19大麦和燕麦中β-葡聚糖和外源酶的添加对育肥猪胃肠道发酵、粪臭味及氨排放的影响显示文摘研究用于考察日粮中不同来源β-葡聚糖和酶添加对育肥猪环境污染指数的影响。试验采用2×2设验设计,来考察日粮β-葡聚糖来源(大麦或燕麦)和酶的添加与否对育肥猪(n=4,体重=73.9kg,标准误=4.7)养分消化率、氮利用率、肠道发酵、粪便臭味和氨排放的影响。16头公猪随机分为4个日粮处理组中(每个处理4头猪):大麦型日粮、大麦型日粮+外源酶、燕麦型日粮和燕麦型日粮+外源酶。外源酶为β-1,3葡聚糖和β-1,4木聚糖混合物。各处理日粮消化能(13.5MJ·kg-1)和可消化赖氨酸(8.8g·kg-1)含量相同。与饲喂大麦型日粮,饲喂燕麦型日粮降低了干物质(0.795vs0.849;SEM=0.007;P=0.001)、有机物(0.808vs0.865;SEM=0.007;P=0.001)、总能(0.806vs0.845;SEM=0.006;P=0.002)、中性洗涤纤维(0.233vs0.423;SEM=0.033;P〈0.003)的消化率。燕麦型日粮与大麦型日粮相比,提高了近侧结肠食糜中双歧杆菌某些种(7.26vs6.38logcfu·g-1食糜;SEM0.201;P=0.005)、乳酸菌属含量(6.99vs6.18logcfu·g-1食糜;SEM0.234;P=0.022),降低了粪臭味的释放(2179.6vs4984.6OuE/m3)(OuE为欧洲的的臭味单位);SEM653.7;P〈0.001);从0~96h,谷物类型和酶的添加对粪臭味的释放存在互作(P=0.05)。添加酶的大麦型日粮与未添加酶的大麦型日粮相比提高了粪臭味的释放。然而,酶的添加在燕麦型日型中并无此作用。试验结论,与大麦型日粮相比,燕麦型日粮提高了结肠近侧双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌数量,并降低了粪臭味的释放;在燕麦型日粮中加酶对粪臭味释放无影响。Shea C J O Sweeney T Lynch M B Gahan D A Callan J J Doherty T V O 司马博锋 2011饲料博览2011,,2:0
