| 1 | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期呼吸支持策略与方式选择显示文摘慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)是一种具有气流受限特征的疾病,其气流受限不完全可逆、呈进行性发展. 我国40 岁及以上人群中慢阻肺患病率为9.9%[ 1 ]. 预计到2020年慢阻肺在全球死亡疾病中将成为第3位死亡原因. 慢阻肺急性加重是导致慢阻肺患者住院和死亡的最重要原因,其治疗目的是迅速缓解症状和降低病死率. 临床上除常规药物及氧疗等措施外,呼吸支持也是重要的治疗方法. 无创正压通气( noninvasive positive pressure ventilation , NIPPV)疗效肯定,部分危重患者需要有创机械通气(invasive positive pressure ventilation ,IPPV),近年来经鼻高流量氧疗( high-flow nasal cannula , HFNC )、体外二氧化碳清除( extra-corporeal carbon dioxide removal,ECCO2 R)及氦/氧通气等呼吸支持手段逐步应用于临床. 现将慢阻肺急性加重患者的呼吸支持策略与方式选择介绍如下. | 陈平 李柳村 罗红 张晗 | 2017 | 中华结核和呼吸杂志2017,40,12: | 56 |
| 2 | Effects of sunspot cycle length and CO_2 on air temperature along Qinghai-Xizang railway and air temperature's trend prediction显示文摘There are well coherences between annual averaged air temperatures at every meteorological station along the Qinghai-Xizang railway, and its 10-year moving average correlation coefficient is 0.92. Thus, the regional averaged annual mean temperature series along the Qinghai-Xizang railway (Trw) from 1935 to 2000 are constructed. The investigation is suggested that: Trw had significant responses to the 5-year lagged sunspot cycle length (SCL) and 15-year lagged concentration of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2), and the correlation coefficients between them are -0.76 (SCL) and 0.88 (CO2), respectively. The future SCL is predicted by the model of average generated function constructed with its main cycles of 76a, 93a, 108a, 205a and 275a. The result shows that the SCL would be becoming longer in the first half of the 21st century, and then it could be becoming shorter in the second half of the 21st century. Based on the natural change of SCL and the effect of double CO2 concentration, Trw in the 21st century is forecasted. It could warm up about 0.50℃ in the first half of the 21st century compared with the last decade of last century. The mean maximum air temperature could be likely about 0.20℃ in July and from 0.40℃ to 1.10℃ in January. The annual air temperature difference would likely reduce 0.3-1.00℃. | 3 | Use of venous-to-arterial carbon dioxide tension difference to guide resuscitation therapy in septic shock显示文摘The mixed venous-to-arterial carbon dioxide(CO_2)tension difference[P(v-a) CO_2]is the difference between carbon dioxide tension(PCO_2) in mixed venous blood(sampled from a pulmonary artery catheter) and the PCO_2 in arterial blood.P(v-a) CO_2 depends on the cardiac output and the global CO_2 production,and on the complex relationship between PCO_2 and CO_2 content.Experimental and clinical studies support the evidence that P(v-a) CO_2 cannot serve as an indicator of tissue hypoxia,and should be regarded as an indicator of the adequacy of venous blood to wash out the total CO_2generated by the peripheral tissues.P(v-a) CO_2 can be replaced by the central venous-to-arterial CO_2 difference(△PCO_2),which is calculated from simultaneous sampling of central venous blood from a central vein catheter and arterial blood and,therefore,more easy to obtain at the bedside.Determining the △PCO_2 during the resuscitation of septic shock patients might be useful when deciding when to continue resuscitation despite a central venous oxygen saturation(SCVO_2) > 70%associated with elevated blood lactate levels.Because high blood lactate levels is not a discriminatory factor in determining the source of that stress,an increased △PCO_2(> 6 mmHg)could be used to identify patients who still remain inadequately resuscitated.Monitoring the △PCO_2 from the beginning of the reanimation of septic shock patients might be a valuable means to evaluate the adequacy of cardiac output in tissue perfusion and,thus,guiding the therapy.In this respect,it can aid to titrate inotropes to adjust oxygen delivery to CO_2 production,or to choose between hemoglobin correction or fluid/inotrope infusion in patients with a too low ScvO_2 related to metabolic demand.The combination of P(v-a) CO_2 or △PCO_2 with oxygen-derived parameters through the calculation of the P(v-a) CO_2 or △PCO_2/arteriovenous oxygen content difference ratio can detect the presence of global anaerobic metabolism. | Jihad Mallat Malcolm Lemyze Laurent Tronchon Beno?t Vallet Didier Thevenin | 2016 | World Journal of Critical Care Medicine2016,5,1: | 25 |
