1深部巷道围岩松动圈稳定控制理论与技术进展显示文摘围岩松动圈支护理论是在研究巷道围岩物理和力学状态的过程中发展起来的一种实用性岩层控制理论,近30年来在围岩松动圈支护对象与围岩分类、大松动圈围岩控制理论与技术、松动圈测试技术等方面取得长足的进步,深部巷道围岩控制的核心是确定支护对象并形成支护-围岩稳定结构,围岩的破裂膨胀及破裂后块体非连续变形构成的形变压力是巷道支护的对象。巷道围岩松动圈分类是建立围岩稳定性评价方法的核心内容,旨在正确评价围岩的支护难易程度、确定主要支护对象、优化支护参数和提出合理的施工工艺,为此形成深部大松动圈围岩综合指标分类法。深部巷道松动圈支护技术开发出被动支护、主动支护、改性加固技术、应力转移技术、联合支护等5大类围岩控制技术;形成以锚杆(索)为主体支护的多种支护方式并存的巷道支护体系,解决了大量巷道支护难题。巷道围岩松动圈厚度值可通过理论分析、相似材料模型试验、数值模拟、现场实测及智能预测方法获得;开展深部巷道围岩松动圈现场实测,可在理论与试验方面不作任何假设,能得到准确可靠的数据。探讨分析围岩松动圈测试与深部巷道大松动圈围岩支护中存在的技术难题及应对措施,可为深部巷道支护设计研究提供借鉴思路。靖洪文 孟庆彬 朱俊福 孟波 蔚立元 2020采矿与安全工程学报2020,37,3:50
2软弱围岩巷道变形机理及返修控制技术显示文摘为研究软弱围岩巷道返修控制技术,以湖北黑良山磷矿胶带斜井为研究对象,借助钻孔窥视仪、X衍射仪、室内岩石物理力学试验及工程地质调查手段对巷道围岩的破坏特征和变形机理进行分析.巷道的变形机理主要表现为:低岩体强度、含泥矿物成分高、地下水及原支护形式不匹配.在此基础上,提出了以'喷射混凝土+壁后注浆+锚杆+锚索'为核心的双拱协同全断面加固返修方案,并采用现场试验、工程类比法及理论计算对支护参数进行校核.现场围岩位移监测结果表明:巷道返修后,围岩的变形分为不稳定、较稳定和稳定3个阶段,返修64d后,围岩变形趋于稳定,巷道变形得到有效控制,返修效果较好.陈顺满 吴爱祥 王少勇 陈勋 王勇 2018中国矿业大学学报2018,47,4:16
3Failure mechanism and control technology of water-immersed roadway in high-stress and soft rock in a deep mine显示文摘Aiming at soft rock ground support issues under conditions of high stress and long-term water immersion, the ground failure mechanism is revealed by taking the deep-water sumps of Jiulong Mine as the engineering background and employing field investigation, tests of rock structure, mechanical properties and mineral composition. The main factors leading to the surrounding rock failure include the high and complex stress state of the water sumps, high-clay content and water-weakened rock, and the unreasonable support design. In this paper, the broken and fractured rock mass near roadway opening is considered as ground small-structure, and deep stable rock mass as ground large-structure. A support technology focusing on cutting off the water, strengthening the small structure of the rock and transferring the large structure of the rock is proposed. The proposed support technology of interconnecting the large and small structures, based on high-strength bolts, high-stiffness shotcrete layer plugging water,strengthening the small structure with deep-hole grouting and shallow-hole grouting, highpretensioned cables tensioned twice to make the large and small structures bearing the pressure evenly,channel-steel and high-pretensioned cables are used to control floor heave. 4高应力巷道锚固复合承载体及其承载效应研究显示文摘采用锚杆支护的巷道,锚杆和其巷道锚固范围内的浅层破碎围岩共同作用形成的具有一定承载能力的结构称为锚固复合承载体,锚杆支护主要改善了承载体内围岩应力分布状态。采用理论分析对锚固复合承载体进行研究,建立围岩-支护相互作用机制的基础。考虑高应力岩体不可压缩性,采用Levy-Mises增量型本构关系对围岩塑性进行表述,并考虑中间主应力的影响,利用修正Mohr-Coulomb强度准则进行高应力锚固巷道围岩力学分析,给出出现塑性变形时的原岩应力阈值。算例与分析的对比结果表明,基于锚固复合承载体承载效应,利用Levy-Mises本构关系修正的Mohr-Coulomb强度准则更适用于高应力场巷道围岩分析。赵光明 刘崇岩 孟祥瑞 王超 2021采矿与安全工程学报2021,38,1:8
