 0.866 V for the ORR and a low overpotential of 275 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) for the OER.The zinc-air battery built with Co–Mn_(3)O_(4)/G shows a reduced charge–discharge voltage of 0.91 V at 10 mA cm^(-2),an power density of 115.24 mW cm^(-2) and excellent stability without any degradation after 945 cycles(315 h),outperforming the state-of-the-art Pt/C–Ir/C catalyst-based device.Mengyang Dong Xu Liu Lixue Jiang Zhengju Zhu Yajie Shu Shan Chen Yuhai Dou Porun Liu Huajie Yin Huijun Zhao 2020Green Energy & Environment2020,5,4:2
9Service-oriented weapon systems of system portfolio selection method显示文摘Weapon system portfolio selection is an important combinatorial problem that arises in various applications,such as weapons development planning and equipment procurement,which are of concern to military decision makers.However,the existing weapon system-of-systems(SoS)is tightly coupled.Because of the diversity and connectivity of mission requirements,it is difficult to describe the direct mapping relationship from the mission to the weapon system.In the latest service-oriented research,the introduction of service modules to build a service-oriented,flexible,and combinable structure is an important trend.This paper proposes a service-oriented weapon system portfolio selection method,by introducing service to serve as an intermediary to connect missions and system selection,and transferring the weapon system selection into the service portfolio selection.Specifically,the relation between the service and the task is described through the service-task mapping matrix;and the relation between the service and the weapon system is constructed through the servicesystem mapping matrix.The service collaboration network to calculate the flexibility and connectivity of each service portfolio is then established.Through multi-objective programming,the optimal service portfolios are generated,which are further decoded into weapon system portfolios.CHEN Ziyi DOU Yajie XU Xiangqian TAN Yuejin 2020Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2020,31,3:1
10Bifunctional flame retardant solid-state electrolyte toward safe Li metal batteries显示文摘Solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)are one of the most promising alternatives to flammable liquid electrolytes for building safe Li metal batteries.Nevertheless,the poor ionic conductivity at room temperature(RT)and low resistance to Li dendrites seriously hinder the commercialization of SPEs.Herein,we design a bifunctional flame retardant SPE by combining hydroxyapatite(HAP)nanomaterials with Nmethyl pyrrolidone(NMP)in the PVDF-HFP matrix.The addition of HAP generates a hydrogen bond network with the PVDF-HFP matrix and cooperates with NMP to facilitate the dissociation of Li TFSI in the PVDF-HFP matrix.Consequently,the prepared SPE demonstrates superior ionic conductivity at RT,excellent fireproof properties,and strong resistance to Li dendrites.The assembled Li symmetric cell with prepared SPE exhibits a stable cycling performance of over 1200 h at 0.2 m A cm^(-2),and the solid-state LiFePO_4||Li cell shows excellent capacity retention of 85.3%over 600 cycles at 0.5 C.Qiang Lv Yajie Song Bo Wang Shangjie Wang Bochen Wu Yutong Jing Huaizheng Ren Shengbo Yang Lei Wang Lihui Xiao Dianlong Wang Huakun Liu Shixue Dou 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,6:1

13Operational requirements analysis method based on question answering of WEKG显示文摘The weapon and equipment operational requirement analysis(WEORA) is a necessary condition to win a future war,among which the acquisition of knowledge about weapons and equipment is a great challenge. The main challenge is that the existing weapons and equipment data fails to carry out structured knowledge representation, and knowledge navigation based on natural language cannot efficiently support the WEORA. To solve above problem, this research proposes a method based on question answering(QA) of weapons and equipment knowledge graph(WEKG) to construct and navigate the knowledge related to weapons and equipment in the WEORA. This method firstly constructs the WEKG, and builds a neutral network-based QA system over the WEKG by means of semantic parsing for knowledge navigation. Finally, the method is evaluated and a chatbot on the QA system is developed for the WEORA. 14Requirements ranking based on crowd-sourcing high-end product USs显示文摘Based on the characteristics of high-end products,crowd-sourcing user stories can be seen as an effective means of gathering requirements,involving a large user base and generating a substantial amount of unstructured feedback.The key challenge lies in transforming abstract user needs into specific ones,requiring integration and analysis.Therefore,we propose a topic mining-based approach to categorize,summarize,and rank product requirements from user stories.Specifically,after determining the number of story categories based on py LDAvis,we initially classify“I want to”phrases within user stories.Subsequently,classic topic models are applied to each category to generate their names,defining each post-classification user story category as a requirement.Furthermore,a weighted ranking function is devised to calculate the importance of each requirement.Finally,we validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method using 2966 crowd-sourced user stories related to smart home systems.MA Yufeng DOU Yajie XU Xiangqian JIA Qingyang TAN Yuejin 2024Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2024,35,1:0
