3Spectrum-effect relationship of immunologic activity of Ganoderma lucidum by UPLC-MS/MS and component knock-out method显示文摘This study was designed to elucidate the immunoregulation of Ganoderma lucidum.HPLC fingerprint and spectrum-effect relationship of G.lucidum were established to predict the active compounds and BP neural network model was established to predict the efficacy.Then the target compounds were identified by high resolution mass spectrometry.The results indicated that there are both enhanced immunity and immunosuppressive components in G.lucidum.BP neural network was trained with the common peak area and immune effi cacy index of G.lucidum fi ngerprint as samples,and a combined evaluation system of G.lucidum fi ngerprint effi cacy was established.The correlation coeffi cient R of BP network model was 0.98643,and the error of pharmacodynamic prediction results was in the ideal range.Eight compounds were identifi ed by high resolution mass spectrometry.The compounds related to immune activity in G.lucidum were determined in this study.Changqin Li Yiping Cui Jie Lu Lijun Meng Changyang Ma Zhenhua Liu Yan Zhang Wenyi Kang 2021Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,3:6
4Antioxidant activity and total phenolic content of essential oils and extracts of sweet basil(Ocimum basilicum L.)plants显示文摘The present study was conducted to evaluate the chemical composition and antioxidant activity of the essential oils and ethanol extracts of Ocimum basilicum L.obtained from Assiut,Minia and BeniSuef of Egypt.The major constituents of sweet basil essential oils from three locations were linalool,estragole,methyl cinnamate,bicyclosesquiphellandrene,eucalyptol,-bergamotene,eugenol,-cadinene and germacrene D by the method of GC–MS.The relative concentration of these compounds varies.The basil extracts contained appreciable levels of total phenolic contents and exhibited good DPPH radical scavenging capacity higher than that of essential oils.The highest TPC(82.45 mg PE/g)and maximum radical scavenging activity with IC50 value(1.29 mg/mL)was obtained from Minia basil extract.High correlation between antioxidant activity and total phenolic contents of basil extracts was observed.High variation in free radical scavenging activity of essential oils was found.The essential oil from Minia basil showed high activity in DPPH radical scavenging with IC50(11.23 mg/mL)and contained the highest content of phenolic(41.3 mg PE/g).On contrary,low correlation between antioxidant activity and total phenolic contents of basil essential oils from different locations.The results of the present investigation demonstrated significant variations in the antioxidant activities of sweet basil essential oils and extracts from Egypt.Adel F.Ahmed Fatma A.K.Attia Zhenhua Liu Changqin Li Jinfeng Wei Wenyi Kang 2019Food Science and Human Wellness2019,8,3:4
5Characterization of impurities in cefpodoxime proxetil using LC–MS^(n)显示文摘Reversed-phase liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(ESI-MS/MS)was used to characterize impurities in cefpodoxime proxetil,an ester-modified prodrug.Based on the mechanisms by which cephalosporins are degraded,stress tests were designed and performed.The bulk material and capsule were eluted through a C18 column with formic acid–methanol–water as the mobile phase.In total,15 impurities were characterized in commercial samples,including 7 known impurities and 8 new impurities.The structures of these unknown compounds were deduced via comparison with the fragmentation patterns of cefpodoxime proxetil.Data from this systematic study will help improve the safety and quality of cefpodoxime proxetil.Jin Li Dousheng Zhang Changqin Hu 2014Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2014,4,4:3

