1基于CFD-PBM的50 L盐藻多糖发酵罐两相流模拟显示文摘近年来发酵工业发展迅速,微生物发酵成为了获取目的资源的一种高效节能途径.在50L充气发酵罐内,选择生产岩藻多糖的阴沟肠杆菌发酵过程中第12,36,60 h的发酵液为研究目标,通过流变仪测量发酵液流动特性,使用CFD-PBM(Computational Fluid Dynamics-Population Balance Model)耦合模型对三层搅拌罐中的气液两相流动和气泡破碎聚并进行了数值模拟,并以功率消耗和混合指数定量评价混合效果.结果表明:3个阶段的发酵液流变曲线均满足幂律流动特征;在搅拌过程中,发酵罐内形成了3个流动循环,气泡尺寸范围处于1~25.19 mm之间;发酵液黏度的上升使功率消耗和气含率增加,同时使发酵罐混合效果变差.CFD-PBM耦合的模型对于中型搅拌罐中的气液分散状况具有很好的模拟效果,能为生物搅拌罐的实时监测与控制提供参考和指导.赵行 韩定强 邹祥 谢守勇 杨明金 2021西南师范大学学报(自然科学版)2021,46,4:3
2Study on gas–liquid flow characteristics in stirred tank with dual-impeller based on CFD-PBM coupled model显示文摘Study on gas–liquid flow in stirred tank with two combinations of dual-impeller(six-bent-bladed turbine(6BT)+six-inclined-blade down-pumping turbine(6 ITD),the six-bent-bladed turbine(6BT)+six-inclinedblade up-pumping turbine(6ITU))was conducted using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and population balance model(PBM)(CFD-PBM)coupled model.The local bubble size was captured by particle image velocimetry(PIV)measurement.The gas holdup,bubble size distribution and gas–liquid interfacial area were explored at different conditions through numerical simulation.The results showed that the 4 mm bubbles accounted for the largest proportion of 33%at the gas flow rates Q=0.76 m^(3)·h^(-1) and 22%at Q=1.52 m^(3)·h^(-1) for combined impeller of 6BT+6ITU,while the bubbles of 4.7 mm and 5.5 mm were the largest proportion for 6BT+6ITD combination,i.e.25%at Q=0.76 m^(3)·h^(-1) and 22%at Q=1.52 m^(3)·h^(-1),respectively,which indicated that 6BT+6ITU could reduce bubble size effectively and promote gas dispersion.In addition,the gas holdup around impellers was increased obviously with the speed compared with gas flow rate.So it was concluded that 6ITU impeller could be more conductive to the bubble dispersion with more uniform bubble size,which embodied the advantages of 6BT+6ITU combination in gas–liquid mixing.Songsong Wang Qiuxiang Bu Deyu Luan Ying Zhang Longbin Li Zhaorui Wang Wenhao Shi 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,10:2
3基于Fluent胶粒储罐流场分析及结构优化显示文摘为提高胶粒储罐的使用寿命和搅拌效果,采用Fluent仿真软件模拟罐内流场情况,分析挡板对储液流动的影响,并对挡板结构进行优化.仿真结果表明,优化后挡板最大压力降低58%,其承受压力、抵挡应变、增加稳定性的能力符合生产要求,对抑制自由液面的波动也起到良好作用;间隙的存在一定程度上可以改善挡板反面死区的流场环境;贴板、肋板的存在使挡板更加稳定,有效避免了因挡板形变导致与罐体连接处焊缝产生撕裂的现象;储罐压力下沉、搅拌回漩下沉至6000 mm处,可以使介质充分混合.朱大胜 王智 李京 朱文杰 李旭成 2023南京工程学院学报(自然科学版)2023,21,3:0
4A review on single bubble gas–liquid mass transfer显示文摘It is common to empirically correlate volumetric mass transfer coefficient kLa for predicting gas–liquid mass transfer in industrial applications,and the investigation of single bubble mass transfer is crucial for a detailed understanding of mass transfer mechanism.In this work,experiments,models and simulations based on the experimental results were highlighted to elucidate the mass transfer between single bubbles and ambient liquid.The experimental setups,measurement methods,the mass transfer of single bubbles in the Newtonian and the nonNewtonian liquid,models derived from the concept of eddy diffusion,the extension of Whitman’s,Higbie’s and Danckwerts’models,or dimensionless numbers,and simulation methods on turbulence,gas–liquid partition methods and mass transfer source term determination are introduced and commented on.Although people have a great knowledge on mass transfer between single bubbles and ambient liquid in single conditions,it is still insufficient when facing complex liquid conditions or some phenomena such as turbulence,contamination or non-Newtonian behavior.Additional studies on single bubbles are required for experiments and models in various liquid conditions in future.Yuyun Bao Jinting Jia Shuaifei Tong Zhengming Gao Ziqi Cai 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,11:0
