1Recent Development in X-Ray Imaging Technology:Future and Challenges显示文摘X-ray imaging is a low-cost,powerful technology that has been extensively used in medical diagnosis and industrial nondestructive inspection.The ability of X-rays to penetrate through the body presents great advances for noninvasive imaging of its internal structure.In particular,the technological importance of X-ray imaging has led to the rapid development of highperformance X-ray detectors and the associated imaging applications.Here,we present an overview of the recent development of X-ray imaging-related technologies since the discovery of X-rays in the 1890s and discuss the fundamental mechanism of diverse X-ray imaging instruments,as well as their advantages and disadvantages on X-ray imaging performance.We also highlight various applications of advanced X-ray imaging in a diversity of fields.We further discuss future research directions and challenges in developing advanced next-generation materials that are crucial to the fabrication of flexible,low-dose,highresolution X-ray imaging detectors.Xiangyu Ou Xue Chen Xianning Xu Lili Xie Xiaofeng Chen Zhongzhu Hong Hua Bai Xiaowang Liu Qiushui Chen Lin Li Huanghao Yang 2021Research2021,,1:5
2基于材料调控的直接转换型铅卤钙钛矿X射线探测器研究进展显示文摘X射线探测在诸如医学成像、特定晶体结构测定、射电天文学等领域有着非常重要的作用。而传统的用于X射线探测领域的材料如硅、锑化镉等存在制备工艺复杂、成本高、X射线探测灵敏度低等缺点,严重制约了X射线探测领域的发展。近年来,铅卤钙钛矿材料作为备受关注的热点材料,因其具备较大的原子序数、高吸收系数等优点,在X射线探测领域表现出非常优异的性能。而钙钛矿材料体系是一个大家族,不同组分的钙钛矿材料各有其优缺点,即使是同一组分的钙钛矿,根据其结晶性等参数的不同,性能表现也各不相同。本文从钙钛矿材料调控的角度出发,综述了近些年来直接转换型钙钛矿X射线探测器取得的成就,并对未来钙钛矿X射线探测领域的发展趋势做出了展望。胡刚舰 陈琦 魏薇 孙仔成 姚梦楠 沈亮 2023发光学报2023,44,5:2

5氯化甲胺对甲胺铅溴钙钛矿单晶的钝化显示文摘为了减少甲胺铅溴(MAPbBr3)钙钛矿单晶的表面缺陷以提高其光电性能,采用氯化甲胺(MACl)的异丙醇溶液对机械打磨后的MAPbBr_(3)单晶进行钝化。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光致发光谱(PL)、时间分辨光致发光衰减谱(TRPL)、X射线衍射图谱(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和紫外光电子能谱(UPS)对MACl钝化后的MAPbBr_(3)单晶的结构与形貌进行表征和分析;采用钝化后的单晶制备光电探测器,考察MACl钝化对MAPbBr_(3)单晶的光电性能的影响。结果表明:经MACl钝化,机械打磨后的MAPbBr_(3)单晶表面重新结晶,载流子寿命增大约4.5倍,在形貌优化的同时有效减少了单晶的表面缺陷。氯离子的引入改变了单晶表面的晶格间距与能带结构,增大了单晶与电极之间的势垒,可使暗电流减少2个数量级,光暗电流比提高1个数量级,探测率提高近5倍。MACl钝化法简易高效,成本低廉,为MAPbBr_(3)钙钛矿单晶高性能光电探测器的开发应用提供了可行性方案。陈航 林萍 王朋 崔灿 2023浙江理工大学学报(自然科学版)2023,49,1:0