| 4 | Research on the Performance of Supercritical CO_2 Dry Gas Seal with Different Deep Spiral Groove显示文摘The performance of supercritical CO_2(SCO_2) dry gas seal(DGS) with different deep spiral groove is investigated with the thermal-fluid-solid coupling method. The performance parameters of DGSs with five different kinds of grooves are obtained. The influence of inlet temperature, inlet pressure, velocity and film thickness on performance is analyzed compared with air DGS. The average film pressure, open force and leakage decrease while the average face temperature and flow velocity increase as the spiral groove number increases. The average film pressure, average face temperature, open force and leakage of DGS with radial different deep groove are higher than those of DGS with circumferential different deep groove respectively under the same spiral groove number while the average flow velocity is the opposite. SCO_2 DGS can generate larger average film pressure, open force and leakage with lower average face temperature than air DGS. SCO_2 DGS could maintain better sealing performance despite larger leakage with the variations of inlet temperature, inlet pressure, velocity and film thickness. | 6 | Metal-organic framework coated titanium dioxide nanorod array p-n heterojunction photoanode for solar water-splitting显示文摘This paper presents a p-n heterojunction photoanode based on a p-type porphyrin metal-organic framework (MOF) thin film and an n-type rutile titanium dioxide nanorod array for photoelectrochemical water splitting. The TiO2@MOF core-shell n anorod array is formed by coati ng an 8 nm thick MOF layer on a vertically aligned TiO2 nanorod array scaffold via a layer-by-layer self-assembly method. This vertically aligned core-shell nanorod array enables a long optical path length but a short path length for extraction of photogenerated minority charge carriers (holes) from TiO2 to the electrolyte. A p-n junction is formed between TiO2 and MOF, which improves the extraction of photogenerated electr ons and holes out of the TiO2 nano rods. In additi on, the MOF coati ng sign ificantly improves the efficie ncy of charge in jecti on at the photoanode/electrolyte interface. Introduction of Co(lll) into the MOF layer further enhances the charge extraction in the photoanode and improves the charge injection efficiency. | 9 | Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization(MOPSO) for a Distributed Energy System Integrated with Energy Storage显示文摘Distributed energy systems are considered as a promising technology for sustainable development and have become a popular research topic in the areas of building energy systems. This work presents a case study of optimizing an integrated distributed energy system consisting of combined heat and power(CHP), photovoltaics(PV), and electric and/or thermal energy storage for a hospital and large hotel buildings located in Texas and California. First, simulation models for all subsystems, which are developed individually, are integrated together according to a control strategy designed to satisfy both the electric and thermal energy requirements of a building. Subsequently, a multi-objective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO) is employed to obtain an optimal design of each subsystem. The objectives of the optimization are to minimize the simple payback period(PBP) and maximize the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions(RCDE). Finally, the energy performance for the selected building types and locations are analyzed after the optimization. Results indicate that the proposed optimization method could be applied to determine an optimal design of distributed energy systems, which reaches a trade-off between the economic and environmental performance for different buildings. With the presented distributed energy system, a peak shaving in electricity of about 300 kW and a reduction in boiler fuel consumption of 610 kW could be attained for the hospital building located in California for a winter day. | 10 | First observation of tropospheric nitrogen dioxide from the Environmental Trace Gases Monitoring Instrument onboard the GaoFen-5 satellite显示文摘The Environmental Trace Gases Monitoring Instrument(EMI)is the first Chinese satellite-borne UV–Vis spectrometer aiming to measure the distribution of atmospheric trace gases on a global scale.The EMI instrument onboard the GaoFen-5 satellite was launched on 9 May 2018.In this paper,we present the tropospheric nitrogen dioxide(NO2)vertical column density(VCD)retrieval algorithm dedicated to EMI measurement.We report the first successful retrieval of tropospheric NO_(2) VCD from the EMI instrument.Our retrieval improved the original EMI NO_(2) prototype algorithm by modifying the settings of the spectral fit and air mass factor calculations to account for the on-orbit instrumental performance changes.The retrieved EMI NO_(2) VCDs generally show good spatiotemporal agreement with the satellite-borne Ozone Monitoring Instrument and TROPOspheric Monitoring Instrument(correlation coefficient R of ~0.9,bias<50%).A comparison with ground-based MAX-DOAS(Multi-Axis Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy)observations also shows good correlation with an R of 0.82.The results indicate that the EMI NO_(2) retrieval algorithm derives reliable and precise results,and this algorithm can feasibly produce stable operational products that can contribute to global air pollution monitoring. | Chengxin Zhang Cheng Liu Ka Lok Chan Qihou Hu Haoran Liu Bo Li Chengzhi Xing Wei Tan Haijin Zhou Fuqi Si Jianguo Liu | 2020 | Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1: | 11 |