5基于块体理论的地下围岩稳定性分析显示文摘在深部巷道支护中对现有支护的评价至关重要,对安全生产具有重要意义。通过现场布置与测量,对矿区的节理裂隙进行了调查,确定了岩体中节理的形态和数量。然后,利用三维楔块稳定分析软件(Unwedge)对地下开挖的各个结构面块体进行稳定性分析。应用关键块体理论对连续和不连续岩体中开挖巷道的稳定性进行了分析,并对裂隙围岩的应力变化进行了监测。结果表明:三维楔形体稳定性分析软件可以对深部巷道支护进行评价;块体大小与巷道失稳没有直接关系,大厚度关键块的支护方法有待改进;在巷道软弱破碎段,U型钢支护能有效改善围岩应力状态。通过对巷道围岩的监测,证明了振动弦锚应力监测系统是一种高效、实时的地下围岩稳定性评价方法。林健云 左宇军 王剑 郑禄璟 陈斌 孙文吉斌 刘镐 2020Journal of Central South University2020,27,10:6
6千米深井高应力破碎围岩控制技术显示文摘针对千米深井高应力破碎围岩控制难题,以三山岛金矿大埋深巷道为工程背景,通过现场工程地质调查,获取围岩结构面信息,并结合室内岩石力学试验,进行岩体质量分级和岩体参数估算;基于RMR和Q支护图表,确定采用“喷射混凝土+锚杆+钢筋网+双筋条”方法对研究区域进行支护;应用RS2和Unwedge软件分析巷道支护前后围岩塑性区、位移和潜在楔形体安全系数的变化特征。结果表明:巷道支护后,围岩塑性区和位移显著减小,潜在楔形体安全系数明显增大,提出的支护方案能够确保巷道稳定。由此可知,经验法与数值模拟法相结合的综合研究方法可以准确地分析巷道稳定性情况,并确定更可靠的支护方案,为矿山安全生产提供可靠保障。王成龙 侯成录 杨尚欢 赵兴东 2020黄金科学技术2020,28,6:6
7近距离采空区下沿空留巷围岩稳定性控制技术显示文摘为了解决近距离采空区下沿空留巷受多次采掘影响、留巷围岩变形严重的难题,以香源煤业3#煤层1304工作面沿空留巷工程地质条件为背景,采用数值模拟、理论分析研究了上煤层采空区底板应力分布与下煤层巷道变形特征,确定了近距离采空区下沿空留巷围岩控制对策,并提出了留巷“顶板注浆长锚索加固+实体煤帮与顶板高强高预紧力锚杆+巷内强力单体液压支柱+柔模混凝土墙体拉杆加固辅以单体支柱护墙”的非对称耦合控制技术。工程实践结果表明,研究开发的沿空留巷围岩控制技术对极近距离采空区下沿空巷道围岩的控制作用显著,有效限制了顶板破碎下沉及窄柔模墙体侧向挤出变形。闫志强 2022煤炭工程2022,54,9:6
8不同侧压系数下矩形巷道逐步开挖的稳定性分析显示文摘为了研究不同侧压系数下巷道逐步开挖对围岩稳定性的影响,在相似模拟试验的基础上,采用FLAC^(3D)软件建模,通过对试验结果与数值模拟结果进行对比,确定数值模型的可行性,并基于数值模拟结果,对5组不同侧压系数下巷道逐步开挖的主应力差和塑性区的演化规律进行研究。结果表明:侧压系数一定时,随着巷道的开挖,顶板与底板主应力差呈先增加后减小并趋于稳定的变化趋势,帮部主应力差呈先缓慢增加、快速增加、缓慢增加至最高点并趋于稳定的变化趋势;随着侧压系数的增大,对巷道稳定性的影响程度依次为顶板、底板、两帮,围岩塑性区正在剪切破坏的分布范围呈缓慢增加、减小、增加的趋势,两帮围岩塑性区以正在剪切破坏为主。栗东平 冯瑞广 2022煤矿安全2022,53,5:5
9A numerical modelling approach to assess the behaviour of underground cavern subjected to blast loads显示文摘The paper gives an insight into the behaviour of large underground caverns which are subjected to blast loads. Caverns are generally constructed in hard rock formation which compels us to use blasting methods for the excavation works. Comparative study was done between models with intact rock mass and discontinuities to assess the stability of cavern as a result of blast loads. Numerical modelling was performed with 3 dimensional distinct element code(3 DEC) to analyse the performance of cavern walls in terms of displacement and to compute peak particle velocities(PPV) both around the cavern periphery and at surface of models. Results showed that the