2HTS filter and front-end subsystem for GSM1800 wireless base station显示文摘The first HTS front-end subsystem for wireless base station in China was developed. This demonstration system, which aims at the application in GSM1800 mobile communication base station, consists of a single RF path, i.e. one filter and one LNA, integrated with the pulse tube cooler. The subsystem works at a pass band of 1710-1785 MHz with a gain of 18 dB and at a temperature of 70 K. 3PARAMAGNETIC MEISSNER EFFECTS IN MELT-TEXTURED Y_(0.99)Nd_(0.01)Ba_2Cu_3O_(7-y)SUPERCONDUCTOR显示文摘The paramagnetic Meissner effect (PME) was observed on the field-cooled M-T curves of melt-textured Y0.99Nd0.01Ba2Cu3O7-y in applied magnetic fields from 1kOe to 40kOe. In the magnetic field below 1kOe, the sample undergoes the typical transition from the normal state to the superconducting state when it was cooled down. The applied magnetic fields in which the PME occurs, are very high compared with the fields reported in literatures. 4Effect of excess Y_2O_3 addition on the physical properties of melt processed YBCO bulks显示文摘The YBCO superconductors with Y2O3 addition were prepared by a modified melt textured process and the effects of excess Y2O3 addition on the physical properties of melt textured YBCO have been investigated. It is found that the melt temperature of YBCO samples decreases drastically with the increasing Y2O3, and the maximum levitation forces are drastically different for samples with different Y2O3 addition. It is also found that the optimal Y2O3 addition to YBCO is about 10wt%. 5Scaling of ac susceptibility and the nonlinear response function of high-temperature superconductors显示文摘The amplitude-dependent ac susceptibility of high-temperature superconductors is shown to obey some empirical scaling relations. We try to analyze this behavior by extending a dc nonlinear response function of mixed state to the ac cases.
