| 1 | 发芽对黑大麦游离氨基酸及其他营养成分的影响显示文摘黑大麦是一种营养丰富,开发价值较高的谷物,发芽会引起谷物食品中成分的变化。本实验首先研究了黑大麦的发芽工艺条件,在此基础上进一步研究发芽对黑大麦中游离氨基酸、蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、膳食纤维和维生素B_1、维生素B_2等常规营养成分含量的影响。结果表明:浸泡8 h后,15℃温度条件下发芽48 h,黑大麦的发芽率达到最高(62.14%)。与未发芽黑大麦相比,发芽72 h后,黑大麦中游离氨基酸、蛋白质、淀粉、不可溶性膳食纤维、总膳食纤维、维生素B_1、维生素B_2及钙、铁和锰等元素的含量均显著升高(p<0.05),而可溶性膳食纤维含量显著降低(p<0.05)。发芽可使黑大麦营养价值得到显著提升。 | 蒋芮 李雅婷 欧阳鹏凌 余满堂 李启莲 宋立华 | 2018 | 食品工业科技2018,39,6: | 9 |
| 2 | 富含支链氨基酸和谷氨酰胺的营养配方对贲门癌术后早期机体免疫功能的影响显示文摘目的:探讨富含支链氨基酸和谷氨酰胺的肠外营养(PN)配方对贲门癌患者术后机体免疫功能的影响。方法:选择贲门癌行根治性全胃/近端胃切除术患者54例,随机分成两组,两组患者均从术后第1日分别接受等热量、等氮量的常规PN(对照组)和富含支链氨基酸和谷氨酰胺的PN(研究组)支持治疗,并于术晨、术后第1、8天测定血液C3、IgA、IgM、IgG、TNF-α、IL-6水平和CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞百分率,并检测红细胞免疫功能。结果:术后8d后研究组血清补体C3、IgA、IgG、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞的恢复程度与对照组差异有显著性。红细胞C3b受体花环率(RCR)和肿瘤红细胞花环率(TRR)研究组患者的红细胞免疫功能高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。而两组间血清TNF-α、IL-6水平并无明显差异。结论:与常规PN对比,富含支链氨基酸和谷氨酰胺的强化PN能改善贲门癌患者术后免疫功能。 | 包国强 李红梅 何显力 赵华栋 胡会社 赖大年 | 2007 | 现代肿瘤医学2007,15,8: | 6 |
| 3 | Effect of complex amino acid imbalance on growth of tumor in tumor-bearing rats显示文摘AIM: To investigate the effect of complex amino acid imbalance on the growth of tumor in tumor-bearing (TB) rats.METHODS: Sprague-Dawlley (SD) rats underwent jejunostomy for nutritional support. A suspension of Walker256 carcinosarcoma cells was subcutaneously inoculated.TB rats were randomly divided into groups A, B, C and D according to the formula of amino acids in enteral nutritional solutions, respectively. TB rats received jejunal feedings supplemented with balanced amino acids (group A),methionine-depleted amino acids (group B), valine-depleted amino acids (group C) and methionine- and valine-depleted complex amino acid imbalance (group D) for 10 days. Tumor volume, inhibitory rates of tumor, cell cycle and life span of TB rats were investigated.RESULTS: The G0/G1 ratio of tumor cells in group D (80.5±9.0) % was higher than that in groups A, B and C which was 67.0±5.1 %, 78.9±8.5 %, 69.2±6.2 %, respectively (P<0.05). The ratio of S/G2M and PI in group D were lower than those in groups A, B and C. The inhibitory rate of tumor in groups B, C and D was 37.2 %, 33.3 % and 43.9 %,respectively (P<0.05). The life span of TB rats in group D was significantly longer than that in groups B, C, and A.CONCLUSION: Methionine/valine-depleted amino acid imbalance can inhibit tumor growth. | 4 | Lipopolysaccharide decreasing albumin expression in rat hepatocytes显示文摘The relations of the severity of hypoalbu-minemia to morbidity and mortality of patients with critical illness illustrate the need for better understanding of molecular mechanism of hypoalbuminemia. This study was undertaken to investigate the response of albumin synthesis to lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in rat hepatocytes in vitro in early acute phase of sepsis. METHODS:Hepatocytes were cultured at an initial cell density of 1.5×106 cells/well in 3 ml culture medium. There were two groups of samples which received either normal saline or 1 μg/L LPS randomly. Albumin mRNA in hepatocytes was assessed by reverse transcription-poly-merase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and albumin level in the supernatant was measured by ELISA at 0,2,8,12,24 hours after exposure. Meanwhile, the albumin precursor was evaluated at the same time points by flow cytometry. RESULTS:The quantitative changes of mRNA, albumin precursor and its protein were analogous. All of them tended to decline at 12 hours post-treatment and did not decrease significantly until 24 hours after LPS exposure. Meanwhile, albumin mRNA decreased about 30% and the levels of albumin precursor and albumin reduced approximately 50%. CONCLUSIONS: LPS can inhibit albumin synthesis in rat hepatocytes by prevention of albumin transcription. Moreover, the response of hepatic albumin synthesis to LPS changes with the stage of sepsis process. | 6 | 食管鳞癌组织Ⅲ型胶原和纤维粘连蛋白表达的临床意义显示文摘目的:食管癌的发生、发展和预后虽与多种因素有关,但未定论.癌间质是影响癌临床行为的重要因素,Ⅲ型胶原和纤维粘连蛋白(FN)是肿瘤基质的主要成分.我们研究了Ⅲ型胶原和FN在食管癌组织的表达及其临床意义. 方法:食管鳞癌手术切除存档蜡块标本102例,用免疫组化方法观察FN和Ⅲ型胶原在食管鳞癌组织中的分布特征, 并和食管鳞癌临床特征诸如淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润深度、癌分化程度、临床TNM分期作对比分析. 结果:食管鳞癌组织中Ⅲ型胶原主要分布于癌细胞质,阳性率71.6%,其次分布于间质,呈纤维状.FN分布于癌间质呈纤维状包绕癌巢,阳性率73%;淋巴结转移组FN阳性率63%,而无淋巴结转移组阳性率83%(P<0.05),表明FN 阳性的食管鳞癌不易发生淋巴结转移. 结论:食管鳞癌细胞具有产生Ⅲ型胶原的能力.FN对癌的扩散可能有限制作用. | 李小飞 刘锟 程庆书 王小平 汪健 卢强 刘勇 | 2004 | 世界华人消化杂志2004,12,9: | 0 |