velocity wave with higher frequency exhibited large displacements around the periphery of cavern. Computation of PPV showed that model with horizontal joint sets showed lower PPV in comparison to model with intact rock mass. PPV values were also analysed on the surface for model consisting vertical joints spaced at 4 m intervals. Comparative study of PPV on surface vertically above the blast location between models with horizontal joints spaced at 4 m and vertical joints at 4 m intervals were conducted. 10A methodology for lining design of circular mine shafts in different rock masses显示文摘In this study, the finite element numerical modelling of 2D shaft sections in a Hoek–Brown medium are carried out in a non-hydrostatic stress state in an attempt to predict pressures developing around mine shafts. An iterative process of applying support pressure until observing no failure zone around the shaft is used to simulate the required lining support pressure for different shaft models. Later, regression analysis is carried out to find a generic shaft pressure equation representing the rock mass and the stress state. Finally, the developed pressure equation which shows a good agreement with a case study is used in elastic ‘‘thick-walled cylinder' equation to calculate the lining thickness required to prevent the development of a failure zone around the shaft. 11平面三向应力场中隧洞位移解及变化规律研究显示文摘为了揭示复杂应力场中隧洞围岩位移变化规律,基于平面三向应力场中圆形隧洞析解理论,推导了平面三向应力场中隧洞围岩位移解析解,并通过Matlab软件编程,研究了围岩位移随应力场环境的变化规律。结果表明:平面三向应力场中各因素对塑性区半径的影响规律与双向应力场中相似;平面三向应力场中当应力场比例系数λ_(1)=1.0,λ_(2)从1.0增到3.6或降至0.35时,隧洞围岩位移呈现竖向细腰葫芦形→类蝶形→非对称蝶形的变化规律;此外,与双向应力场相比,平面三向应力场中隧洞围岩位移不再局限于拱肩和拱脚部位,且不同方位围岩位移显著不同。研究结果直观地诠释了隧洞围岩位移随应力场的变化规律,可为类似工程灾变防治提供借鉴。安学旭 胡志平 马甲宽 张永辉 李芳涛 2022地下空间与工程学报2022,18,1:1
12大直径煤仓硐室施工扰动效应数值模拟分析显示文摘依据朱仙庄煤矿增设两邻近大直径煤仓硐室的工程实际,采用FLAC3D软件建立两邻近大直径煤仓硐室三维计算模型,模拟分析2个煤仓硐室开挖和支护全施工过程围岩应力和位移分布,探讨2号煤仓开挖施工对完成施工1号煤仓围岩应力及变形的扰动效应。结果表明:1号煤仓施工完成后,煤仓上下部收口处出现应力集中,上部收口和仓身出现较大位移;2号煤仓开挖、联合支护的施工过程对1号煤仓产生先卸荷后约束的作用,1号煤仓典型位置的应力和变形经历先减小后增加的波动变化。姚韦靖 刘涛 陈宇 黄鑫 庞建勇 2022安徽工业大学学报(自然科学版)2022,39,3:0
13龙陵县勐糯铅锌矿深部巷道稳定性数值模拟研究显示文摘根据勐糯铅锌矿巷道工程条件,采用phase2有限元软件构建巷道数值计算模型,对比分析200m中段结晶灰岩、千枚岩巷道无支护情况下应力场、位移场、塑性变形区等情况,为巷道支护方法优化提供参考。计算结果表明,该矿山沿脉巷道走向普遍为南北方向,与原岩应力场中最大主应力σ1为近似垂直关系,对巷道稳定性较为不利。巷道开挖后,应力重新分布,硐壁围岩应力降低,应力向围岩深部转移,出现巷道围岩深处局部区域应力集中。200m中段结晶灰岩围岩巷道无支护时不会发生大面积垮塌或严重的巷道变形,围岩为千枚岩时,将发生大面积垮塌和较严重的巷道收敛变形,若及时采取支护措施可在一定程度上暂时控制巷道变形,但后期要多次对断面进行修整并重新支护来减少围岩变形的影响。谢恩彩 杨世成 李永生 张权 2022云南地质2022,41,4:0
