1Structural engineering of sulfur-doped carbon encapsulated bismuth sulfide core-shell structure for enhanced potassium storage performance显示文摘Owing to the high theoretical capacity,metal sulfides have emerged as promising anode materials for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).However,sluggish kinetics,drastic volume expansion,and polysulfide dissolution during charge/discharge result in unsatisfactory electrochemical performance.Herein,we design a core-shell structure consisting of an active bismuth sulfide core and a highly conductive sulfur-doped carbon shell(Bi2S3@SC)as a novel anode material for PIBs.Benefiting from its unique core-shell structure,this Bi2S3@SC is endowed with outstanding potassium storage performance with high specific capacity(626 mAh·g^(-1)under 50 mA·g^(-1))and excellent rate capability(268.9 mAh·g^(-1)at 1 A·g^(-1)).More importantly,a Bi2S3@SC//KFe[Fe(CN)6]full cell is successfully fabricated,which achieves a high reversible capacity of 257 mAh·g^(-1)at 50 mA·g^(-1)over 50 cycles,holding great potentials in practical applications.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that potassium ions have a low diffusion barrier of 0.54 eV in Bi2S3 due to the weak van der Waals interactions between layers.This work heralds a promising strategy in the structural design of high-performance anode materials for PIBs.Changlai Wang Jian Lu Huigang Tong Shuilin Wu Dongdong Wang Bin Liu Ling Cheng Zhiyu Lin Lin Hu Hui Wang Wenjun Zhang Qianwang Chen 2021Nano Research2021,14,10:2
2Porosity Distribution Characteristics and Geological Analysis of Brine Storage Medium in the Qaidam Basin, Western China显示文摘Underground brine is an unusual water resource that contains abundant mineral resources. It is distributed widely in the Qaidam Basin, western China, a hyperarid inland basin located in the northern Tibetan Plateau. Pores in the brine storage medium act as storage space and transmission channels of underground brine. Therefore, the porosity of brine storage medium determines its ability to store brine. In this study, Mahai Salt Lake was used as the research area as a modern saline lake located in the north area of the Qaidam Basin. A total of 100 porosity samples were collected from eight sampling points in two profiles of the research area at sampling depths of 1.30–314.78 m. The porosity distribution characteristics and influencing factors in brine storage medium were analysed according to the measured porosity data. Based on analysis of the pore structure characteristics, the brine storage medium contains intercrystalline pores, unlike conventional freshwater storage mediums. Moreover, the primary salt rock is susceptible to dissolution by lighter brine, facilitating the formation of secondary porosity. Due to the formation of secondary pores, a porosity greater than 20% remains even at buried depths greater than 100 m. Based on the geological statistical analysis, due to the geographic location, salt formation time, and depositional environment, the porosity values of Mahai Salt Lake do not exhibit a wider distribution, but also show more extreme values than a nearby salt lake. 3Effects of thermal and electrical histories on structure and dielectric behaviors of(Li_(0.5)Nd_(0.5))^(2+)-modified(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))TiO_(3)-BaTiO_(3) ceramics显示文摘The effect of thermal and electrical histories on structure and dielectric behaviors is studied using 0.95(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))_(0.97)(Li_(0.5)Nd_(0.5))_(0.03)TiO_(3)-0.05BaTiO_(3)(abbreviated as BNTLN0.03-BT5)ceramic as a selected system.Subtle structure change caused by annealing treatment,and pronounced phase transition and domain switching by electrical poling,are observed to occur,respectively.The dielectric constant and its strong frequency dispersion in unpoled samples decrease evidently by electrical poling due to electric field-induced ordered domain.The high temperature Maxwell-Wagner relaxor behavior vanishes by annealing treatment due to the loss of electrical inhomogeneity with interface charging effects.Piezoelectric properties are improved evidently by annealing treatment at 900℃,implying a new appropriate method to improve piezoelectric properties.Jiwen Xu Qingning Li Ling Yang Weidong Zeng Changrong Zhou Changlai Yuan Guohua Chen Guanghui Rao 2017Journal of Materiomics2017,3,2:2
