| 1 | 0.2C-1.25Si-2.0Mn Q&P钢渗碳体的析出动力学分析显示文摘为研究Q&P(淬火-分配)钢临界区均热工艺对配分过程中渗碳体析出的影响,通过Avrami动力学方程对Q&P钢渗碳体析出的PTT(沉淀量-温度-时间)曲线进行了计算。通过热膨胀仪对Q&P钢进行了单相区退火、临界区退火,退火后淬火,并通过透射电镜检测室温下马氏体的衍射斑,计算马氏体的碳含量,以此推测高温下奥氏体中的碳含量。通过连续退火模拟机模拟了不同临界区退火的Q&P工艺。在扫描电镜下检测了析出渗碳体的尺寸,结合热处理工艺和渗碳体的熟化率计算了析出开始时间。由此得出了渗碳体析出体积分数5%的PTT曲线绝对位置。846℃均热的条件下鼻子点温度为300℃。811℃均热条件下,鼻子点温度上升至325℃,764℃均热条件下,鼻子点温度上升至400℃。在746~846℃均热,配分时间≤450 s的情况下,可以避免渗碳体的析出。 | 何方 雍岐龙 杨才福 刘自权 吴彦欣 | 2020 | 特殊钢2020,41,5: | 1 |
| 2 | Effect of aging temperature on the microstructures and mechanical properties of ZG12Cr9Mo1Co1NiVNbNB ferritic heat-resistant steel显示文摘The effect of aging on the mechanical properties and microstructures of a new ZG12Cr9 MolColNiVNbNB ferritic heat resistant steel was investigated in this work to satisfy the high steam parameters of the ultra-supercritical power plant.The results show that the main precipitates during aging are Fe(Cr,Mo)_(23)C_6,V(Nb)C,and(Fe_2Mo) Laves in the steel.The amounts of the precipitated phases increase during aging,and correspondingly,the morphologies of phases are similar to be round.Fe(Cr,Mo)_(23)C_6 appears along boundaries and grows with increasing temperature.In addition,it is revealed that the martensitic laths are coarsened and eventually happen to be polygonization.The hardness and strength decrease gradually,whereas the plasticity of the steel increases.What's more,the hardness of this steel after creep is similar to that of other 9%-12%Cr ferritic steels.Thus,ZG12Cr9 MolColNiVNbNB can be used in the project. | Xue Yang Lan Sun Ji Xiong Ping Zhou Hong-yuan Fan Jian-yong Liu | 2016 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2016,23,2: | 1 |
| 3 | Tempering stability of Fe–Cr–Mo–W–V hot forging die steels显示文摘The tempering stability of three Fe–Cr–Mo–W–V hot forging die steels(DM, H21, and H13) was investigated through hardness measurements and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) observations. Both dilatometer tests and TEM observations revealed that DM steel has a higher tempering stability than H21 and H13 steels because of its substantial amount of M_2C(M represents metallic element) carbide precipitations. The activation energies of the M_2C carbide precipitation processes in DM, H21, and H13 steels are 236.4, 212.0, and 228.9 kJ/mol, respectively. | 4 | 早期失效P91耐热钢再热热段弯头的组织与力学性能显示文摘采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)及硬度、冲击等测试方法对某电厂服役51381 h失效的P91耐热钢90°再热热段弯头处的组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,组织中第二相发生熟化,其钉扎晶界能力下降,少部分马氏体板条宽化形成亚晶;粗化的M23C6和Laves相使得硬度仍维持在较高水平,但其冲击韧性明显降低。弯管外弧受力分析表明,外弧应力显著高于内弧,高应力导致外弧过早产生蠕变损伤并不断积累,形成蠕变孔洞且逐渐聚集合并,最终在外弧表面应力最大处产生蠕变裂纹,造成P91再热热段弯头过早失效。 | 于程炜 孙思聪 杨旭 | 2024 | 中国特种设备安全2024,40,1: | 0 |
| 5 | 长期服役P91钢蒸汽管道接头的显微组织和拉伸变形行为显示文摘观察服役136000 h的P91钢管接头不同部位(母材、热影响区、焊缝)的显微组织并测量其拉伸变形行为,与未服役的P91钢母材对比研究了长期服役P91钢接头的组织老化和力学性能的退化及其机制。结果表明,可用硬度判定在线服役的P91钢管接头组织的老化和力学性能的退化。与未服役钢管比较,长期服役钢管的焊接接头各区域马氏体的分解和碳化物的粗化,使马氏体强化、沉淀强化和固溶强化的效果明显降低,使各区域的硬度、室温和高温拉伸性能退化。在长期服役过程中焊缝区域的硬度、室温和高温拉伸性能其退化最为显著。服役前焊接过程中产生的热循环严重回火和长期高温服役的耦合作用,是P91钢管焊缝力学性能显著退化的重要原因。 | 赵海 刘恩泽 熊诗琪 田成川 郦晓慧 王巍麟 | 2023 | 材料研究学报2023,37,11: | 0 |