| 11 | Supercritical CO_2: Properties and Technological Applications-A Review显示文摘The main goal of the present paper is to assess the available information so as to obtain a general procedure for dealing with the critical enhancement of the thermodynamic and transport properties of supercritical CO_2 and CO_2 containing binary mixtures for practical and scientific applications. The present review provides comprehensive analysis of the thermodynamic and transport properties of supercritical carbon dioxide and CO_2 containing binary mixtures(experiment and theory) and their various technological and scientific applications in different natural and industrial processes. The available information for the thermodynamic and transport properties(experiment and theory) enhancement(anomaly) of supercritical carbon dioxide and SC CO_2 + solute mixtures is comprehensively reviewed. The effect of long-range order parameter fluctuations on the thermodynamic and transport properties of supercritical fluids(SC CO_2) will be discussed. Simplified scaling type equation based on mode-coupling theory of critical dynamics with two critical amplitudes and one cutoff wave number as fluid-specific parameters was used to accurately predict of the transport properties of supercritical carbon dioxide. The recommended values of the specific parameters(asymptotic critical amplitudes) of the carbon dioxide for practical(prediction of the thermodynamic and transport properties of the supercritical CO_2 for technological applications) and scientific use were provided. The role of the critical line shapes of the carbon dioxide containing binary mixture(SC CO_2+solvent) in determination of the critical behavior of the mixture near the critical point of pure supercritical solvent(CO_2) is discussed. | 15 | Comparative study on the corrosion behavior of X52, 3Cr, and 13Cr steel in an O2–H2O–CO2 system: products, reaction kinetics, and pitting sensitivity显示文摘The corrosion behaviors of X52, 3Cr low-alloy steel, and 13Cr stainless steel were investigated in an O_2–H2O–CO_2 environment at various temperatures and O_2–CO_2 partial-pressure ratios. The results showed that the corrosion rates of X52, 3Cr, and 13Cr steels increased with increasing temperature. The corrosion rates slowly increased at temperatures less than 100°C and increased sharply when the temperature exceeded 100°C. In the absence of O_2, X52, 3Cr, and 13Cr exhibited uniform corrosion morphology and Fe CO3 was the main corrosion product. When O_2 was introduced into the system, various forms of Fe_2O_3 appeared on the surface of the samples. The Cr content strongly influenced the corrosion resistance. The 3Cr steel with a low Cr content was more sensitive to pitting than the X52 or 13Cr steel. | 18 | Carbon dioxide adsorption of two-dimensional carbide MXenes显示文摘Two-dimensional carbide MXenes(Ti_3C_2T_x and V_2CT_x)were prepared by exfoliating MAX phases(Ti_3AlC_2 and V_2AlC)powders in the solution of sodium fluoride(NaF)and hydrochloric acid(HCl).The specific surface area(SSA)of as-prepared Ti_3C_2T_x was 21 m^2/g,and that of V_2CT_x was 9 m^2/g.After intercalation with dimethylsulfoxide,the SSA of Ti_3C_2T_x was increased to 66 m^2/g;that of V_2CT_x was increased to 19 m^2/g.Their adsorption properties on carbon dioxide(CO_2)were investigated under 0–4 MPa at room temperature(298 K).Intercalated Ti_3C_2T_x had the adsorption capacity of 5.79 mmol/g,which is close to the capacity of many common sorbents.The theoretical capacity of Ti_3C_2T_x with the SSA of 496 m^2/g was up to 44.2 mmol/g.Additionally,due to high pack density,MXenes had very high volume-uptake capacity.The capacity of intercalated Ti_3C_2T_(x )measured in this paper was 502 V·v^(–1).This value is already higher than volume capacity of most known sorbents.These results suggest that MXenes have some advantage features to be researched as novel CO_2 capture materials. | Bingxin WANG Aiguo ZHOU Fanfan LIU Jianliang CAO Libo WANG Qianku HU | 2018 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2018,7,3: | 9 |

| 20 | Preparation,characterization and catalytic oxidation property of CeO_2/Cu^(2+)-attapulgite (ATP) nanocomposites显示文摘Cerium oxide(CeO2) coated on copper modified attapulgite clay nanocomoposite(CeO2/Cu2+-ATP) was prepared by homogeneous deposition method.The microstructures of the as-prepared CeO2/Cu2+-ATP nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy-dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicated that CeO2 particles with average size of about 5 nm were loaded onto the Cu2+-ATP and were widely dispersed.Comparing the catalytic activity of ATP/CeO2 and CeO2/Cu2+-ATP,the catalytic activity was improved when a small quantity of Cu2+ was introduced.The loading amount of CeO2 and reaction temperature had important effects on decolorization ratio of methyl orange(MO).When the loading amount and reaction temperature were 70% and 338 K,respectively,the decolorization ratio of MO reached over 99%,which showed excellent catalytic activity. | 游静 陈丰 赵晓兵 陈志刚 | 2010 | Journal of Rare Earths2010,28,S1: | 8 |
