1Synthesis and luminescence properties of apatite-type red-emitting Ba_(2)La_(8)(GeO_(4))_(6)O_(2):Eu^(3+)phosphors显示文摘A new kind of apatite-type red-emitting Ba_(2)La_(8)(GeO_(4))_(6)O_(2):Eu^(3+)phosphor was prepared by high temperature solid-state method.The Rietveld analysis based on the powder diffraction data shows that Ba_(2)La_(8)(GeO_(4))_(6)O_(2):Eu^(3+)phosphors possess a pure apatite phase without any impurity.The emission spectrum of Ba_(2)La_(8)(GeO_(4))_(6)O_(2):Eu^(3+)phosphor consists of two bands,an orange emission band from 500 to 600 nm and a red emission band from 600 to 680 nm.By varying the amount of the doped europium ions from 0.02 to 0.14 mol,it is found that the luminescent properties of this rare earth phosphor are the best when the concentration of europium ion is 0.08 mol.The optimum concentration is eventually proved to be 0.08 mol.The Eu^(3+)doping dependent luminescence quenching can be further ascribed to dipole-quadrupole interactions.The quantum yield of Ba_(2)La_(7.92)(GeO_(4))_(6)O_(2):0.08 Eu^(3+)is 37.23%.The CIE analysis confirms a reddish emission in the near ultraviolet(n-UV)excitation.All these above properties of the phosphor can help in contribution of promoting white light-emitting diode.Kun Nie Xiaoxue Ma Panlong Lin Navnita Kumar Luoxin Wang Lefu Mei 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,11:5

3Synthesis,crystal structure and photoluminescence properties of novel double perovskite La2CaSnO6:Eu3+red-emitting phosphors显示文摘A series of new double perovskite LaEuCaSnO(0≤x≤0.8)red phosphors were synthesized by traditional solid-state reaction.The phase,micro structure,photoluminescence(PL)properties,quantum efficiency,and thermal stability of the phosphors were investigated.LaCaSnOmatrix has a monoclinic double perovskite structure with space group P2/n.Under near-ultraviolet(UV)light at395 nm,LaEuCaSnOphosphors exhibit the most typical red emission peak at 614 nm,which corresponds to~5 D→~7 Felectric dipole transition of Eu.The optimum Eudoping content is attained at x=0.5,and the LaEuCaSnOphosphor shows a moderate quantum efficiency(32.3%)and high color purity(92.2%).Besides,the temperature-dependent spectrum of the phosphor was studied.The emission intensity of Euat 423 K decreases to 70.94%of the initial intensity at 303 K,and the activation energyΔE is estimated to be 0.232 eV,suggesting that the phosphors possess good thermal stability.The fabricated w-LED based on the phosphors has higher Ra(89),lower CCT(4539 K),and better chromaticity coo rdinates(0.371,0.428).These results prove that the Eu-doped LaCaSnOred phosphor has great potential applications in w-LEDs.Yangyi Xu Guifang Li Xufeng Guan Yunge Wei Maolin Zhang 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,11:1
4Eu^(3+)掺杂Mg_(2)Y_(8)(BO_(4))_(2)(SiO_(4))_(4)F_(2)新型红色荧光材料的合成及发光性能研究显示文摘通过高温固相法成功合成了新型磷灰石结构Mg_(2)Y_(8)(BO_(4))_(2)(SiO_(4))_(4)F_(2)∶xEu^(3+)(MYBSF∶xEu^(3+))荧光材料,并研究了不同掺杂浓度下的发光性能。结果表明,Eu^(3+)掺杂MYBSF荧光粉的最佳激发波长为265 nm,最强发射波长位于614 nm。发光强度随着Eu^(3+)浓度的升高而增强,当Eu^(3+)掺杂浓度为7mol%时,其发光性能最好。色坐标研究亦表明,不同掺杂浓度的MYBSF∶xEu^(3+)荧光材料发光性能稳定,色坐标与理想红光色坐标接近,色纯度均高于91%。因此,MYBSF∶xEu^(3+)荧光粉是一种紫外激发红色荧光粉的理想候选材料。张国栋 马为丹 王海涛 麦洁妍 陈宇恒 田甜 江国健 姚振坤 李建胜 2022中国照明电器2022,,4:0
