1One Stone Four Birds:A Novel Liposomal Delivery System Multi-functionalized with Ginsenoside Rh2 for Tumor Targeting Therapy显示文摘Liposomes hold great potential in anti-cancer drug delivery and the targeting treatment of tumors.However,the clinical therapeutic efficacy of liposomes is still limited by the complexity of tumor microenvironment(TME)and the insufficient accumulation in tumor sites.Meanwhile,the application of cholesterol and polyethylene glycol(PEG),which are usually used to prolong the blood circulation and stabilize the structure of liposomes respectively,has been questioned due to various disadvantages.Herein,we developed a ginsenoside Rh2-based multifunctional liposome system(Rh2-lipo)to effectively address these challenges once for all.Different with the conventional’wooden’liposomes,Rh2-lipo is a much more brilliant carrier with multiple functions.In Rh2-lipo,both cholesterol and PEG were substituted by Rh2,which works as membrane stabilizer,long-circulating stealther,active targeting ligand,and chemotherapy adjuvant at the same time.Firstly,Rh2 could keep the stability of liposomes and avoid the shortcomings caused by cholesterol.Secondly,Rh2-lipo showed a specifically prolonged circulation behavior in the blood.Thirdly,the accumulation of the liposomes in the tumor was significantly enhanced by the interaction of glucose transporter of tumor cells with Rh2.Fourth,Rh2-lipo could remodel the structure and reverse the immunosuppressive environment in TME.When tested in a 4T1 breast carcinoma xenograft model,the paclitaxel-loaded Rh2-lipo realized high efficient tumor growth suppression.Therefore,Rh2-lipo not only innovatively challenges the position of cholesterol as a liposome component,but also provides another innovative potential system with multiple functions for anti-cancer drug delivery.Chao Hong Jianming Liang Jiaxuan Xia Ying Zhu Yizhen Guo Anni Wang Chunyi Lu Hongwei Ren Chen Chen Shiyi Li Dan Wang Huaxing Zhan Jianxin Wang 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,10:8

3Advanced multiple response surface method of sensitivity analysis for turbine blisk reliability with multi-physics coupling显示文摘To reasonably implement the reliability analysis and describe the significance of influencing parameters for the multi-failure modes of turbine blisk, advanced multiple response surface method(AMRSM) was proposed for multi-failure mode sensitivity analysis for reliability. The mathematical model of AMRSM was established and the basic principle of multi-failure mode sensitivity analysis for reliability with AMRSM was given. The important parameters of turbine blisk failures are obtained by the multi-failure mode sensitivity analysis of turbine blisk. Through the reliability sensitivity analyses of multiple failure modes(deformation, stress and strain) with the proposed method considering fluid–thermal–solid interaction, it is shown that the comprehensive reliability of turbine blisk is 0.9931 when the allowable deformation, stress and strain are3.7*10^(-3)m, 1.0023*10~9 Pa and 1.05*10^(-2)m/m, respectively; the main impact factors of turbine blisk failure are gas velocity, gas temperature and rotational speed. As demonstrated in the comparison of methods(Monte Carlo(MC) method, traditional response surface method(RSM), multiple response surface method(MRSM) and AMRSM), the proposed AMRSM improves computational efficiency with acceptable computational accuracy. 6Effects of Cs-substitution and partial reduction on catalytic performance of Keggin-type phosphomolybdic polyoxometalates for selective oxidation of isobutane显示文摘The catalytic performance of Cs-substituted phosphomolybdic salts was studied for selective oxidation of isobutane. The results of activity tests revealed that 360 °C was the optimal reaction temperature. It was demonstrated that oxidizing sites not only took dominating part in the activation of isobutane, but also influenced the product distribution. Besides, appropriate Cs addition led to moderate acidity of catalysts, favoring the selectivity to desired products. Furthermore, to obtain partially reduced catalysts, different calcination atmospheres were investigated and certain proportion of Mo^(5+) produced during calcination was crucial for the redox reaction. The catalyst calcined in N_2 showed the highest yield of MAA(7.0%). 7Radial Non-uniformity Index Research on High-density,High-flux CFB Riser with Stratified Injection显示文摘A high-density, high-flux circulating fluidized bed (CFB) riser (100 mm in ID and 10.614 m in height) was applied in a wide range of operating conditions (with solid fluxes up to 400 kg/m2s and superficial gas velocities up to 12 m/s) to examine its radial non-uniformity dynamics. The solids holdup was determined through the use of a fiber-optic probe at 11 axial levels. The results indicated that under all operating conditions, the high superficial gas velocity and low solid fluxes maintained a low radial non-uniformity index (RNI). The high-density/flux CFB riser had several unique characteristics, so that the peak of the radial solids holdup profile occurred at a position with r/R=0.8. The RNI and solids holdup at the cross-sectional position had a good logarithmic relationship at the low-density condition (with a mean solids holdup of <0.2), and the RNI decreased when the mean solids holdup exceeded 0.2. Investigation of the dynamics of stratified injection revealed that the feed ratio had an important effect on Gs and on solids holdup distribution. A novel '<' shaped axial solids holdup profile was found. 8Integration of high-throughput phenotyping,GWAS,and predictive models reveals the genetic architecture of plant height in maize显示文摘Plant height(PH)is an essential trait in maize(Zea mays)that is tightly associated with planting density,biomass,lodging resistance,and grain yield in the field.Dissecting the dynamics of maize plant architecture will be beneficial for ideotype-based maize breeding and prediction,as the genetic basis controlling PH in maize remains largely unknown.In this study,we developed an automated high-throughput phenotyping platform(HTP)to systematically and noninvasively quantify 77 image-based traits(i-traits)and 20 field traits(f-traits)for 228 maize inbred lines across all developmental stages.Time-resolved i-traits with novel digital phenotypes and complex correlations with agronomic traits were characterized to reveal the dynamics of maize growth.An i-trait-based genome-wide association study identified 4945 traitassociated SNPs,2603 genetic loci,and 1974 corresponding candidate genes.We found that rapid growth of maize plants occurs mainly at two developmental stages,stage 2(S2)to S3 and S5 to S6,accounting for the final PH indicators.By integrating the PH-association network with the transcriptome profiles of specific internodes,we revealed 13 hub genes that may play vital roles during rapid growth.The candidate genes and novel i-traits identified at multiple growth stages may be used as potential indicators for final PH in maize.One candidate gene,ZmVATE,was functionally validated and shown to regulate PH-related traits in maize using genetic mutation.Furthermore,machine learning was used to build predictive models for final PH based on i-traits,and their performancewas assessed across developmental stages.Moderate,strong,and very strong correlations between predictions and experimental datasets were achieved from the early S4(tenth-leaf)stage.Colletively,our study provides a valuable tool for dissecting the spatiotemporal formation of specific internodes and the genetic architecture of PH,as well as resources and predictive models that are useful for molecular design breeding and predicting maize varieties with ideal plant architectures.Weixuan Wang Weijun Guo Liang Le Jia Yu Yue Wu Dongwei Li Yifan Wang Huan Wang Xiaoduo Lu Hong Qiao Xiaofeng Gu Jian Tian Chunyi Zhang Li Pu 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,2:1