14The quality control and hypoglycemic effect of Cinnamomi Cortex aqueous extract显示文摘Cinnamomi Cortex was a material as medicinal and edible resources and it has been demonstrated that Cinnamomi Cortex aqueous extract(CCAE)possess hypoglycemic effect,but there were no active compounds identified as quality standard of CCAE to be used in the investigate of hypoglycemic activity.Hence,in this study,the quality standard and the hypoglycemic effect of CCAE were investigated.Cinnamaldehyde and coumarin as the quality control in CCAE were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.The results showed that the average yield of extraction was 10.06%.The concentration of coumarin was linear with peak area ranging from 0.02–1.00μg/mL(r=0.9996,n=6)and that of cinnamaldehyde also demonstrated a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 1.05–52.50μg/mL(r=0.9997,n=6).The average recovery rate of coumarin and cinnamaldehyde was 99.42%and 100.11%,respectively.The investigation of hypoglycemic effect revealed that CCAE could improve weight loss,lower liver and pancreas indices,improve organ damage caused by diabetes,and lower fasting blood glucose,glycosylated serum protein(GSP)and total cholesterol(TC)levels.The results showed that CCAE can reduce fasting blood glucose and blood lipid levels in diabetic mice.Xuting Hao Ziheng Jin Ruiyu Gao Shiming Li Changqin Li Lijun Liu Jinmei Wang 2024Journal of Future Foods2024,4,2:0
15Straw return increases crop production by improving soil organic carbon sequestration and soil aggregation in a long-term wheat-cotton cropping system显示文摘Straw return is a promising strategy for managing soil organic carbon(SOC)and improving yield stability.However,the optimal straw return strategy for sustainable crop production in the wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)-cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.)cropping system remains uncertain.The objective of this study was to quantify the long-term(10 years)impact of carbon(C)input on SOC sequestration,soil aggregation and crop yields in a wheat-cotton cropping system in the Yangtze River Valley,China.Five treatments were arranged with a single-factor randomized design as follows:no straw return(Control),return of wheat straw only(Wt),return of cotton straw only(Ct),return of 50%wheat and 50%cotton straw(Wh-Ch)and return of 100%wheat and 100%cotton straw(Wt-Ct).In comparison to the Control,the SOC content increased by 8.4 to 20.2%under straw return.A significant linear positive correlation between SOC sequestration and C input(1.42-7.19 Mg ha^(−1)yr^(−1))(P<0.05)was detected.The percentages of aggregates of sizes>2 and 1-2 mm at the 0-20 cm soil depth were also significantly elevated under straw return,with the greatest increase of the aggregate stability in the Wt-Ct treatment(28.1%).The average wheat yields increased by 12.4-36.0%and cotton yields increased by 29.4-73.7%,and significantly linear positive correlations were also detected between C input and the yields of wheat and cotton.The average sustainable yield index(SYI)reached a maximum value of 0.69 when the C input was 7.08 Mg ha^(−1)yr^(−1),which was close to the maximum value(SYI of 0.69,C input of 7.19 Mg ha^(−1)yr^(-1))in the Wt-Ct treatment.Overall,the return of both wheat and cotton straw was the best strategy for improving SOC sequestration,soil aggregation,yields and their sustainability in the wheat-cotton rotation system.Changqin Yang Xiaojing Wang Jianan Li Guowei Zhang Hongmei Shu Wei Hu Huanyong Han Ruixian Liu Zichun Guo 2024Journal of Integrative Agriculture2024,23,2:0

17Chemical constituents and coagulation effects of the flowers of Rosa chinensis Jacq.显示文摘In this paper,the flowers of Rosa chinensis Jacq.were investigated and 14 compounds were isolated and identified,namely kaempferol(1),quercetin(2),isoquercitrin(3),afzelin(4),quercitrin(5),phenylethyl glucopyranoside(6),avicularin(7),juglanin(8),nicotiflorin(9),phenylethyl-6′-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),tiliroside(11),methyl gallate(12),8-O-methylherbacetin-3-O-β-D-sophoroside(13),gallic acid(14).Among these compounds,compounds 7,9,12 and 13 were isolated from R.chinensis for the first time.These compounds and extracts of R.chinensis.were studied for coagulation activity in vitro.The results showed that tiliroside(11)had good effect on promoting blood coagulation,and the effect of tiliroside was better than that of Yunnanbaiyao.Juglanin(8)and nicotiflorin(9)could significantly shorten thrombin time(TT)and significantly elevated fibrinogen(FIB),which proved that juglanin and nicotiflorin had good procoagulant effect.Peiqing Wang Miyun Hu Li Wang Jiaojiao Qu Yuhang Liu Changqin Li Zhenhua Liu Changyang Ma Wenyi Kang 2023Journal of Future Foods2023,3,2:0
