| 1 | Late Cretaceous biota and the Cretaceous-Paleogene(K--Pg)Boundary in Jiayin of Heilongjiang,China显示文摘An international cooperative study of the Late Cretaceous biota and non-marine strata including the Cretaceous-Paleogene(K--Pg) boundary in Jiayin near the Heilongjiang River,China during 2002-2010,is summarized in this paper. The strata includes the Upper Cretaceous Yong'ancun-,Taipinglinchang-,Yuliang-zi-,and Furao formations,and the Paleocence Wuyun Formation consisting of Baoshantou Member and a Coalbearing Member. Seven palynological assemblages from Santonian to Paleocene are recognized,which is used for definition of the K--Pg boundary. Through the palynological analysis of three drilled boreholes (XHY-2005,2006,2008) in Xiaoheyan of western Jiayin,the K--Pg boundary is defined within 20. 00-20. 05 m in the borehole XHY-2006 (as a standard boundary) which is just between the top of Furao Formation (late Maasterichtian) and the base of Baishantou Member (early Danian) . These new research results are supported by paleo- magnetic,geochemical and other analyses,also. On the other hand,the presence of eight taxa of Maasterichtian dinosaurs (mostly hadrosaurids) have been recognized by the authors; and two mega-plant assemblages from the Yong'ancun Fm (Santonian) to Taipinglinchang Fm (Campanian) are confirmed. These research a-chievements indicate that the Upper Cretaceous-Paleocene in Jiayin can be well correlated to the strata in the neighboring Zeya-Bureja basin,Russia. The K--Pg boundary definited in Jiayin is the first well documented non-marine K--Pg boundary in China. | 4 | MHD flow and heat transfer of micropolar fluid between two porous disks显示文摘A numerical study is carried out for the axisymmetric steady laminar incompressible flow of an electrically conducting micropolar fluid between two infinite parallel porous disks with the constant uniform injection through the surface of the disks. The fluid is subjected to an external transverse magnetic field. The governing nonlinear equations of motion are transformed into a dimensionless form through von Karman's similarity transformation. An algorithm based on a finite difference scheme is used to solve the reduced coupled ordinary differential equations under associated boundary conditions. The effects of the Reynolds number, the magnetic parameter, the micropolar parameter, and the Prandtl number on the flow velocity and temperature distributions are discussed. The results agree well with those of the previously published work for special cases. The investigation predicts that the heat transfer rate at the surfaces of the disks increases with the increases in the Reynolds number, the magnetic parameter, and the Prandtl number. The shear stresses decrease with the increase in the injection while increase with the increase in the applied magnetic field. The shear stress factor is lower for micropolar fluids than for Newtonian fluids, which may be beneficial in the flow and thermal control in the polymeric processing. | M. ASHRAF A. R. | 13 | Structural and optical properties of Zn_(1-x)Ni_xTe thin films prepared by electron beam evaporation technique显示文摘Zn1-xNixTe thin films with different composition(x=0.0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20) were deposited on glass substrate by electron beam evaporation technique followed by its characterization using advanced structural and optical analysis techniques. Structural properties of the prepared thin films were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The XRD patterns revealed that the binary compounds transformed into a ternary compound with cubic structure having preferred orientation along the c-direction with(111) planes. Composition analysis of the films was determined by energy dispersive analysis of X-rays(EDAX) and found to be in agreement with the precursor composition. Optical properties such as extinction coefficient(k) and band gap energy of these films were examined by using a spectroscopic ellipsometer. It was found that the extinction coefficient(k) increased with the addition of Ni content in the alloy. In comparison, the band gap energy was also determined by using transmission spectra and found to be agreed with that of the ellipsometric results. | 14 | Rolapitant预防术后恶心呕吐:一项前瞻性、双盲、安慰剂对照的随机试验显示文摘背景术后恶心呕吐(postoperativenauseaandvomiting,PONV)是一种常见的术后并发症。研究证实神经激肽.1(neurokinin一1,NK,)受体拮抗剂可以安全有效地用于预防和治疗人类PONV。Rolapitant(罗纳吡坦)为一种吸收迅速、半衰期相当长(达180小时)的强效选择性NK、受体拮抗剂,潜在的药物相互作用低。我们对Rolapitant用于预防PONV高危人群的量效关系以及术后5天的预防迟发性IK)NV的效果进行了研究。方法这项关于Rolapitant的随机、多中心、双盲、有效剂量范围的研究设有安慰剂组和阳性对照组。纳入619例行开腹手术的成年妇女,基于PONV或晕动病史进行分层,分为6个研究组:Rolapitant口服剂量5mg组、20mg组、70nag组或200mg组;静注昂丹司琼4mg组或安慰剂组。主要研究终点:不考虑补救用药,拔管后24小时的无呕吐发生率。结果Rolapitant20mg、70mg或200mg组患者的术后24小时无呕吐发生率高于安慰剂组。Rolapitant剂量与主要转归呈线性相关。与安慰剂组相比,Rolapitant70mg和200mg组的呕吐次数明显更低(P≤0.001,对数秩和检验)。尽管术后24小时无呕吐次数在Rolapitant组和昂丹司琼对照组没有明显差异,但Rolapitant200mg组和70mg组的术后72小时和120小时无呕吐发生率更高(不考虑补救用药)。结论Rolapitant降低术后呕吐的疗效优于安慰剂,呈剂量依赖性地降低呕吐发生率。而且Rolapitant与安慰剂在不良反应方面没有差异。 | Tong J.
